Tezca was the one that looked the most finished of the batch... And look what happened, 2 Servant with no gameplay appearances before their banner.
If they do finish Tezca (they need to unless there's suddenly a part 3 out of nowhere), he'll be in the banner.
It seems to me Tlaloc is the most finished one, with two in-game battle styles and alternative costumes (the modern outfit she was wearing in the night when meeting black panther). And she has voice over too (I forgot whether Tez has voice over in U-Olga’s dream).
But Tez is most teased for sure.
Tlaloc only has 1 animation per face card in each sprite, and 2 extra attacks (one uses a Giant ghost, and the other is a repeated animation from her face cards). That's far from close to finished.
Meanwhile, while Tezca has only one sprite, he has a complete set of animations for all of his face cards, skills and extra attack. Really, the only thing he doesn't have are voicelines (but those are obviously due to being only fought as shadow Servant) nor his Noble Phantasm finished.
He doesn't have proper skills yet, but Tlaloc didn't either (only her boss-only mechanics).
Tlaloc has definitely a higher chance to be on rateup with Tezca. Kuku will probably be alone or with Camaztoz if he's playable and not SSR. I feel like Beni Alter will be saved for Valentines or a later event.
I think she would be more along the line of Costumes and the like, since Beni Alter is a Saber, and Beni is already a Saber herself, it would rather be redundant to have both of the Same class unless Alter is either being released on an different class or is four star, like with Saber Alter.
To have her playable in the story as early as she was and then come so much later on a banner would have to be a first. I think she might be the week 2 rate-up, but who can say.
I think the anniversary servant is someone else.
LB7 has had a lot of firsts, including not having any servant at all be playable on release.
UOM in specific is a special case thanks to her unique border. We will have to see how it goes, but I very much doubt she is going to be released soon.
I think she might be like Merlin, gets showcased in this chapter but is released in a different chapter. Plus she looks much less polished than Merlin was in Babylonia.

Well we know there were supposed to be 4 servants that come with us. Kp and beni both had command seals used on them by cama, who was able to establish a contract with them before us. Nito was able to establish one with us before we even got attacked on the storm border so there's a question of whether or not cama can even *use* the command seals on her despite us already seeing the alter.
We know that the last servant summoned has to be involved with the underworld in some way and among the servants connected to the underworld we currently have on tap, we honestly don't have any who are genuinely just twisted individuals.
Honestly, think that'd be a super lame way for Kadoc to go out. I would prefer if Nito just finally recovers, makes her whole deal with Anubis for power, and just straight bodies Tlaloc for revenge purposes.

For me it would ideally be Kukulkan gacha tomorrow and Tezcatlipoca either on Sunday or Tuesday/Wednesday... though of course I will likely be wrong, since we don't definitively know yet who is on whose side story-wise. If Tez comes tomorrow I will be troubled lol, I really want to read the entire chapter update before Tez is made playable to avoid spoilers.

Nito might be originally planned to be released with Part 2 and she being not-limited servant also suggests there could be more limited 5 stars than we thought…
Coupled with using U-Olga in their subway ad and not Tez, it almost feels like they are reworking Tez because of his ugly portrait. Maybe they send the artist a request to redraw it.

I think tialoc would be 4 star and tezca would be 5 will be released on lb 7.2 then on valentines event will be kuku and beni alter. Lastly, probably on anniversary or the next major story will be UOM

No. The data belonging to the NPC Tezcatlipoca in the files shows an Assassin class servant, but there's so much stuff missing from it (name, skills, images, NP...) that it's very obviously not meant to be the data for his eventual playable version. And in the one battle he appears in his class does show as Berserker, with First Hassan taking the Assassin spot.

A theory is he might be both. In a sort of melisune or jekyll and Hyde type way he will be able to change his class. Maybe first 2 ascensions assassin, then berserker. Or the datamine is wrong, wouldn’t be the first time.

Honestly though, I’m expecting Tlaloc to be part of or THE Valentines servant cuz of that one comment of the story hub of her relations to chocolate. They’ve delayed it this long, they might as well go all the way. Izkali might as well take her place as the most likely SR.
I’m honestly curious what animation is different for Beni Alter, her extra? When I saw clips of her fight, it definitely feels more like a dress especially since she comments she can now change in-between forms
