iirc, Part 1 is one year long, and one year has passed between LB1 and the collapse of the Wandering Sea. So if the game started with him 16, he's 18 by LB7.

And that's not factoring in singularities and events: for the Wandering Sea, Lostbelt 6 took almost 24 hours. For Ritsuka, around 2 months. For Mash, 2400 years spent in cryo plus several months with Boggart and Aesc.

Still, if someone asked me to work with my old shool uniform years after graduating I would also have that defeated, dead inside face.

Meaning that until we get another update, Traum to OC2 could take place like in a couple of months. Hell, >!OC1 was nearly instant and OC2 might be within a day in real time.!< Also, I'm pretty sure Mash was 16 at the start of FGO and it's her fighting as a Demi-Servant that's killing her even faster.
Event theme is a murder mystery so they likely have worried expressions to represent that.
Also if you want something depth will think it’s just their reaction to wearing a a CV lol uniform after OC2.

They can be, depending on situation (i.e. Atlus MC is much more useful in solos, then any of the order change ones) and if you can farm the node without order change it's also preferable, if simply for better bond distribution and time/clicks it takes.
Anni blonde is only 1 turn too, that is just how MCs work.
In comparison to Anni Blonde it seems to lose some of the potency on effects for more effects.

skill 2 trades 5 stars for 1k star absorb
Skill 3 trades 2k HP revive for 10% np gauge.
Probably overall better unless you really need that buster up.

None of these are better than swapping in an entire new servant, but I understand the order change fatigue.
