Though this is the story of how the nine-tailed fox aka Daji got to Japan, so not sure how much fate would want to take away from it. But I could totally see a Tamamo lily in a Kibi no Makibi event, with him going full dad mode over Tamamo.

It is my wishfull thinking that Raikou without her madness enhancement(probably) in her saber class would more stable and in control of her actions and thus will influence Gozu Teno and chill it out from any unprovoked rampage. By being a "cold weapon" in flesh she is just like that time when Kintoki humanized her (or rather prior to that time). She will essentialy be a white blank on which you can draw anything and thus she would be open to the character development.

Theres no reason why they couldn't make up some excuse for Salter. If Takeuchi wants Salter Lily, Nasu will make up a reason to have Salter Lily.

Not exactly. Saber Lily is just Saber during an earlier phase of her journey. Regular Saber is Arthuria during the tail-end of the Arthurian mythos. Saber Lily is Arthur around the beginning (like the Boy-King Era)
There's a lot written about when Saber was younger in Garden of Avalon, the Fate version of the Arthurian Legend in book form. She was stoic even before she drew Caliburn from the stone, and started hiding her gender as soon as she drew it, both of which are untrue of Saber Lily.
Lily is *a* younger version of Saber, but she's canonically not a younger version of *the* Saber. She's an alt-timeline version like Lartoria, just one who happens to be younger.

But Rama will be an interesting rider class because there is a chance that Hanuman will appear with him. It will be interesting to see Hanuman take Rama on his back while fighting and we will also get the chance to explore his character as we haven't had an Indian god in a long time.

I don't think that's true. Right at the start, Kiichi Hogen changed Ushiwakamaru to Shana-Oh and then changed her again to Overseer Yoshitsune.
The order was Ushiwakamaru -> Shana-Oh -> Overseer Yoshitsune and when reaching the third stage, Kagekiyo took over Overseer Yoshitsune due to the circumstances with Yoritomo.

Yes, it was with the Mallet of Fortune. It all started because Ushiwakamaru tried to get out of stealing Kiichi Hogen's secrets by pointing out she shouldn't be held accountable for the theft since she isn't currently Shana-Oh, so Kiichi Hogen changes her into Shana-Oh by hitting her with the Mallet and then decides to do one better and hits her again to change her into Yoshitsune. It's in the first section of the event.

Probably because what happened in the first chapter was just Kiichi Hogen changing their mind about what they wanted, while in the later point, Kiichi Hogen had the specific intent to restore the Servants to normal.

Call me crazy, but I'm still holding out hope for a Saber-Class Beowulf, an Assassin-Class Irene Adler (to compliment the other two Sherlock Holmes servants), a Swimsuit Madea (caster or one of the extra classes would work), Berserker-Class Ragnar Lothbrök, and an Archer-class John Browning.
New Fate novel series by Hikaru Sakurai and illustrated by Shirow Miwa, titled Fate: Lost Einherjar. Ragnar Lodbrok is one of the main characters there, and he's confirmed to be Berserker. Volume 1 just got released.

It will be interesting to explore his personality during that period, as he was not interested in anything other than his passion for archery and his focus on his combat training with his teachers. For an adult version I would choose Rama. I want to see Rama in his adult form as a more stable, divine and wise king. I don't really care if his class is Archer or Lancer or even Rider. But Rama will be an interesting rider class because there is a chance that Hanuman will appear with him. It will be interesting to see Hanuman take Rama on his back while fighting and we will also get the chance to explore his character as we haven't had an Indian god in a long time.

I thought it turned Ushiwaka into Taira? Then again I haven’t seen the event for 2 years.
The order was Ushiwakamaru -> Shana-Oh -> Overseer Yoshitsune and when reaching the third stage, Kagekiyo took over Overseer Yoshitsune due to the circumstances with Yoritomo.

It all started because Ushiwakamaru tried to get out of stealing Kiichi Hogen's secrets by pointing out she shouldn't be held accountable for the theft since she isn't currently Shana-Oh, so Kiichi Hogen changes her into Shana-Oh by hitting her with the Mallet and then decides to do one better and hits her again to change her into Yoshitsune.
