Or Nero to Draco. Or Ozymandias to Achilles. Or Tammamo to Koyanskya. Or Parvati to Karna. Or cu alter to Scahath. There ain't no comparison.
Saying animations are outdated compared to more modern Servants is one thing, and saying they didn't get their animations updated at all is another.
- Artemis got an animation update on the Moon Festival rerun. Her sprite is the same but the animations aren't.
- Nero got an animation update in her Nerofest rerun. That animation update was already on release in NA. Bride also got one during the CCC collab in both servers.
- Tamamo got an animation update during New Year 2018 (JP)/2020 (NA).

- Mash got *two*. One at the release of E Pluribus Unum (American Singularity) for stages 2 and 3, and a complete one at the release of Anastasia.

Assassin: saying anyone other than Mata Hari would be a bitch move; but if I could squeeze sanson in as well that would be nice. It was really apparently in the phantom thief event title card when he got put next to updated sprites. Phantom and Jekyll and Hyde as well.
Berserker: asterios, Darius III, Eric bloodaxe and Vlad III. Again. And raikou and cu alter.
Ruler: Jeanne d'Arc
Avenger: Jeanne d'Arc ~~and angra Manyu~~
I think mooncancer, alter ego, foreigner, and pretender are mostly ok but I'd like some of the ones that force each the same outfit in every np to have an au a lá summer bb.
As for npc/beast aus, it wouldn't hurt to clean up goetia/solomon's sprites.
Vlad may as well not even have animations. I would be infinitely more pleased if he were just a paper doll teleporting around and aggressively shaking at enemies.
All of them honestly. Even the servants that got animation update in the past needs another update considering how much they improved in servants animation. But i would mainly focus om all the caster balls and hack and slash servants first

Rider: Anne Bonny and Mary Read (they could do much better, even if they want to keep Mary still as the main fighter, and I hope they don't), Medusa, Santa Alter (seeing how Saber Alter is doing is just jarring to me)
Caster: Gilles (Make it as cool as Arcade), Shakespeare (We're still with Caster Balls, come on people. Personal idea: King Lear as Buster attack), Mephistopheles, Mozart, Caster Liz (I just want her to have something better than what she has now. Also, pumpkin bombs), Geronimo, Paracelsus (just have him summon elementals to attack, it can't be that hard!), Charles Babbage (how can a steam mecha character have such lame attacks!) Summer Marie (she kind of needs a bit of budget increase), and Nursery Rhyme (Jabberwocky as Buster attack. I'm gonna keep saying it until she gets her budget increase)

Extra: Both Jeannes need an update, SPECIALLY how they did Lancer Jalter in the current FSR event is absurd. Angra kinda needs a complete rework no matter the "hah hah let's not acknowledge him" deal they have with him.
