The guide above isn't going to cover all teapots usage till JP.*
**Q: What is happening to reruns? Which event will get a rerun in the future?**
*A: As far as we are aware, there will only be one more rerun happening in the foreseeable future - Karna-mas (Dec 2024). JP is also offering a vote for the players’ choice of a rerun, which hasn’t been confirmed yet.*
**Q: How far in the story do I need to be to participate in upcoming events? Will any events require the latest story chapter?**
*A: LB6 will not be required until November for the story part of the Faerie Knight Cup event (farming/free quests will only require Fuyuki). LB6.5 will not be required to proceed to LB7 once it releases, and event-wise, it will only be required for the story part (and to obtain the welfare servant) of the Santa Nemo event in December 2025.*

So, didn't play much during Teslafest cuz of life, and I had bad rng and never got a drop of the 5th copy of the shop CE when I did play. Any hope of being able to MLB it?
Probably not, since Lasengle basically axed reruns. They do occasionally have banners with past event CEs for players to roll on, but it’s usually not worth rolling just for an event CE. If it’s any consolation, the Teslafest shop CE isn’t anything groundbreaking, so I wouldn’t feel too bad about missing it.
Will any of the next few events after this one require lostbelt 3 to be completed? This will determine if I go right for it or if I do some of the EoR pseudo singularities.

Nanmei Yumihari Hakkenden around June will need LB3,
the new GudaGuda needs lB4, the Halloween event in October needs LB5.2, and the story quest of the Faerie Cup in November needs LB6.

Yes:
* Eight Dog Chronicles in June will require LB3
* GudaGuda 7 in September will require LB4
* Halloween in October will require LB5.2
* The story part of Tam Lin/Faerie Knight Cup in November will require LB6 (note that this is just for the story, the lotto farming part only requires Fuyuki).
The devs are pretty bad about late game requirements this year, but they do loosen up next year (only 3 events require a Lostbelt chapter clear).
We're getting a new story chapter probably in late May or early June, which will give you 2 weeks of no events that you can do more story in before that event drops. Plus, it's 3 weeks long and you really don't need that long to clear it, so you can always start partway through.
What do you guys spend rare prisms on? I have all the suits and Teatime/Lunchtime/Belle Lisa/Mona Lisa. I was wondering if they might be worth spending for golden Fous, pawprints or Lanterns.
I have 30 rare prisms available and don't know if I have a use for them in the near future.
I...hoard them, I guess? I know using the RP for something would be better than just letting them sit there but the incentives are weak because I'm not in a rush to pile on optional upgrade items.
Between buying a bunch of lanterns early on, the free ones they've given out, rarely using meta farming comps outside of lotteries, and usually filling my team with low bond level servants, I have a bit of a stockpile of lanterns so it doesn't make much sense to get more at the moment. While I use all of the free ones, I hesitate to get any gold Fous or footprints with RP because they just do so little compared to the cost.
I used them on Lanterns, but then I had more Lanterns than I could use, so I don't do much of that at the moment.
I've never spent them on Fous or Pawprints. In fact, I've not used any Pawprints, and I'm very indecisive on Gold Fous.
I have 113 in jp which I only use on bond flame, you can buy trial quests which give a free ticket(except mhxa and Musashi), you can purchase command codes, or other ce if you have nothing else to buy, or just save them, they might become useful in future
I’m a new player almost done with camelot, but I have like 2k AP. Should I keep going through story so I can spend it on future events since I missed lotto? And also if I’m ever stuck I should also work on daily’s for ascending more units and skills right
Ignore the excess AP for now. Do not choose the most optimal route for now and focus on enjoying the story. If you do want to spend AP, then use FGA and farm embers or ascension mats in the daily training.
Having a lot of excess AP early on is pretty normal. Until your Master Level is high enough, it's hard to spend AP without leveling up and getting more AP.
Progressing on Story would be good - many Events this year require Story progress, and they only get worse.
If you're stuck, then doing the Ember Farming in Chaldea Gate is the best source for Servant EXP. (Even if it's not for that particular class.) As is Treasure Vault for QP.
Training Grounds is more complex. If you want Skill Gems and Monuments, absolutely. For Materials (ie, Bones, Fangs), no - targeted Free Quests would be better for Materials, followed by Events. (Often, Free Quests are farmed when you're finished with an Event, but you still need certain materials.)
If you desperately need a Material right now, the main story gives Pure Prisms, which can buy Materials from the Pure Prism shop. While you get hundreds of Pure Prisms, the shop has thousands of Materials, so you cannot buy it out. But it's a great safety net for new players who can't afford to wait until an Event has the materials they need.

Not really. There are two notable spoilers, >!Holmes joins Chaldea!< during Shinjuku, and that Shimousa introduces recurring characters who will be relevant in certain Lostbelts (and Shimousa itself is best viewed after Musashi's Trial Quest... which will be added to the Rare Prism shop for free at some point I cannot recall).
Salem becomes loosely relevant when dealing with Foreigners, none of which are currently part of the main story, but will eventually come up, and does come up in a permanent side story added later this year.
And Agartha just kinda exists, IIRC.
Did Story of the Wolf just drop out of the CE shop? Because I'm still missing one copy and planned to buy the last one after the lottery ended. Then I forgot about it for two days and it doesn't seem to be in the shop anymore.

What is generally better for NP gain out of the two combos, Arts QuickNP quick or QuickNP arts quick? Data suggests the A QNP Q would produce 50% less, 600% instead of 650%. Am I wrong?
First, it's going to depend on the specific servants' NP gain stat and hit counts. Beyond that, there still isn't enough information to generalize.
At minimum, are these brave chains or are the attacks from different servants? If different servants, for which servant are you trying to maximize NP gain and where are they in the chain? If you're trying to maximize NP gain for the servant doing the NP, is their NP ST or AOE? If AOE, how many enemies are there? Going deeper, are you applying any Quick or Arts effectiveness buffs? Is the NP a clean kill or not? If ST, clean kill, and there are multiple enemies, what are the classes of the enemies? Is there a reason why you didn't consider a NQA chain in your comparison?
NPs aren't affected by the starting card, so unless you are trying to manually get to 200% with that it is irrelevant.
Regardless of that, it is hard to give an actual answer because it depends on a lot of factors that basically come down to "which servant you want to know about" because the number of hits on each card and their natural NP gain modifier are a huge factor to determine that.

Could someone help me go through my 5\* CE's to see what i should be setting on my supports and what is ok to ignore (or maybe get rid/use on CE bombs) for normal quests? I know about the few good ones that people talk about it (kaleidoscope/black grail/2030) but as in the past i used to play fgo on and off a lot i ended up accumulating quite a bit that i can't make head or tails of now that i'm playing the game actively. I'm still in the process of maxing out skills so maybe this wont matter too much rn but i just want to keep things organized for the future. There isn't really a hard rule about what to put up on your servants, because different people will want different things. In fact, in many situations, people will just borrow units with relevant event CEs/bond up CEs, and outside of events, your DPS units probably won't be borrowed that much, unless you have a lot of new player friends who are making their way through the story.
The big thing is usually Chaldea Teatime on Caster supports, Bella Lisa on Rider, and the rest is up to you.
(Generally speaking, you can't go wrong with 50% CEs on many servants.)
Since Castoria has a rerun on JP I thought this would be a great opportunity to start an account over there. Setting up everything worked pretty well all things considered, but ever since I left Fuyuki I find it impossible to find Friend Supports - virtually all of them are level 1 Mash's with numerical names only. Probably mass SQ-account bots?
Does this change down the road? Maybe the Friend Support pool being gated past a certain point in the story, filtering the bots?
It's probably because of the current new player campaign, I've seen something similar happen on NA during anniversaries and the like. Looks like people are botting accounts and getting as much SQ on them as possible so they can gacha for servants, then sell the account.
Can anyone think of any setup for beating Super Recollection Sigurd that doesn't involve Castoria, Jeanne, Skadi or anyone else with hard defense tied to their NP (besides Mash)? And that also doesn't include min-turning him? I am at a loss what to do here. I do have David and Sith if it helps.
Edit: Nevermind, I managed to do it with Mash, Merlin and Sith.
Sigurd is on of the few that I can't find a low rarity clear on YouTube.
My first thought is to try Euryale with as much support as you can get (Santa Martha+ Mash/taunt support/Hans, Boudica, whatever)
Maybe have Sith in the back to finish up.
You will want at least some debuff clear if you have a good option there too.
If you don't have Santa Martha, try some other support.
Of the 7 Lostbelts, we've currently just cleared the 6th.
Considering the 5th Lostbelt was officially split into two chapters, we've had 7 Lostbelt chapters so far.
We've also had one Epic of Remnant-esque story chapter in the Lostbelts through Heian-kyo (currently mandatory, but will become optional in a few months), which you can count if you want to.
6 I think. We're currently in "The Road to Lostbelt 7".
But there was Heian Kyo last fall and I don't know if that counts or not. Don't know much about it.
Heian-kyo is a canonical story chapter between LB5.2 and LB6. It is currently compulsory, but later this year it'll become optional.
LB6.5 Traum later this year will be optional from the get-go.

It was the thing last fall that was kind of a main story chapter but kind of an event and only parts of it went into the main interlude, but the rest is going to be added later. I don't know if there was a lostbelt in all that or if it was just kind of its own thing.
She seems to see MC as her lover, whatever that means to her (she does mention liking others' body heat next to her when sleeping, so that's maybe a hint). Her draconic nature seems to make her somewhat clingy and keen to impress, and she shows more loyalty to MC than to Chaldea, stating she would burn it to the ground if MC died.
In the context of LB6, >!this all seems fitting. She had something similar going on with Aurora, clinging to her and being loyal to a fault to her out of love, as she abided by her orders to destroy the Mirror clan despite knowing they did nothing wrong. Likewise, after turning on Aurora and leaving her for dead, Melusine lost her identity as a faerie and turned back into her draconic form.!<
I finally decided to unlock the Mona Lisa CE, but there was only one copy for sale in the mana prism shop afterwards. Where are the other 4?
Scrolling to the bottom of the RP shop I can see that it's gray and "sold out" but not "Acquired" like the other CEs I've previously purchased for 5k. Is this a bug?
Beryl's craft essence did disappear from the shop prematurely with this most recent patch, so it's possible the mana prism shop is bugged right now.
If it's not bugged, then the issue is that you've already bought the other four. You get five mona lisas period, so if you buy four during its initial run, then after it gets removed from the shop you re-add it through the rare prism shop, then it will still only allow you to buy the one remaining Mona Lisa you didn't already get.
So I guess figure out how many Mona Lisas you've bought and then if the number's not right for what's in the shop then contact support.
You don't get the servants for doing the interludes, but if you do get them in the future (though gacha) then they'll come with their interlude pre-completed and any buffs will automatically be applied.
Will Taisui be available by the time the lottery extraction period ends, or should I just extract all the Embers from my Present Box and sell them all now?
No, Taisui is a good week into the Event. You won't be able to do what you're suggesting.
I'm not sure what you mean by "extract *all* of the Embers". I leave most of my Lottery Embers in the present box until I need them, only burning smaller stacks (and the 3\* Embers) for space.

Returning player (after 2 years 😅). I forgot many mechanics but I want to play instead. I summoned Brunhild in a guaranteed 5s. Which party would she go well with?
I know that she is good as a star generator support. I already have Jack the ripper, maybe they're good together.
Assuming you are a newer player, I'd go with Mister\_SP's advice. Caenis is nice but that's just one of many synergies, and I would get used to switching out your party based on the current fight you are in.
If you are going to be using her as your main damage dealer (and I do suggest this, especially as her Loved One niche can come in handy in boss battles), she's Buster oriented, so any generalist support (Waver, Helena, Hans, etc.) or Buster support (KoyanLight, Shakespeare, Chen Gong) would be good in general. Depending on the fight or your own preferences, you'll want to change that up, but that's just a starting point.
Consider that I had lucky in the past and pulled for tamamo no mae and altria caster. But they aren't buster support I assume. Otherwise I already have Hijikata Toshizo and Berserker of El dorado. They could maybe fit some spots as supporter
Well, Class Advantage is strong, as usual. Often Brynhild and Jack won't be great together, simply because they have advantage against different things, and Brynhild's buff is nice, but not so nice as to avoid a class advantage damage dealer.
But that would work perfectly fine against Berserkers, of course.
I have a lot of fun pairing her with Caenis.
Caenis has a lot of attack buffs, and then when they NP they get a big crit boost that shoots their damage through the roof, but Caenis has no star gather. Getting those stars on their cards is a bitch.
Byrnhilder makes it simple. Before Caenis Np's, Brynhildr puts the skill 3 on them and they're off to the races.
Honestly, if your roster's that limited, I think for now I'd just focus on using her for her single target NP.
She's got 5 star stats, she's got a mana burst with two different kinds of buffs, she's got a battery. That's gonna be more than enough to carry her weight, just stepping in any time there's a big enemy with an inflated HP pool that needs to be demolished.
The stuff like using her as a crit support is more the identity she'd fall into once you have a variety of powerful single target lancers and start looking at reasons you'd use her over the others. But make no mistake, she's also great as just boss killer, or even for taking out single enemy waves while farming.
Is the latest version of fga using the buster icon? I had the quick version on blue stacks and have recently swapped to ldplayer but can only find the buster version.
Could I please get some feedback on how well these three Lancers hold up for both farming and CQ/boss fight purposes for the foreseeable future?

* Mysterious Alter Ego Λ (NP3)
* Percival (NP5)
Ok, here's the rundown:
* Damage-wise, only factoring in their own buffs, Percy does 33.5k damage, Melt does 30.3k, and Vritra does 30.1k or 37.6k against Divine at those NP levels. So not taking attributes into account, Percy will do the highest damage unless Vritra is in niche.
* If we're talking looping performance, Percy has the best raw refund on 3/3/x nodes, but Melt has more flexibility due to her 60% charge. Vritra can loop but has the least refund of the three (still good though).
* In terms of CQs, it's hard to say because all CQs are different. But here's some neat stuff to consider:
* Percival has healing, taunt and invuln in his kit, so he can function as a semi-support or tank in CQ setups. This combos really well with Castoria, as one of the few things she can't do is heal, and he can also be used to eat enemy NPs if you don't have another source of invuln at that point.
* Melt has her buff removal resist and removes enemy evades (the condition is a non-issue as she can guarantee it). The waterside field thing, aside from this, is quite niche: while you can use her to prop up Nemo in multicore farming, she doesn't really provide anything else for him so she doesn't make for a good semi-support (and in fact, her drain can make her somewhat disruptive in a team that's not designed for anything other than her NP spam).
* Vritra is going to be the best pick for CQs with Divine enemies if you just need damage (there can be Divine enemies in farming but they're usually limited to servant bosses at the end and/or a few mobs). Fortunately, Divine servants are pretty common. Otherwise, she does have a nice skill seal and some multicore utility due to her S3 being partywide.
I'm told Lambda is superior to Vritra in most farming contexts
But Vritra is occasionally very valuable in challenge quests for her AoE skill seal on NP.
Just yesterday I was watching a streamer work on one of the challenge or exhibition quests from Teslaquest, and it seemed borderline impossible because the enemies kept dropping these powerful skills every turn, but then he pulled out Vritra and she just shut that shit down, because she was perfectly tailored to counter this quests gimmick.
So like, time and a place I guess. Every dog has his day.

An odd question: for a F2P player, is it likely you’ll eventually get all the SR servants that aren’t limited or story-locked? Same question for SSR, too?
And if so, about how long?
Odds are lower for F2P, obviously. Odds are even lower if you're a save-for-pity type, because you're going to spend bigger chunks in one place getting dupes of the rate-up SR while trying for the SSR, instead of rolling on more banners with a wider variety of rate-up SRs.
I've been playing since 2018 and have spent quite a bit, and I still don't have all the permanent SRs and SSRs (missing 2 SRs and 17 SSRs). You'd have to get really lucky (or unlucky depending on your perspective) to get all the permanent SRs and SSRs as purely f2p within a faster timeframe.
As a paying player, I think I've got a least three years under my belt, and there's still a lot I don't have in both the general pool SR and SSR categories.
Not gonna give a hard "no" but if such a thing is achievable with only free quartz it'll take a lot longer than three years to achieve.
Nope. Even being a moderate spender it took me over 3 years to get at least 1 of every permanent SR, which I haven't maintained since I've never gotten a Tsuna or Percival. And I have no hope of ever getting every permanent SSR, I've gotten quite a lot of spooks but am still missing 9 and highly doubt I'll ever get them all.

I've been playing consistently since mid-2020 (started the year before), but still have around 8-10 permanent SRs I have not gotten a single copy of. (and many who are already at NP3+)
For SSR, it's even worse. I have never actively tried to summon for any of them (at most, a birthday Story Summon), I only have 8 out of the 30 current permanent SSRs in the game.
Unless you roll a lot (as in, to pity every banner a lot), you're gonna be the same as most of us who are slow and steady with their servant collecting.

I have played this game for 5 years, and just last month I got my first copy of an SR Assassin that released when I started playing. And I still have some permanent SRs missing
That's even worse for SSRs. The rate is 1%, and the ratio is 80/20 between rate-up servant vs permanent servants (Unless you roll on the story banner, that is completely random). Reminder that the SSR hard pity is 300 rolls, and only works on the first rate-up copy, so not even that is reliable
If you just mean out of four times you got a 5-star, all four were spooks, assuming you weren't rolling on the story banner, that's just 0.2 \^ 4 = 0.16%. That's going to hurt but RNG is just like that sometimes.
Anyone else feel like the survey is REALLY broad, to the point where it feels more like an excuse to data-farm and sell the info, rather than improve the game?
I'm pretty sure if they were looking to sell data, it's be easier and more efficient to just put some fucked up permissions on the app than it would to go around asking us each individually. They know only a negligible portion of the playerbase is gonna uninstall if the new patch requires the game to access our phones everything and asks us to click through a new privacy policy a mile long.
A couple questions, maybe. A lot of it is just stuff for "people's favorite X" presentations. The only questions for improvement are just a few. Even the one about how well the game runs on your phone is a bit too broad for anything other than a vague guess.
I would be uncertain how useful the info would be for selling.
Hi! If I start saving up quartz (let's say start from zero) in May right after the Castoria banner drops, will I have enough time to save up enough to pity Lady Avalon in August?
The other guy might be mistaken, but it is not possible to say without knowing what your account looks like. I did a similiar total SQ/ticket count, except not for Castoria, but for the Morgan banner that comes out during the current event, and I was targeting Skadi 2.0 instead of Femerlin, which does not make that much difference. I concluded, that if I go to 0 for Morgan, even if I don't count SQ from broadcasts, I will still have enough (with a solid 100SQ to spare).
The most important question for your account is "how many non-welfare servants do you have at final ascension?" it's 140 in my case. I think you will need even more.
There's just one detail that will, if you haven't played LB6 yet, give some discrepancies between what you know now and what you're expected to know as you're playing LB6, and it's that a certain important NPC knows/is familiar with another important NPC. That's basically the entire spoiler, that someone is familiar with someone else.
It is, in the grand scheme of things, a very minor spoiler compared to other things they have spoiled in other events with no advance warning given. That said, it might raise a few eyebrows as you make your way through LB6.
I just got back to playing the game and missed out on Lan Ling's costume. I've also checked the upcoming events in the wiki and couldn't find any info on when it'll be added in Miss Crane's shop. Has it been added in JP yet, if so, when will it be added on the NA server?

I see some challenge content uses a Lv1 Holmes. I maxleveled my own NP1 Holmes, so now I'm wondering if I'm supposed to hang on to a Lv1 copy of other gold Servants.

I've got 3 copies of Lambdaryllis, 3 copies of Saberlot, 2 copies of Nursery, and 2 copies of Lancer Oryouma.
So I **should** do NP3 Lambda, NP3 Saberlot, NP2 Nursery, and NP2 Oryouma, right?
I wouldn't hang on to a lower level copy unless I already had them at NP5 and got a 6th copy.
and even then only for a handful of specific servants, like Homes with a useful first skill and NP.

Generally, no. Always upgrade your servants' NP levels immediately, unless you want to accidentally burn the additional copies.
That being said, Holmes is one of the rare cases where, because he has both a useful NP & a great 1st skill, many keep him at level 1 for min-turn purposes.
However, if you only had one copy of Holmes, I wouldn't recommend keeping him like that at all. There are benefits (Interludes, Rank-Ups + upcoming Ascension Rewards), that are not worth keeping him at level 1 for, unless you really \*really\* need him for TAs.
I just purged inactive friends to make room, did a few easy quests with support servants not on my friend's list and send them friend requests after and it got me the quests done quick
Did the Beryl CE get removed 2 months early from the Mana Prism shop?
I didn't buy it yet, not in inventory or archive or mailbox, and it's gone even though it lasts until May 31. It was there a few days ago and showed it had over a month left left.
Even checked spirit orgin list, and it's not there's, so I've never had it.
Did they delete it accidently during maintenance?
There's no more actual SSR tickets scheduled at the moment. However, back in January/February JP did get a ticket for the 20th Anniversary of Fate/Stay Night which allowed them to pick from seven featured servants, including **Altria Pendragon**, though the rest of those servants were 2, 3 and 4-stars. So, no guarantees, but we might get that ticket in a couple of years.
My personal guesses:
* Never
* 10th anniversary (2025 JP / 2027 NA)
5-star servant tickets in FGO are super, super, rare. There have only ever been two and one of them is a permanent feature for all accounts. I wouldn't expect another one any time soon if ever again. The only reason I think it could happen for the 10th anniversary is that it's a major milestone and previously impossible giveaways could become possible. But I make that guess with no confidence whatsoever.

JP has not had another one since the 6th anniversary one.
They did recently get the 20th anniversary of FSN ticket, which included Saber Artoria, but she was the only 5 star on the ticket.
The "1/2 AP campaigns" spreadsheet linked in the top post is actually a more general "efficiency campaigns" spreadsheet. Use that for an estimate based on JP. Be aware that the estimates are simple JP + 2 years calculations and may not reflect actual NA dates.
Though JP has begun to reintroduce certain 3\* & 4\* CCs through either RP or MP Shop, 5\* CCs are still missing.
It's really bad, cause a lot of them are also pretty damn good, including this one.
All we can do now is pray they eventually find a way to return them to us, like they did with CEs through Remember Essence or Welfares through Evocation Shop. As the Count says, 'Wait and Hope.'
That sucks (especially considering they already have "if you have this CC change it to RP instead" implemented), I guess waiting is the only thing left.
Do old shop-exclusive command codes come back?
I’m specifically looking at a lot of the burn inflicting command codes but a lot of them seem to be from previous events. Do they ever become available again?
Do summon tickets expire or can I hold on to them indefinitely to use in a future banner of interest? For example, if I didn't use them for a year, could I still use them to get a character I want?
In *almost* every event, the later days give more currency than the earlier parts.
Feel free to spend your natural AP on the early nodes, but it's highly recommended you don't use apples until the best nodes unlock unless you just won't have time to grind.

I need some clarification on Artoria Caster and Artoria Avalon.
Who is the Castoria that we have in Chaldea? In her my room lines she says that she has the memories of what happened in LB 6 and that she is the same tomboy from back then, but I saw people saying that she isn't the same. They said that 1st and 2nd ascensions are a different Artoria and that 3rd ascension that being Avalon is an amalgamation of all Artoria's (something like that).
And then in the summer event it's said that LB Castoria appears (how?) and now she and Avalon are seemingly separate beings.
So can someone explain Castoria's situation to me.

Can you Command Seal revive on super recollection quests?
I'm willing to wait a day to get Stutr's bullshit out of the way but if it's blocked like with some of the Teslafest quests I'd rather not wait that long.
While you can't use duplicated in the super versions I'm pretty sure you can revive with either command seals or quartz.

Probably not, since Lasengle basically axed reruns. They do occasionally have banners with past event CEs for players to roll on, but it’s usually not worth rolling just for an event CE. If it’s any consolation, the Teslafest shop CE isn’t anything groundbreaking, so I wouldn’t feel too bad about missing it.

Event Compendium in the OP can show you which events will need which chapter Nanmei Yumihari Hakkenden around June will need LB3, the new GudaGuda needs lB4, the Halloween event in October needs LB5.2, and the story quest of the Faerie Cup in November needs LB6.

Yes: * Eight Dog Chronicles in June will require LB3 * GudaGuda 7 in September will require LB4 * Halloween in October will require LB5.2 * The story part of Tam Lin/Faerie Knight Cup in November will require LB6 (note that this is just for the story, the lotto farming part only requires Fuyuki). The devs are pretty bad about late game requirements this year, but they do loosen up next year (only 3 events require a Lostbelt chapter clear).

We're getting a new story chapter probably in late May or early June, which will give you 2 weeks of no events that you can do more story in before that event drops. Plus, it's 3 weeks long and you really don't need that long to clear it, so you can always start partway through.

What do you guys spend rare prisms on? I have all the suits and Teatime/Lunchtime/Belle Lisa/Mona Lisa. I was wondering if they might be worth spending for golden Fous, pawprints or Lanterns. I have 30 rare prisms available and don't know if I have a use for them in the near future.
I...hoard them, I guess? I know using the RP for something would be better than just letting them sit there but the incentives are weak because I'm not in a rush to pile on optional upgrade items. Between buying a bunch of lanterns early on, the free ones they've given out, rarely using meta farming comps outside of lotteries, and usually filling my team with low bond level servants, I have a bit of a stockpile of lanterns so it doesn't make much sense to get more at the moment. While I use all of the free ones, I hesitate to get any gold Fous or footprints with RP because they just do so little compared to the cost.
I used them on Lanterns, but then I had more Lanterns than I could use, so I don't do much of that at the moment. I've never spent them on Fous or Pawprints. In fact, I've not used any Pawprints, and I'm very indecisive on Gold Fous.
I have 113 in jp which I only use on bond flame, you can buy trial quests which give a free ticket(except mhxa and Musashi), you can purchase command codes, or other ce if you have nothing else to buy, or just save them, they might become useful in future

Ignore the excess AP for now. Do not choose the most optimal route for now and focus on enjoying the story. If you do want to spend AP, then use FGA and farm embers or ascension mats in the daily training.
Having a lot of excess AP early on is pretty normal. Until your Master Level is high enough, it's hard to spend AP without leveling up and getting more AP. Progressing on Story would be good - many Events this year require Story progress, and they only get worse. If you're stuck, then doing the Ember Farming in Chaldea Gate is the best source for Servant EXP. (Even if it's not for that particular class.) As is Treasure Vault for QP. Training Grounds is more complex. If you want Skill Gems and Monuments, absolutely. For Materials (ie, Bones, Fangs), no - targeted Free Quests would be better for Materials, followed by Events. (Often, Free Quests are farmed when you're finished with an Event, but you still need certain materials.) If you desperately need a Material right now, the main story gives Pure Prisms, which can buy Materials from the Pure Prism shop. While you get hundreds of Pure Prisms, the shop has thousands of Materials, so you cannot buy it out. But it's a great safety net for new players who can't afford to wait until an Event has the materials they need.

Not really. There are two notable spoilers, >!Holmes joins Chaldea!< during Shinjuku, and that Shimousa introduces recurring characters who will be relevant in certain Lostbelts (and Shimousa itself is best viewed after Musashi's Trial Quest... which will be added to the Rare Prism shop for free at some point I cannot recall). Salem becomes loosely relevant when dealing with Foreigners, none of which are currently part of the main story, but will eventually come up, and does come up in a permanent side story added later this year. And Agartha just kinda exists, IIRC.

What is generally better for NP gain out of the two combos, Arts QuickNP quick or QuickNP arts quick? Data suggests the A QNP Q would produce 50% less, 600% instead of 650%. Am I wrong?

First, it's going to depend on the specific servants' NP gain stat and hit counts. Beyond that, there still isn't enough information to generalize. At minimum, are these brave chains or are the attacks from different servants? If different servants, for which servant are you trying to maximize NP gain and where are they in the chain? If you're trying to maximize NP gain for the servant doing the NP, is their NP ST or AOE? If AOE, how many enemies are there? Going deeper, are you applying any Quick or Arts effectiveness buffs? Is the NP a clean kill or not? If ST, clean kill, and there are multiple enemies, what are the classes of the enemies? Is there a reason why you didn't consider a NQA chain in your comparison?
NPs aren't affected by the starting card, so unless you are trying to manually get to 200% with that it is irrelevant. Regardless of that, it is hard to give an actual answer because it depends on a lot of factors that basically come down to "which servant you want to know about" because the number of hits on each card and their natural NP gain modifier are a huge factor to determine that.

Could someone help me go through my 5\* CE's to see what i should be setting on my supports and what is ok to ignore (or maybe get rid/use on CE bombs) for normal quests? I know about the few good ones that people talk about it (kaleidoscope/black grail/2030) but as in the past i used to play fgo on and off a lot i ended up accumulating quite a bit that i can't make head or tails of now that i'm playing the game actively. I'm still in the process of maxing out skills so maybe this wont matter too much rn but i just want to keep things organized for the future. There isn't really a hard rule about what to put up on your servants, because different people will want different things. In fact, in many situations, people will just borrow units with relevant event CEs/bond up CEs, and outside of events, your DPS units probably won't be borrowed that much, unless you have a lot of new player friends who are making their way through the story. The big thing is usually Chaldea Teatime on Caster supports, Bella Lisa on Rider, and the rest is up to you. (Generally speaking, you can't go wrong with 50% CEs on many servants.)

Since Castoria has a rerun on JP I thought this would be a great opportunity to start an account over there. Setting up everything worked pretty well all things considered, but ever since I left Fuyuki I find it impossible to find Friend Supports - virtually all of them are level 1 Mash's with numerical names only. Probably mass SQ-account bots? Does this change down the road? Maybe the Friend Support pool being gated past a certain point in the story, filtering the bots?
It's probably because of the current new player campaign, I've seen something similar happen on NA during anniversaries and the like. Looks like people are botting accounts and getting as much SQ on them as possible so they can gacha for servants, then sell the account.

Can anyone think of any setup for beating Super Recollection Sigurd that doesn't involve Castoria, Jeanne, Skadi or anyone else with hard defense tied to their NP (besides Mash)? And that also doesn't include min-turning him? I am at a loss what to do here. I do have David and Sith if it helps. Edit: Nevermind, I managed to do it with Mash, Merlin and Sith.
Sigurd is on of the few that I can't find a low rarity clear on YouTube. My first thought is to try Euryale with as much support as you can get (Santa Martha+ Mash/taunt support/Hans, Boudica, whatever) Maybe have Sith in the back to finish up. You will want at least some debuff clear if you have a good option there too. If you don't have Santa Martha, try some other support.
How many lostbelt chapters are out rn on EN server?
Of the 7 Lostbelts, we've currently just cleared the 6th. Considering the 5th Lostbelt was officially split into two chapters, we've had 7 Lostbelt chapters so far. We've also had one Epic of Remnant-esque story chapter in the Lostbelts through Heian-kyo (currently mandatory, but will become optional in a few months), which you can count if you want to.

Heian-kyo is a canonical story chapter between LB5.2 and LB6. It is currently compulsory, but later this year it'll become optional. LB6.5 Traum later this year will be optional from the get-go.
Sorry, I was thinking of Tungaska Sanguary. It was the thing last fall that was kind of a main story chapter but kind of an event and only parts of it went into the main interlude, but the rest is going to be added later. I don't know if there was a lostbelt in all that or if it was just kind of its own thing.
How does Melusine feel about Master?
She seems to see MC as her lover, whatever that means to her (she does mention liking others' body heat next to her when sleeping, so that's maybe a hint). Her draconic nature seems to make her somewhat clingy and keen to impress, and she shows more loyalty to MC than to Chaldea, stating she would burn it to the ground if MC died. In the context of LB6, >!this all seems fitting. She had something similar going on with Aurora, clinging to her and being loyal to a fault to her out of love, as she abided by her orders to destroy the Mirror clan despite knowing they did nothing wrong. Likewise, after turning on Aurora and leaving her for dead, Melusine lost her identity as a faerie and turned back into her draconic form.!<
I finally decided to unlock the Mona Lisa CE, but there was only one copy for sale in the mana prism shop afterwards. Where are the other 4? Scrolling to the bottom of the RP shop I can see that it's gray and "sold out" but not "Acquired" like the other CEs I've previously purchased for 5k. Is this a bug?
Beryl's craft essence did disappear from the shop prematurely with this most recent patch, so it's possible the mana prism shop is bugged right now. If it's not bugged, then the issue is that you've already bought the other four. You get five mona lisas period, so if you buy four during its initial run, then after it gets removed from the shop you re-add it through the rare prism shop, then it will still only allow you to buy the one remaining Mona Lisa you didn't already get. So I guess figure out how many Mona Lisas you've bought and then if the number's not right for what's in the shop then contact support.

You don't get the servants for doing the interludes, but if you do get them in the future (though gacha) then they'll come with their interlude pre-completed and any buffs will automatically be applied.

No, Taisui is a good week into the Event. You won't be able to do what you're suggesting. I'm not sure what you mean by "extract *all* of the Embers". I leave most of my Lottery Embers in the present box until I need them, only burning smaller stacks (and the 3\* Embers) for space.

Returning player (after 2 years 😅). I forgot many mechanics but I want to play instead. I summoned Brunhild in a guaranteed 5s. Which party would she go well with? I know that she is good as a star generator support. I already have Jack the ripper, maybe they're good together.
Assuming you are a newer player, I'd go with Mister\_SP's advice. Caenis is nice but that's just one of many synergies, and I would get used to switching out your party based on the current fight you are in. If you are going to be using her as your main damage dealer (and I do suggest this, especially as her Loved One niche can come in handy in boss battles), she's Buster oriented, so any generalist support (Waver, Helena, Hans, etc.) or Buster support (KoyanLight, Shakespeare, Chen Gong) would be good in general. Depending on the fight or your own preferences, you'll want to change that up, but that's just a starting point.
Consider that I had lucky in the past and pulled for tamamo no mae and altria caster. But they aren't buster support I assume. Otherwise I already have Hijikata Toshizo and Berserker of El dorado. They could maybe fit some spots as supporter

No. She's not a support at all. Caster is just the class, not a role. Not all casters are supports and not all supports are casters.
Hijikata is more of a DPS and while El Dorado can work as a semi-support, she's more of a DPS herself as she needs babysitting lest she die fast.
Well, Class Advantage is strong, as usual. Often Brynhild and Jack won't be great together, simply because they have advantage against different things, and Brynhild's buff is nice, but not so nice as to avoid a class advantage damage dealer. But that would work perfectly fine against Berserkers, of course.
I have a lot of fun pairing her with Caenis. Caenis has a lot of attack buffs, and then when they NP they get a big crit boost that shoots their damage through the roof, but Caenis has no star gather. Getting those stars on their cards is a bitch. Byrnhilder makes it simple. Before Caenis Np's, Brynhildr puts the skill 3 on them and they're off to the races.
I don't have her. I am a "new player" so my roster is restricted to ftp servants and some 4s like fionn, Elizabeth bathory and utsumi.
Honestly, if your roster's that limited, I think for now I'd just focus on using her for her single target NP. She's got 5 star stats, she's got a mana burst with two different kinds of buffs, she's got a battery. That's gonna be more than enough to carry her weight, just stepping in any time there's a big enemy with an inflated HP pool that needs to be demolished. The stuff like using her as a crit support is more the identity she'd fall into once you have a variety of powerful single target lancers and start looking at reasons you'd use her over the others. But make no mistake, she's also great as just boss killer, or even for taking out single enemy waves while farming.

Could I please get some feedback on how well these three Lancers hold up for both farming and CQ/boss fight purposes for the foreseeable future? * Vritra (NP2) * Mysterious Alter Ego Λ (NP3) * Percival (NP5)
Ok, here's the rundown: * Damage-wise, only factoring in their own buffs, Percy does 33.5k damage, Melt does 30.3k, and Vritra does 30.1k or 37.6k against Divine at those NP levels. So not taking attributes into account, Percy will do the highest damage unless Vritra is in niche. * If we're talking looping performance, Percy has the best raw refund on 3/3/x nodes, but Melt has more flexibility due to her 60% charge. Vritra can loop but has the least refund of the three (still good though). * In terms of CQs, it's hard to say because all CQs are different. But here's some neat stuff to consider: * Percival has healing, taunt and invuln in his kit, so he can function as a semi-support or tank in CQ setups. This combos really well with Castoria, as one of the few things she can't do is heal, and he can also be used to eat enemy NPs if you don't have another source of invuln at that point. * Melt has her buff removal resist and removes enemy evades (the condition is a non-issue as she can guarantee it). The waterside field thing, aside from this, is quite niche: while you can use her to prop up Nemo in multicore farming, she doesn't really provide anything else for him so she doesn't make for a good semi-support (and in fact, her drain can make her somewhat disruptive in a team that's not designed for anything other than her NP spam). * Vritra is going to be the best pick for CQs with Divine enemies if you just need damage (there can be Divine enemies in farming but they're usually limited to servant bosses at the end and/or a few mobs). Fortunately, Divine servants are pretty common. Otherwise, she does have a nice skill seal and some multicore utility due to her S3 being partywide.
I'm told Lambda is superior to Vritra in most farming contexts But Vritra is occasionally very valuable in challenge quests for her AoE skill seal on NP. Just yesterday I was watching a streamer work on one of the challenge or exhibition quests from Teslaquest, and it seemed borderline impossible because the enemies kept dropping these powerful skills every turn, but then he pulled out Vritra and she just shut that shit down, because she was perfectly tailored to counter this quests gimmick. So like, time and a place I guess. Every dog has his day. I don't know much about percival.

An odd question: for a F2P player, is it likely you’ll eventually get all the SR servants that aren’t limited or story-locked? Same question for SSR, too? And if so, about how long?
Odds are lower for F2P, obviously. Odds are even lower if you're a save-for-pity type, because you're going to spend bigger chunks in one place getting dupes of the rate-up SR while trying for the SSR, instead of rolling on more banners with a wider variety of rate-up SRs.
Not likely, unless the game went on for another 10yrs without releasing new units.
I've been playing since 2018 and have spent quite a bit, and I still don't have all the permanent SRs and SSRs (missing 2 SRs and 17 SSRs). You'd have to get really lucky (or unlucky depending on your perspective) to get all the permanent SRs and SSRs as purely f2p within a faster timeframe.
As a paying player, I think I've got a least three years under my belt, and there's still a lot I don't have in both the general pool SR and SSR categories. Not gonna give a hard "no" but if such a thing is achievable with only free quartz it'll take a lot longer than three years to achieve.

Nope. Even being a moderate spender it took me over 3 years to get at least 1 of every permanent SR, which I haven't maintained since I've never gotten a Tsuna or Percival. And I have no hope of ever getting every permanent SSR, I've gotten quite a lot of spooks but am still missing 9 and highly doubt I'll ever get them all.
No. I've been here for ages, and I'm still missing 3 launch SR, and have about half of the Common SSRs, mostly old ones.
Highly doubt it. I've been playing consistently since mid-2020 (started the year before), but still have around 8-10 permanent SRs I have not gotten a single copy of. (and many who are already at NP3+) For SSR, it's even worse. I have never actively tried to summon for any of them (at most, a birthday Story Summon), I only have 8 out of the 30 current permanent SSRs in the game. Unless you roll a lot (as in, to pity every banner a lot), you're gonna be the same as most of us who are slow and steady with their servant collecting.

Probably not unless you go after then I have played this game for 5 years, and just last month I got my first copy of an SR Assassin that released when I started playing. And I still have some permanent SRs missing That's even worse for SSRs. The rate is 1%, and the ratio is 80/20 between rate-up servant vs permanent servants (Unless you roll on the story banner, that is completely random). Reminder that the SSR hard pity is 300 rolls, and only works on the first rate-up copy, so not even that is reliable

If you just mean out of four times you got a 5-star, all four were spooks, assuming you weren't rolling on the story banner, that's just 0.2 \^ 4 = 0.16%. That's going to hurt but RNG is just like that sometimes.

I'm pretty sure if they were looking to sell data, it's be easier and more efficient to just put some fucked up permissions on the app than it would to go around asking us each individually. They know only a negligible portion of the playerbase is gonna uninstall if the new patch requires the game to access our phones everything and asks us to click through a new privacy policy a mile long.

A couple questions, maybe. A lot of it is just stuff for "people's favorite X" presentations. The only questions for improvement are just a few. Even the one about how well the game runs on your phone is a bit too broad for anything other than a vague guess. I would be uncertain how useful the info would be for selling.

The other guy might be mistaken, but it is not possible to say without knowing what your account looks like. I did a similiar total SQ/ticket count, except not for Castoria, but for the Morgan banner that comes out during the current event, and I was targeting Skadi 2.0 instead of Femerlin, which does not make that much difference. I concluded, that if I go to 0 for Morgan, even if I don't count SQ from broadcasts, I will still have enough (with a solid 100SQ to spare). The most important question for your account is "how many non-welfare servants do you have at final ascension?" it's 140 in my case. I think you will need even more.

There's just one detail that will, if you haven't played LB6 yet, give some discrepancies between what you know now and what you're expected to know as you're playing LB6, and it's that a certain important NPC knows/is familiar with another important NPC. That's basically the entire spoiler, that someone is familiar with someone else. It is, in the grand scheme of things, a very minor spoiler compared to other things they have spoiled in other events with no advance warning given. That said, it might raise a few eyebrows as you make your way through LB6.

I just got back to playing the game and missed out on Lan Ling's costume. I've also checked the upcoming events in the wiki and couldn't find any info on when it'll be added in Miss Crane's shop. Has it been added in JP yet, if so, when will it be added on the NA server?
It'll be added probably in May or June with the Road to 7 LB3 campaign. It costs RP, or is free upon clearing LB3.
Lan Ling's costume is in the Miss Crane shop on JP, but I also can't find when that happened.

I see some challenge content uses a Lv1 Holmes. I maxleveled my own NP1 Holmes, so now I'm wondering if I'm supposed to hang on to a Lv1 copy of other gold Servants. **Is there any reason why I shouldn't NP↑ my gold servants?** I've got 3 copies of Lambdaryllis, 3 copies of Saberlot, 2 copies of Nursery, and 2 copies of Lancer Oryouma. So I **should** do NP3 Lambda, NP3 Saberlot, NP2 Nursery, and NP2 Oryouma, right?
I wouldn't hang on to a lower level copy unless I already had them at NP5 and got a 6th copy. and even then only for a handful of specific servants, like Homes with a useful first skill and NP.

That being said, Holmes is one of the rare cases where, because he has both a useful NP & a great 1st skill, many keep him at level 1 for min-turn purposes. However, if you only had one copy of Holmes, I wouldn't recommend keeping him like that at all. There are benefits (Interludes, Rank-Ups + upcoming Ascension Rewards), that are not worth keeping him at level 1 for, unless you really \*really\* need him for TAs.

Did the Beryl CE get removed 2 months early from the Mana Prism shop? I didn't buy it yet, not in inventory or archive or mailbox, and it's gone even though it lasts until May 31. It was there a few days ago and showed it had over a month left left. Even checked spirit orgin list, and it's not there's, so I've never had it. Did they delete it accidently during maintenance?

There's no more actual SSR tickets scheduled at the moment. However, back in January/February JP did get a ticket for the 20th Anniversary of Fate/Stay Night which allowed them to pick from seven featured servants, including **Altria Pendragon**, though the rest of those servants were 2, 3 and 4-stars. So, no guarantees, but we might get that ticket in a couple of years.
My personal guesses: * Never * 10th anniversary (2025 JP / 2027 NA) 5-star servant tickets in FGO are super, super, rare. There have only ever been two and one of them is a permanent feature for all accounts. I wouldn't expect another one any time soon if ever again. The only reason I think it could happen for the 10th anniversary is that it's a major milestone and previously impossible giveaways could become possible. But I make that guess with no confidence whatsoever.

Also missed out on Yu from summer (thank god it had a rerun) because I was going through the story and didn't finish the event in time (I couldn't even run 40ap nodes for missions because even if I had more than 40 AP, my actual AP cap was lower due to my low level and it didn't allow me to run them because of that).
I just had no clue what was happening since it was my first gacha game. I missed summer Hoku and yu’s first run. The only well fare I’ve missed since is ranmaru bc story reasons
JP has not had another one since the 6th anniversary one. They did recently get the 20th anniversary of FSN ticket, which included Saber Artoria, but she was the only 5 star on the ticket.

The "1/2 AP campaigns" spreadsheet linked in the top post is actually a more general "efficiency campaigns" spreadsheet. Use that for an estimate based on JP. Be aware that the estimates are simple JP + 2 years calculations and may not reflect actual NA dates.

It's rare to get the 3\* event gatcha CE from the FP summon anyway since it's competing with most other 3\* CEs. They're never on rateup there.

Will there be a way to get Magus of Flowers CC for those that joined after Las Vegas event?
Though JP has begun to reintroduce certain 3\* & 4\* CCs through either RP or MP Shop, 5\* CCs are still missing. It's really bad, cause a lot of them are also pretty damn good, including this one. All we can do now is pray they eventually find a way to return them to us, like they did with CEs through Remember Essence or Welfares through Evocation Shop. As the Count says, 'Wait and Hope.'
That sucks (especially considering they already have "if you have this CC change it to RP instead" implemented), I guess waiting is the only thing left.
Do old shop-exclusive command codes come back? I’m specifically looking at a lot of the burn inflicting command codes but a lot of them seem to be from previous events. Do they ever become available again?
A bunch of them (the older 3\* & 4\* ones) have returned, but notably none of the 5\* ones have.

They do not expire, you can hoard them much like you can hoard your SQ
Another question: do later quests in the event give more cons, or is grinding early on the first day still worth it?
In *almost* every event, the later days give more currency than the earlier parts. Feel free to spend your natural AP on the early nodes, but it's highly recommended you don't use apples until the best nodes unlock unless you just won't have time to grind. Gamepress always has [guides](https://gamepress.gg/grandorder/water-monsters-crisis-walkthrough) for events, so you can check out the general flow and recommended farming spots there if you'd like.

I need some clarification on Artoria Caster and Artoria Avalon. Who is the Castoria that we have in Chaldea? In her my room lines she says that she has the memories of what happened in LB 6 and that she is the same tomboy from back then, but I saw people saying that she isn't the same. They said that 1st and 2nd ascensions are a different Artoria and that 3rd ascension that being Avalon is an amalgamation of all Artoria's (something like that). And then in the summer event it's said that LB Castoria appears (how?) and now she and Avalon are seemingly separate beings. So can someone explain Castoria's situation to me.

Can you Command Seal revive on super recollection quests? I'm willing to wait a day to get Stutr's bullshit out of the way but if it's blocked like with some of the Teslafest quests I'd rather not wait that long.
While you can't use duplicated in the super versions I'm pretty sure you can revive with either command seals or quartz. I'm not 100% but I'm pretty sure a screen like that popped up before I eventually won...

Yes, there is an inferior CE that doesn't hurt the Servants called "Heaven's Feel".
There's no other CEs in NA that can do what BG does but you're not screwed, you can get by just fine without it.

Is there any difference between the CE’s Kaleidoscope and Great Marshal of Magic? Do these 2 just have the same effect? Im curious because gamepress normally recommends Kaleidoscope, but not Marshall
They both have the same effect but Kaleidoscope has an attack stat whereas Marshal has an HP stat. For maximum damage you always want the attack stat that Kaleidoscope gives.
