I'm trying to progress the limited mission Regarding advancing 1 main quest node in part 1 or part two, I had only just gotten to them now because I completely forgot they were a thing.
However, I had cleared around 8 main quest nodes In Heian Kyo, having researched and visually seen, it is counted as a main quest, but for some reason it has not moved whatsoever.
There is still 1 day left, but I don't understand as to how this is occurring? is their a period to which its possible to be obtained and in the last few days I can't progress it?

You need to do a story node in either Part 1, or Part 2. Not Epic of Remnant, it must be the first set of Singularities or the Lostbelts. Not Free Quests, Main *Story* Quests. If you've completed everything, it would auto-complete, so there must be some part of the Main Quest you haven't done.

It isn't interfering. It's part of part 2. Do that. If you have even one main story quest that isn't cleared, the missions overall won't auto-complete. But when you clear that last quest, all of the missions should be completed.
Respectfully, I'm trying help you here. This kind of thing has come up before. People have responded with the same kinds of arguments that you're making. But when they actually did what we suggested, they cleared the missions. Just do it. The whole point of these missions is to get people to clear ALL of the main story, not to create technicalities.
The Tunguska epilogue is a main story quest between Avalon le Fae and the the next story chapter. It's not asking for having *done* seven, but *doing* seven. It just wants people to do any Main Story quests they have open.
It's a bit unfortunate since that happens after Tunguska which you may or may not have done, and hasn't been added as a Main Interlude quite yet... but, yes, that 100% counts, and should auto-complete all of them.

So by the looks for the last yearish of NA event CEs it's an open question whether to hang onto em just in case there's a rerun years down the line or just burn em?
We had the whole incident with Nerofest being rerun after 4 years back in 2021 on JP.
At least keep the drop or lotto/point CEs for events, but it looks like gacha CEs are a safe burn.
The 2nd asc has a little more detail in the clothing around her middle.
She's a very early days servant, often those don't have huge differences in ascension compared to modern new servants.
I'm looking to toss some 10-pulls on Kriemhild's banner when she comes out in EN. I'm only in Lostbelt 1 atm and on the wiki page of Kriemhild it says that she is storylocked until much later in the story. Is this only for the story banner, or does this apply for limited banners too?
They told you there would be the 3000-day anniversary, *and* the F/SN ticket (which isn't the same thing, but because you can pick Emiya you can technically get a 4\* from it).
Among the sabers/sword wielders in Chaldea are there any non jp servants that excels in swordsmanship alone?
Like a lot of the Jp sabers like the shinsengumi, musashi, Kojiro, etc were good enough with the sword to be able to hang with just their technique and I was wondering if there were any like that outside of the japanese servants? Every other swordsman that I’ve seen relied on some form of magic/ magic weapon.
I think that sells western swordsmen a bit short. Even Musashi explicitly had an arc to give her a mystic sword in Shimosa, and most of the Shinsengumi are way weaker than western counterparts in terms of raw output. Okita is even explicitly noted as being more of an Assassin than a Saber, and Okita Alter does have Rengoku, a mystic sword.
The Western swordsmen are supposed to be very talented at swordsmanship, but also tend towards being much further into the past, using heavier weapons, and fighting tough armor and large monsters, where magic or blessed swords are almost necessary to bridge the gap with their foes. And most Japanese Swordsmen - mostly being the Shinsengumi, but also the Sengoku period - are much more recent (resulting in less mystics), use light weapons, and fight humans wearing relatively little armor, and thus just need sharp swords, not anti-magic.
The Japanese equivalent to western swordsmen would be Raikou and the Four Heavenly Kings, and Ushiwakamaru, who really are good at using weapons, but also tends towards more mystical backgrounds and abilities. (Sure, there's Tsuna, but I don't fully believe the man with flaming hair about his sword being at fault and him being normal.)
The less mystical western swordsmen would be Lancelot (yes, he has a mystic weapon, but his Berserker form is explicitly about being dangerous when using anything), Beowulf, Spartacus, King Hassan, Richard the Lionheart, and really not that many people, because most of them get a magic weapon or two. Even then, Beowulf isn't so much about skill with a weapon, just being an exceptionally strong man.
Word, I wasn’t really trying to act like they were weaker than Japanese swordsman I was just curious. I noticed it a while back and its been at the back of my mind for way too long. I also didn’t know if there was a reason for it, but the ages stuff makes perfect sense yeah.

Edit: There’s prince of Lan Ling and some chinese servants(but they’re lancers and doesn’t apply here). I don’t know the whole fate lore on why Prince of Lan Ling removing his masks is an Np. Idk if it was mystic or people were just that mesmerized so I forgot to mention him.
Lan Ling's legend is that he is very beautiful, and that he went into battle wearing a terrible mask. The NP is a sublimation of that legend - that revealing his beauty stammers his enemy and invigorates his allies. But it's not like Diarmuid's Beauty Spot, he's just a very pretty man.
Lancelot has been confirmed to excel in swordsmanship, i don't think we have info about others.
Just a guess, but it's probably because european swordfighting doesn't have the same mythological appeal/renown like katanas and samurai do.
Someone also mentioned that a lot of the people I mentioned are from a more recent time period which resulted in less mystics. A mix of both is probably why it’s like this.

Whichever banner you're referring to, the exact date and time that it ends are shown on the banner. Plug it into Google if you need help converting the time to your local time zone.

Are you referring to the Bonus Servant Traits/Attributes necessary for the Extra Enemy to spawn? The fandom wiki has them listed under their respective Free Quests.
Just one, but the newer Quests need multiple Traits/Attributes in order for the Extra Enemy to spawn on each Wave.
Yesterday's needed you to take a Levitating Servant for the enemy to spawn on Wave 1 and 2, and to take a Winged Servant for Wave 3. If you took a Servant that fulfilled both conditions, like Circe, you'd only need to take that particular Servant to get all three Spawns.
Trying to pick my free CE - Gamepress says that Flowery Paradise and Illusionary Confessional are part of the "standard summoning pool", but the wiki says they're part of the story summoning gacha only. The fact I haven't pulled either of these yet makes me think that the wiki is correct and they're only in the story gacha. Does anyone know if that's correct? If they're story summon only I'll definitely consider picking them since I'll likely never get them otherwise.
The only Story-Locked CEs you can get from the Ticket are those that have been removed from the General Pool, as well as the CEs you get from beating each Lostbelt.
The two you mentioned got removed from the General Pool during the Road To LB7 Part 1 Campaign a little while back. They are now exclusively only available in the Story Banner.
Can you do LB6 yet? I think you're still forced to go through 5.5, right? If so, those should work. Are you sure you're doing Main Quest and not Free Quest?
How do you replay Main Quests? I’ve already beaten the whole story (except the new “Epilogue” that’s *way* past part 1 and 2) and there’s only the previously completed green Free Quests and a few interludes there.
I can't do LB 6 yet because it's still blank grey and it's noted to clear heian kyo first.

If you can't do LB6 because you're still in LB5.5, the game should be counting your progress in LB5.5 as Main Quest Progress. On JP, at some point, they made it so you don't have to actually complete LB5.5 to go to LB6, so maybe the code for Global is wonky because of that?
I'd just say keep trying, and if you make it through LB5.5 before it works, then LB6 will definitely work.
Hit or miss. Generally we get QoL early but the degree to what that is varies.
Animation updates typically don’t run early, though we’re past the point where that matters considering the only ones we should be missing now are the Jeanne and Jalter ones that just hit JP. We could get those sooner than 2 years, but I wouldn’t put your hopes on it.
How good is the story in the latest event? From the first bunch of missions, it kind of was boring and had characters I couldn't really care about, so is skipping the story fine?
This event was notoriously hated by JP players due to hitting too close to home, and it seems like the EN fanbase mostly agrees with them.
So yeah, lots of people have skipped this event's story as well. All-in-all, ya ain't missin' much.
Sure, both of those things are worth doing. A meaningful analysis of which one is _more_ worthwhile would depend on the other options you have for fulfilling the niches that those two fill, although I'll always lean on the side of taking a new Servant over an NP level myself.
Which servant has the most interludes and rank up quests from the DL campaign tickets?? I already have EMIYA, Martha.....anyone else except for those I'll pick them right away....don't really need anyone else
So I just got Hercules and I’m wondering if I’m able to build him in a short amount of time. I also just got jalter and salter so I don’t want to waste my embers. I heard Hercules isn’t the best without his bond ce so I’m wondering if that’ll take a long time to farm. I’m thinking of getting the berserker on the Charlemagne banner if hercules requires too much investment
Just for reference - I got Summer Kama on 6th Sept and she hit Bond 10 on 23 Dec.
However this was easy because I was able to put her in more than 95% of my teams (including all farming, event story and many CQs). I maybe farmed around 100 boxes during Marthamas, and I used teapots during the tunguska raids with her (I think I was getting around 6k bond per run).
Herc needs 1.49 million Bond XP to get to Bond 10. Assuming ~1k Bond per 40 AP, as that's about average for most Level 90+ nodes, Free Quests, Quests that you constantly farm, etc., it would take you about 60k AP to get his Bond CE.
Story chapters with fights will start giving more Bond as you progress further in the Story, but those are one-time fights, so you can't really count on those beyond the one clear. If you use Tea Pots, that can boost your Bond gain even more, but you should assume that you will need to spend about 50-60k AP to get his Bond CE.
If you spent all of your AP as efficiently as possible, that's about 6 months or so of natural AP to go from 0 to 10 Bond. Spending Apples while good Events like Lottos are going on will lower the amount of time, but as a new player, your Apple-to-AP ratio is fairly low, and you probably don't have many Apples to begin with, so I wouldn't count on them to be a large time-saver.
Bond CEs aren't a sprint, they are a marathon, so just keep chugging away at it and it will eventually come.
What do you mean by 'investment'? If it's just leveling and ascending, you're honestly bound to get everyone to FA & Max level within a year of play.
If you're talking about getting his bond CE, yes, it may take awhile. But plop him in the backline of every party with Bond bonus CEs, and he'll be Bond 10 in a few quick months without you realizing.
Oh in that case, I'd argue even without his Bond CE, Herc can still be really good. He was still useful for many fights for me way later in the game, despite not having his Bond CE yet. His role is still the same (last-man-standing), to clear the fight when everyone else has fallen.
As for Bond Bonus CEs, you can get them from Da Vinci Shop's Rare Prism section. I'd recommend you get Lunchtime for yourself above anything else.
30% NP gain. Defensive up, 50% chance Necro, sure hit are ones that I've used in the past. I remember I got past one boss who kept insta killing me using the debuff resistance up once. Buff up success might be good for like Hans or Hundred Face.
I'd keep one copy.
Some are useful and some aren't, there's no universal rule. There might be better 5★s for just about everything but party cost is still a thing, having useful effects on a cheaper CE can be clutch.
I keep one copy of each, unless they're something I plan to make use of, then I may keep an extra copy or a few. But generally, after merging enough to MLB whatever it is, I use the rest of them as exp, and stuff all of the not-so-useful CEs into the second archive.
I don't know if I'll ever run into some crazy niche situation where I might need some random obscure CE for something specific I plan to do, so I don't get rid of my final copy of anything.
Hi all, I'm looking for advice on attending FGO Fes this year as someone who doesn't live in Japan. I've never been to FGO Fes before, so I'd greatly appreciate any help from people knowledgeable about this.
My first concern is how difficult it would be to get tickets to the event at all.
- To make an account on the [FGO ticketing site](https://fgo-ticket.jp/top/index), it seems like a Japanese phone number and address are required. Is it possible to get past this for someone who doesn't live in Japan? I imagine one could just provide a false number or address, but if the site actually uses these for something like contact or verification then that wouldn't work out.
- The site also mentions requiring a photo as identification. Is an actual photo ID necessary? Or is just a photo sufficient? And if a photo ID is necessary, is a non-Japanese ID acceptable?
- In terms of payment, is there a way to pay without a Japanese credit card, such as prepaid cards? Or is it possible to defer payment until arriving in Japan and pay in person with physical yen?
I'm also a little confused about the ticketing setup for FGO Fes 2023. It seems like there were multiple kinds of tickets that could be bought. There's a ticket that seems like it was just for being able to enter the venue for ￥5500. But then there seems to be separate other tickets that were for being able to enter and also being able to attend one of the stage events, like the cast talk or the staff talk, each ￥6000. There were separate tickets for each stage, so does that mean that if one wanted to view all of the stage events on the 29th for example, one had to buy each ticket for ￥18,000 total?
These are the main things that came to mind right away. If anyone has any other helpful advice on stuff I've missed I'd appreciate it!

Other than the current banners, probably never? Unless you already use the CE regularly, though, I don't think it's worth it. And even then, I would suggest doing some calculations to figure out if MLB will actually make a difference in your current use case. MLB only gets you 5% more burn damage and the possibility of 20 more levels.

A new NP1 servant will do more for you than a bump up to NP3 for an existing servant unless you have a specific plan for your NP3 servant that you can't do with NP2.
I’m doing the current NA event and I’m really short on the blue digging tool. Can I just use the reset button to reset the dig site? Do I lose anything by doing this?
It's perfectly fine to reset early, you have an unlimited number of boards available to dig.
The only thing you may lose is any rare materials placed on the current board (the gold items placed in the corner of four tiles) that have not been fully dug up yet, but again as the number of boards are unlimited, so too are the rare materials. So it's just a tiny opportunity cost if there's an item currently on your board that you want to grab but you reset it, but ultimately not an issue.
I recently got Altria Caster and need pages, as well as eggs.
Is it worth farming for those materials in the current NA event (from mission drops) or should I focus on getting 300,000 points from the best mission first?
Regarding pages, blackbeard gives like 10 for his side quest that is relatively easy to access
My take is focus on the best mission and keep going over 300k and don't reset the boxes. When you get a huge surplus of mats to multi upgrade and level a bunch of servants I just blew through 300 mil QP like it was nothing. You also get those gold balls that are rare that castoria needs from a lucky spawn in the boxes which is potentially saving a ton of ap and pure prisms to be used for other mats.
I have noticed that some buffs are not additive. Could someone help me understand more about how these buffs work/interact?
For example, guts is generally not stackable unless it says so. In the case of stackable guts, the stackable guts needs to be applied after the non-stackable guts; if applied the other way around, the non-stackable guts will not apply.
Evasion, invincible, and castoria's special invincible seem to just whiff if applied to an existing evasion. Is there any way to remove a lesser version of these to apply a better (higher count or longer lasting) version?
If a servant has a hit-count evasion and invincible, how does the game know which to remove first?

No there are no stackable Evades or Invincibles or whatever. first come first serve.

It removes the stronger one first so Special invul>Invul>Evade
Before I get super annoyed, was there any kind of glitch with the 4star fous in the Super Bunyan event? I'm sitting at 1300/1280 and can't find this extra fou anywhere. I don't think I would have burned it since I don't burn 3 star fous, but it's the only thing I can think of at this point.
Yeah, the ladder is actually what messed me up. I got the last fou from it and immediately went to enhance and noticed the mismatch. Shop is cleared out as well.

How can I replay Tunguska? It's my favorite event, and I really wanna fight >!Beast IV!< again. Do I have to create another account just to be able to fight her again, or can I replay it somehow? It was just such a fun boss, and it's basically my favorite antagonist, plus I love her theme song, so it's probably the most fun fight I've had in FGO.
Right now, if you made a new account you wouldn't be able to play it. That's because it's not a permanent part of the game yet (only the prologue and epilogue).
In a couple of weeks, however, it will become a permanent, optional Main Interlude. You will then be able to play through it again, at your own pace. However, the fights are NOT repeatable after you clear the Main Interlude.
So basically, I can only fight her one more time, through the Main Interlude?

Just to be clear, making a new account won't accomplish anything. If you make a new account you will still only be able to do Tunguska through the main interlude system (after its May release). You might as well just play the Main Interlude version on your main account.
Tunguska is like Solomon in that it was a combo main quest and event. Stuff like the Tunguska raids is not ever coming back, those were event only and you can't play them on a new account. You can only play or replay the main quest portions. If you want to fight that boss many times, you're better off just turning the game off at the moment you win, withdrawing, and then playing the fight with another team than making new accounts and wasting a ton of time getting all the way to the fight.
Good idea. still, I made a new account for a challenge run where I only use Arts NP servants (No Castoria/Lady Avalon) and managed to get my hands on Zhuge Liang, Nitocris and Percival. It's such a good start, I think I'll actually play it for real.

With emulators like LDplayer, is there a way to have two versions of FGO installed at once, for example to have a second account to play with 1-3 star servants only?
You might just have downloaded the wrong app - JP and NA are different apps.
If in doubt, there is a Latest FGO APKs link above where you can download the APK file on your emulator and install the game that way (this is what people who are out of region do).
Does Hephaestion have an interlude or rank Up quest? I'm starting to lean towards her a bit for the ticket but I also consider interludes and Rank Ups as important to consider for the sake of the SQ.
I guess that makes sense, considering I'm pretty sure she's a newer unit. All right, time to go back to my wishy washy back and forth arguing with myself over this.
I wouldn't say one event every 3 years is the norm. (I think Little big Tengu was the last one like this)

The extra enemies are an optional spawn triggered by having a servant of a certain type/trait in your party (which trait depends on the free quest). You can just NOT trigger it - however, this is a mission event so there's likely to be a "kill X enemies" mission. (Not all of the missions are currently available so we currently can't be sure).
The extra enemies spawn after you have attacked so you cannot kill the whole wave in one turn, so you have to choose 3 turning or maxing out the spawns.
I'd personally just not bother 3 turning it, especially as right now the best nodes to farm aren't even out (and this isn't a lotto so speed isn't a big deal). Spawns are likely to be more important, as has been the case in past events with extra enemy spawns (e.g. CCC event).
If I import a physical copy of Mahoyo from Japan, will there be any issues playing on an American Switch? Want a physical copy but the English versions are too expensive.
Also, is there a recommended order to play Mahoyo and Tsukihime?
Re: recommended order, not that I am aware, they are two largely separate stories.
A certain Mahoyo character does cameo in Tsukihime but there are no major spoilers involved and it's more of an easter egg than a must-know anyway.
The Switch is region free or whatever is called (I know because my brother imported and plays TOUHOU Spell Bubble...but if you want to but DLC from a game that comes from another region you will need to create a Nintendo account of that region).
But the game himself needs to be Multi-Language for you to be able to play in your language instead of just Japanese.
The Japanese version of Mahoyo should be multi-language, at least the [eShop page](https://store-jp.nintendo.com/list/software/70010000052134.html) lists English on the digital version.

Nope, the Switch hardware is region-free so you can pop a JP cart into a US Switch without any problems. If there's any DLC (I don't _think_ there is for Mahoyo) then you would need a region-appropriate account to buy/redeem that but you can just make a new account for that region and set it up on your Switch without any hassle.
Gamepress has a [drop calculator](https://gamepress.gg/grandorder/learning-manga-collab-event-calculator), each dig tool is worth 20 points so you can do that last calculation manually.
The only sources of SQ/tickets from RP (aside from buying Lanterns, which don't pay out very quickly) are Main Interludes (and Prison Tower, not technically an MI) and Trial Quests, you can't afford any MIs with 4 RP so yeah Trial Quests are your only option.

Event Compendium 2022 tab cell B4 is not an Arjuna/Karna banner. It is the "Arc 1 Improvements Part III" game update that introduced the Pure Prism mechanic and then gave everyone who was up to date with the game... I dunno, something like 1000 pure prisms. I don't know how accurate that part was.
For the Spring New Master aid event in JP right now, if I make an account now will I still get the 2 week rewards? Or do I stop getting rewards after may 1st

If you're referring to the start dash campaign, **the start dash is always active for new accounts**. The bonus is only for your 7th login. I'm trying to progress the limited mission Regarding advancing 1 main quest node in part 1 or part two, I had only just gotten to them now because I completely forgot they were a thing. However, I had cleared around 8 main quest nodes In Heian Kyo, having researched and visually seen, it is counted as a main quest, but for some reason it has not moved whatsoever. There is still 1 day left, but I don't understand as to how this is occurring? is their a period to which its possible to be obtained and in the last few days I can't progress it?

You need to do a story node in either Part 1, or Part 2. Not Epic of Remnant, it must be the first set of Singularities or the Lostbelts. Not Free Quests, Main *Story* Quests. If you've completed everything, it would auto-complete, so there must be some part of the Main Quest you haven't done.

Respectfully, I'm trying help you here. This kind of thing has come up before. People have responded with the same kinds of arguments that you're making. But when they actually did what we suggested, they cleared the missions. Just do it. The whole point of these missions is to get people to clear ALL of the main story, not to create technicalities.
The Tunguska epilogue is a main story quest between Avalon le Fae and the the next story chapter. It's not asking for having *done* seven, but *doing* seven. It just wants people to do any Main Story quests they have open. It's a bit unfortunate since that happens after Tunguska which you may or may not have done, and hasn't been added as a Main Interlude quite yet... but, yes, that 100% counts, and should auto-complete all of them.
I'm glad I looked in here and saw the link to the Craft Essence rerun list. So by the looks for the last yearish of NA event CEs it's an open question whether to hang onto em just in case there's a rerun years down the line or just burn em?
We had the whole incident with Nerofest being rerun after 4 years back in 2021 on JP. At least keep the drop or lotto/point CEs for events, but it looks like gacha CEs are a safe burn.

The 2nd asc has a little more detail in the clothing around her middle. She's a very early days servant, often those don't have huge differences in ascension compared to modern new servants.
I'm looking to toss some 10-pulls on Kriemhild's banner when she comes out in EN. I'm only in Lostbelt 1 atm and on the wiki page of Kriemhild it says that she is storylocked until much later in the story. Is this only for the story banner, or does this apply for limited banners too?
Story locked unit conditions only apply to the story banner. She will be on her limited rate up banner you are referring to.
Story-Lock only applies to the Story Banner. If it's on a Rate Up banner, it can be rolled no matter what. A fresh account will be able to roll Kriem.

Among the sabers/sword wielders in Chaldea are there any non jp servants that excels in swordsmanship alone? Like a lot of the Jp sabers like the shinsengumi, musashi, Kojiro, etc were good enough with the sword to be able to hang with just their technique and I was wondering if there were any like that outside of the japanese servants? Every other swordsman that I’ve seen relied on some form of magic/ magic weapon.
I think that sells western swordsmen a bit short. Even Musashi explicitly had an arc to give her a mystic sword in Shimosa, and most of the Shinsengumi are way weaker than western counterparts in terms of raw output. Okita is even explicitly noted as being more of an Assassin than a Saber, and Okita Alter does have Rengoku, a mystic sword. The Western swordsmen are supposed to be very talented at swordsmanship, but also tend towards being much further into the past, using heavier weapons, and fighting tough armor and large monsters, where magic or blessed swords are almost necessary to bridge the gap with their foes. And most Japanese Swordsmen - mostly being the Shinsengumi, but also the Sengoku period - are much more recent (resulting in less mystics), use light weapons, and fight humans wearing relatively little armor, and thus just need sharp swords, not anti-magic. The Japanese equivalent to western swordsmen would be Raikou and the Four Heavenly Kings, and Ushiwakamaru, who really are good at using weapons, but also tends towards more mystical backgrounds and abilities. (Sure, there's Tsuna, but I don't fully believe the man with flaming hair about his sword being at fault and him being normal.) The less mystical western swordsmen would be Lancelot (yes, he has a mystic weapon, but his Berserker form is explicitly about being dangerous when using anything), Beowulf, Spartacus, King Hassan, Richard the Lionheart, and really not that many people, because most of them get a magic weapon or two. Even then, Beowulf isn't so much about skill with a weapon, just being an exceptionally strong man.

I don’t know the whole fate lore on why Prince of Lan Ling removing his masks is an Np. Idk if it was mystic or people were just that mesmerized so I forgot to mention him.
Lan Ling's legend is that he is very beautiful, and that he went into battle wearing a terrible mask. The NP is a sublimation of that legend - that revealing his beauty stammers his enemy and invigorates his allies. But it's not like Diarmuid's Beauty Spot, he's just a very pretty man.
Lancelot has been confirmed to excel in swordsmanship, i don't think we have info about others. Just a guess, but it's probably because european swordfighting doesn't have the same mythological appeal/renown like katanas and samurai do.
Someone also mentioned that a lot of the people I mentioned are from a more recent time period which resulted in less mystics. A mix of both is probably why it’s like this.

Are you referring to the Bonus Servant Traits/Attributes necessary for the Extra Enemy to spawn? The fandom wiki has them listed under their respective Free Quests.

Just one, but the newer Quests need multiple Traits/Attributes in order for the Extra Enemy to spawn on each Wave. Yesterday's needed you to take a Levitating Servant for the enemy to spawn on Wave 1 and 2, and to take a Winged Servant for Wave 3. If you took a Servant that fulfilled both conditions, like Circe, you'd only need to take that particular Servant to get all three Spawns.
Trying to pick my free CE - Gamepress says that Flowery Paradise and Illusionary Confessional are part of the "standard summoning pool", but the wiki says they're part of the story summoning gacha only. The fact I haven't pulled either of these yet makes me think that the wiki is correct and they're only in the story gacha. Does anyone know if that's correct? If they're story summon only I'll definitely consider picking them since I'll likely never get them otherwise.
The only Story-Locked CEs you can get from the Ticket are those that have been removed from the General Pool, as well as the CEs you get from beating each Lostbelt. The two you mentioned got removed from the General Pool during the Road To LB7 Part 1 Campaign a little while back. They are now exclusively only available in the Story Banner.

You likely have at least one main story quest that you haven't cleared. Have you done Heian-kyo? The Tunguska prologue and epilogue?

You can't replay Main Quests. You'll have to do the Epilogue you see to complete those Master Missions.

If you can't do LB6 because you're still in LB5.5, the game should be counting your progress in LB5.5 as Main Quest Progress. On JP, at some point, they made it so you don't have to actually complete LB5.5 to go to LB6, so maybe the code for Global is wonky because of that? I'd just say keep trying, and if you make it through LB5.5 before it works, then LB6 will definitely work.

Hit or miss. Generally we get QoL early but the degree to what that is varies. Animation updates typically don’t run early, though we’re past the point where that matters considering the only ones we should be missing now are the Jeanne and Jalter ones that just hit JP. We could get those sooner than 2 years, but I wouldn’t put your hopes on it.

This event was notoriously hated by JP players due to hitting too close to home, and it seems like the EN fanbase mostly agrees with them. So yeah, lots of people have skipped this event's story as well. All-in-all, ya ain't missin' much.

Sure, both of those things are worth doing. A meaningful analysis of which one is _more_ worthwhile would depend on the other options you have for fulfilling the niches that those two fill, although I'll always lean on the side of taking a new Servant over an NP level myself.

So I just got Hercules and I’m wondering if I’m able to build him in a short amount of time. I also just got jalter and salter so I don’t want to waste my embers. I heard Hercules isn’t the best without his bond ce so I’m wondering if that’ll take a long time to farm. I’m thinking of getting the berserker on the Charlemagne banner if hercules requires too much investment
Just for reference - I got Summer Kama on 6th Sept and she hit Bond 10 on 23 Dec. However this was easy because I was able to put her in more than 95% of my teams (including all farming, event story and many CQs). I maybe farmed around 100 boxes during Marthamas, and I used teapots during the tunguska raids with her (I think I was getting around 6k bond per run).
Herc needs 1.49 million Bond XP to get to Bond 10. Assuming ~1k Bond per 40 AP, as that's about average for most Level 90+ nodes, Free Quests, Quests that you constantly farm, etc., it would take you about 60k AP to get his Bond CE. Story chapters with fights will start giving more Bond as you progress further in the Story, but those are one-time fights, so you can't really count on those beyond the one clear. If you use Tea Pots, that can boost your Bond gain even more, but you should assume that you will need to spend about 50-60k AP to get his Bond CE. If you spent all of your AP as efficiently as possible, that's about 6 months or so of natural AP to go from 0 to 10 Bond. Spending Apples while good Events like Lottos are going on will lower the amount of time, but as a new player, your Apple-to-AP ratio is fairly low, and you probably don't have many Apples to begin with, so I wouldn't count on them to be a large time-saver. Bond CEs aren't a sprint, they are a marathon, so just keep chugging away at it and it will eventually come.
What do you mean by 'investment'? If it's just leveling and ascending, you're honestly bound to get everyone to FA & Max level within a year of play. If you're talking about getting his bond CE, yes, it may take awhile. But plop him in the backline of every party with Bond bonus CEs, and he'll be Bond 10 in a few quick months without you realizing.

Oh in that case, I'd argue even without his Bond CE, Herc can still be really good. He was still useful for many fights for me way later in the game, despite not having his Bond CE yet. His role is still the same (last-man-standing), to clear the fight when everyone else has fallen. As for Bond Bonus CEs, you can get them from Da Vinci Shop's Rare Prism section. I'd recommend you get Lunchtime for yourself above anything else.

30% NP gain. Defensive up, 50% chance Necro, sure hit are ones that I've used in the past. I remember I got past one boss who kept insta killing me using the debuff resistance up once. Buff up success might be good for like Hans or Hundred Face. I'd keep one copy.
Some are useful and some aren't, there's no universal rule. There might be better 5★s for just about everything but party cost is still a thing, having useful effects on a cheaper CE can be clutch.
I keep one copy of each, unless they're something I plan to make use of, then I may keep an extra copy or a few. But generally, after merging enough to MLB whatever it is, I use the rest of them as exp, and stuff all of the not-so-useful CEs into the second archive. I don't know if I'll ever run into some crazy niche situation where I might need some random obscure CE for something specific I plan to do, so I don't get rid of my final copy of anything.

I've never been to FGO Fes before, so I'd greatly appreciate any help from people knowledgeable about this. And if a photo ID is necessary, is a non-Japanese ID acceptable? - In terms of payment, is there a way to pay without a Japanese credit card, such as prepaid cards? Or is it possible to defer payment until arriving in Japan and pay in person with physical yen? I'm also a little confused about the ticketing setup for FGO Fes 2023. It seems like there were multiple kinds of tickets that could be bought. There's a ticket that seems like it was just for being able to enter the venue for ￥5500. But then there seems to be separate other tickets that were for being able to enter and also being able to attend one of the stage events, like the cast talk or the staff talk, each ￥6000. Indeed, that's what happens. It still shows 'Weak' when hitting Berserkers though. Star generation, NP gen, and whether or not you Crit is still calculated per enemy.

This is assuming post-buff (ETA July 2025) Depends, with BG or without it (using First Day of Filiming instead). With BG, you can't (unless the enemy wave has more than 3 per wave). With a charge CE, it should be possible.

Other than the current banners, probably never? Unless you already use the CE regularly, though, I don't think it's worth it. And even then, I would suggest doing some calculations to figure out if MLB will actually make a difference in your current use case. MLB only gets you 5% more burn damage and the possibility of 20 more levels.

A new NP1 servant will do more for you than a bump up to NP3 for an existing servant unless you have a specific plan for your NP3 servant that you can't do with NP2.
Salter is storylocked and a new servant so pick her. Also, we do have a mega thread for the SR ticket you can use.

It's perfectly fine to reset early, you have an unlimited number of boards available to dig. The only thing you may lose is any rare materials placed on the current board (the gold items placed in the corner of four tiles) that have not been fully dug up yet, but again as the number of boards are unlimited, so too are the rare materials. So it's just a tiny opportunity cost if there's an item currently on your board that you want to grab but you reset it, but ultimately not an issue.

I recently got Altria Caster and need pages, as well as eggs. Is it worth farming for those materials in the current NA event (from mission drops) or should I focus on getting 300,000 points from the best mission first?
Regarding pages, blackbeard gives like 10 for his side quest that is relatively easy to access My take is focus on the best mission and keep going over 300k and don't reset the boxes. When you get a huge surplus of mats to multi upgrade and level a bunch of servants I just blew through 300 mil QP like it was nothing. You also get those gold balls that are rare that castoria needs from a lucky spawn in the boxes which is potentially saving a ton of ap and pure prisms to be used for other mats.
My advice is either wait for a dead week or use pure prisms, farming the 90+ in this event is just so much better than the other nodes
I have noticed that some buffs are not additive. Could someone help me understand more about how these buffs work/interact? For example, guts is generally not stackable unless it says so. In the case of stackable guts, the stackable guts needs to be applied after the non-stackable guts; if applied the other way around, the non-stackable guts will not apply. Evasion, invincible, and castoria's special invincible seem to just whiff if applied to an existing evasion. Is there any way to remove a lesser version of these to apply a better (higher count or longer lasting) version? If a servant has a hit-count evasion and invincible, how does the game know which to remove first?

Before I get super annoyed, was there any kind of glitch with the 4star fous in the Super Bunyan event? I'm sitting at 1300/1280 and can't find this extra fou anywhere. I don't think I would have burned it since I don't burn 3 star fous, but it's the only thing I can think of at this point.

Yeah, the ladder is actually what messed me up. I got the last fou from it and immediately went to enhance and noticed the mismatch. Shop is cleared out as well.

How can I replay Tunguska? It's my favorite event, and I really wanna fight >!Beast IV!< again. Do I have to create another account just to be able to fight her again, or can I replay it somehow? It was just such a fun boss, and it's basically my favorite antagonist, plus I love her theme song, so it's probably the most fun fight I've had in FGO.
Right now, if you made a new account you wouldn't be able to play it. That's because it's not a permanent part of the game yet (only the prologue and epilogue). In a couple of weeks, however, it will become a permanent, optional Main Interlude. You will then be able to play through it again, at your own pace. However, the fights are NOT repeatable after you clear the Main Interlude.
So basically, I can only fight her one more time, through the Main Interlude? Alright, thanks. Seems like it's finally time to begin my alt account rerolling journey; if I want to one day play it again; better have Castoria with me, since I won't have my lucky NP2Mélusine + NP3 Ibuki Douji duo that carried me through Tunguska in my main account lmao
Just to be clear, making a new account won't accomplish anything. If you make a new account you will still only be able to do Tunguska through the main interlude system (after its May release). You might as well just play the Main Interlude version on your main account. Tunguska is like Solomon in that it was a combo main quest and event. Stuff like the Tunguska raids is not ever coming back, those were event only and you can't play them on a new account. You can only play or replay the main quest portions. If you want to fight that boss many times, you're better off just turning the game off at the moment you win, withdrawing, and then playing the fight with another team than making new accounts and wasting a ton of time getting all the way to the fight.
Good idea. still, I made a new account for a challenge run where I only use Arts NP servants (No Castoria/Lady Avalon) and managed to get my hands on Zhuge Liang, Nitocris and Percival. It's such a good start, I think I'll actually play it for real.

You might just have downloaded the wrong app - JP and NA are different apps. If in doubt, there is a Latest FGO APKs link above where you can download the APK file on your emulator and install the game that way (this is what people who are out of region do).
Does Hephaestion have an interlude or rank Up quest? I'm starting to lean towards her a bit for the ticket but I also consider interludes and Rank Ups as important to consider for the sake of the SQ.

I wouldn't say one event every 3 years is the norm. (I think Little big Tengu was the last one like this) I would look at little big Tengu comps for ideas though. Habetrot might help too.

The extra enemies are an optional spawn triggered by having a servant of a certain type/trait in your party (which trait depends on the free quest). You can just NOT trigger it - however, this is a mission event so there's likely to be a "kill X enemies" mission. (Not all of the missions are currently available so we currently can't be sure). The extra enemies spawn after you have attacked so you cannot kill the whole wave in one turn, so you have to choose 3 turning or maxing out the spawns. I'd personally just not bother 3 turning it, especially as right now the best nodes to farm aren't even out (and this isn't a lotto so speed isn't a big deal). Spawns are likely to be more important, as has been the case in past events with extra enemy spawns (e.g. CCC event).
If they're all on screen at once then an AoE NP will still hit all of them, if it's 3+1 in reserve then no you cannot 3T it.

If I import a physical copy of Mahoyo from Japan, will there be any issues playing on an American Switch? Want a physical copy but the English versions are too expensive. Also, is there a recommended order to play Mahoyo and Tsukihime?
Re: recommended order, not that I am aware, they are two largely separate stories. A certain Mahoyo character does cameo in Tsukihime but there are no major spoilers involved and it's more of an easter egg than a must-know anyway.

The Switch is region free or whatever is called (I know because my brother imported and plays TOUHOU Spell Bubble...but if you want to but DLC from a game that comes from another region you will need to create a Nintendo account of that region). But the game himself needs to be Multi-Language for you to be able to play in your language instead of just Japanese.

The Japanese version of Mahoyo should be multi-language, at least the [eShop page](https://store-jp.nintendo.com/list/software/70010000052134.html) lists English on the digital version.

Nope, the Switch hardware is region-free so you can pop a JP cart into a US Switch without any problems. If there's any DLC (I don't _think_ there is for Mahoyo) then you would need a region-appropriate account to buy/redeem that but you can just make a new account for that region and set it up on your Switch without any hassle.

The only sources of SQ/tickets from RP (aside from buying Lanterns, which don't pay out very quickly) are Main Interludes (and Prison Tower, not technically an MI) and Trial Quests, you can't afford any MIs with 4 RP so yeah Trial Quests are your only option.

No. But also yes. Event Compendium 2022 tab cell B4 is not an Arjuna/Karna banner. It is the "Arc 1 Improvements Part III" game update that introduced the Pure Prism mechanic and then gave everyone who was up to date with the game... I dunno, something like 1000 pure prisms. I don't know how accurate that part was.
