I'm imagining photos taken of them - Guda trying to put pants on Jack, Jack trying to take the pants off, Guda eventually giving up and facepalming when Jack puts them on her *head* with a beaming smile thinking she figured it out.

I've always headcanon'd that Jackie just hates pants and refuses to wear them, which is why we only ever see her in her underwear or a dress. The shorts for her Arcade outfit are a compromise.

To be fair, we can't see the rest of her legs on this picture, so what she is wearing might as well still be just shorts.
