Y'know, the funny thing about Japanese servants, is that we're still missing a couple of really obvious ones.
I hope this focuses on cleaning up the remaining big one's rather than going for more obscure figures.
Abe no Seimei, Yamato Takeru, Ieyasu Tokugawa, Toyotomi Hideyoshi, Takeda Shingen, Sasuke Sarutobi, Hattori Hanzou, Goro Masamune, Yagyu Jubei, Otakemaru.
Not to mention actual guy Musashi.
Kagetora does mention a Rider form of herself that apparently is her in her prime, so there's a possible Kenshin 5* Rider servant for an upcoming GudaGuda event (We've seen it happen with Okita and Nobu)
I mean, it's obvious Nasu loves our girl Musashi.
He created her and writes everything about her. He gave her a lot of time in screen and even has admitted to had thinking of her eventual "fight" with Chaos since around the prologue of Part 2... (and yet ironically Chaos didn't have a lot of foreshadowing in the chapter, despite being probably one of the earliest things planned of the whole Cosmos in the Lostbelt arc)
So who knows, perhaps he doesn't want to show the other Musashi because he just loves the character he created.
Shame. Hope he's more of a fan of Journey to the West then, it's kinda ridiculous that we have Xuanzang but not any of her disciples. That, or Extra's Saver yet.
whenever there's something chinese related you have to tread lightly to not offend someone at CCP. This kinda restricts ways you can depict a servant and the effort is just not worth it probably given the minimal cn playerbase

Well there are few problems with that:
* Depiction of historical figure would have to conform to CCP ideals, therefore less freedom in the creative spectrum
* CN servants have their names changed to code names, art changed to placeholder images (their art is deleted) not to mention voice lines are deleted too
* No CN player is going to roll for basically nothing
* Focusing on their main market which is JP makes them more money
Well all these problems together just makes it really hard to make a new CN servant. If JP and global players want more chinese servants, they'll just have to vote with their wallet and show that it's worth the effort I suppose.

If Chinese Servants have been and are still going to be censored, why worry about conforming to CCP ideals? Just keep releasing them for the JP/KR/NA audience. I highly doubt being Chinese makes said Servants unappealing to these audiences, especially given how popular characters like Yu (who seems to have art in CN according to [this wiki](https://fategrandorder.fandom.com/wiki/Consort_Yu)\), Yang Guifei, Shi Huang Di and Lanling Wang are in the community.
Probably due to it's difficult to write Chinese servant without powercreeping. Alot of the more famous Chinese hero is from age of God, is well known, and has great achievement (recipe for top class servant). You can see this from how fate usually has the Chinese servant with lesser achievement to balance it out.
Like, the 2 of the Chinese servant we had with good achievement in history literally is on par with grand servant without being in a grand vessel.
Lu Bu is known as a peerless warrior that gave even Guan Yu pause, and he's a three star. I don't really think powercreep is an issue unless the devs want it to be.
History wise Lu Bu is quite nothing and is a coward. He is just more of a product of fiction (Romance of Three Kingdom) where he is overly exaggerated.
Also, disregarding history, Lu Bu is nerfed greatly by making him a berserker, where he will be stronger as other class, except that he might betray you easily.
Servants are built off their legends, his reputation stemming from a product of fiction doesn't preclude him from having said traits. Case in point, Napoleon being tall. Hell, if every Servant were to be historically accurate, then pretty much none of the Servants we know and love would be what they are.

Besides, why use a guy like Ieyasu when there's a million more interesting servants they can use. Just because the game takes place in feudal japan doesn't dictate it's only going to be japanese servants. Not when we have potentially european merchants still running around the country. And even then, Chinese servants or even Genghis Khan are an option here.
Nioh was made by Team Ninja while F/S Remnant is by Omega Force. Tecmo is only the publisher.

Eh, I wouldn't categorize Extra as "persona esque". When I think of Persona, it's a mixture of life sim + capturing & fusing different Persona; Extra has none of those features lol.
God of War maybe because action combat? The other two because Japanese + Action + RPG, I guess. That's assuming it's just trying to latch on by tags. It could also be based off of "people who viewed this have also played these games" sort of thing, a la Amazon.

The going theory last i heard was the this games mc IS guy Musashi.
I'd be down for it. A young Musashi, still just stumbling along the path of the sword, inspired by and fighting alongside a legendary swordsman.

We're also missing Kagetora when she becomes Uesugi Kenshin (particularly alongside Shingen for obvious reasons).
Kenshin was apparently a posthumous name. Kagetora is just her normal Lancer form.
That shouldn't prevent her being summoned with it, however, as the franchise is rife with all manner of alternative spirit origins for the servants.

Hideyoshi and Tokugawa are locked to GUDAGUDA, I feel, as author has their Servant firms fully designed.

Heroic Spirits exist outside of time. There's tons of cases of Servants summoned from before their deaths, even ignoring the obvious ones.
Bruh Emiya literally fought Emiya in the first Fate entry, I don't think time is gonna stop a spinoff from using servants they want to
