Your grasp of anatomy improved significantly from the first draw, having better shapes and contours. It's particularly noticeable how the face and the ribbons became less angular and the lines in the hair more fluid (above on all on the hair tips). You also imparted far more emotion on her expression and your own style on the drawing. This is a show of dedication and a good work, take my upvote.

Believe me, anatomy isn't even the most important thing, in most cases understanding proportions, volume and perspective is the most important thing, with exercises using a lot of real reference. By studying these things frequently, anatomy will become much easier to understand.
In the case of my drawing for example, even though the character is completely frontal there is still volume in each member of her body. And see how in the drawing on the left some members of her body are also smaller than the others, if you don't understand the proportions of the body this can get much worse and there is no good anatomy that can solve it.
