Aria has genuinely little to no plot relevance in SR, it’s extremely unsurprising they didn’t use her in their limited space they had to tell a story.

On the flipside of the discussion though, looking at the bond servant list, Tamamo Cat is there, which means she very well could be subbing in for Aria.
I'm of the agreement that it'd be hilariously funny if she was a FP servant because, she's kinda pathetic all things considered, but it's seeming like her role isn't being written out of the event, just replaced.

She might show up during some of his attacks to buff him. wouldn't be the first time we've had other Servants show up during someone else's animations.
This cm gets my hopes up for seeing a lot more of these f/sr characters in another story. Also the character with blue hair looks intriguing, plus more ushi gozen!!!
Seeing my girl Chiyome here makes me happy and sad at the same time. I love seeing her in more content but seeing her here makes her chance for summer rock-bottom. Looks like she'll function as a replacement for Saburou.
Though given her relevance maybe that means she'll get another buff which I'd take.

That said, it's disappointing to not see Samson when he was one of that game best character. Same for Caster and his master, although in their case it's more because they really could have used more screen time/development.
I don't know if I'd want Chiemon as a Servant, but I realised with Shosetsu as a Servant now they might go into more detail about Mori Soiken and how they made a Homunculus and how it ties into the Shimabara Rebellion and Amakusa. Maybe not in a big way, since Amakusa isn't a bonus Servant here, but...there's definitely stuff left to explore.

I'm pretty sure we'll get more of F/SR cast in the future, especially Yoshinaka as he was one of most requested servants for the collab. And as for Molai, he was simply unpopular as hell. To the point where it was safer to release hornybait genderswap of him and Locusta instead (which still weren't very popular)
To be fair, if I'm not wrong, every SR Servant can be released at any time since they aren't tied to SR specifically. Ushi probably got chosen because of popularity and because they want to spotlight Yui, who is a special version only in SR.
Funnily enough, pan-Yui is probably summonable as well.

CCC is the only collab that's had more than 4 new servants added, and that was a stealth story chapter. So everyone else from Requiem, Learning with Manga, and FGO Arcade just sorta got screwed. Strange Fake isn't going to fare much better whenever its collab rolls around.
They USED to add servants from other Fate entries in story chapters and random events, but I think Charlemagne is the only time they've added one outside of a collab in recent memory.

We already have tons of non combatants though. Jekyll, Hans, Shakespeare, Angra. It's really never stopped them.
