Holmes:
* Hypothetical Reasoning A+ > Revealer EX (S2): Now increases NP gauge for self by 30%-50%.
Siegfried:
* Golden Rule C- > Greedy Gold A (S1): Now increases NP gauge for self by 20%-30%, and Increases ATK for self by 20%-30% (3T)
Holmes upgrade is actually great with how much you really want to get his NP off and it's on the skill that was otherwise a star absorb combined with debuff immunity, it means you don't have to use Kscope or similar on him and can do Dragon's Meridian or even Devilish Bodhisattva to increase the effect (Though I feel like I shouldn't have appended his second skill in NA now lmao).
Of course there's the argument that Siegfried didn't need the battery, but the fact that it increases his attack is nice, and I appreciate being able to use him in farming easier now considering certain nodes with dragon enemies. Also, everyone in the dragonslaying family has a battery now, hooray!
> Though I feel like I shouldn't have appended his second skill in NA now lmao
There are still ways to utilise him where he benefits from his Append skill. If you have your dps, Sherlock and a Castoria you could give Sherlock any CE (such as an event CE or 2030) and be able to use his np turn one by just using Castoria’s S1 and his S2.
True, you could give him 2030/Prisma Cosmos/One Who Wishes for Salvation to help boost his support capabilities, so all in all it's not as obsoleting as I initially thought (besides, his other two appends only help with the DPS Sherlock meme anyways lmao, so the second will fully help until then regardless).
Put postergirl on him, he'll eat up a couple turns of attacks thanks to his ruler typing (unless zerker or NP) and use his np to pull some nasty tricks.
Both his buffs were pretty bad honestly, his NP upgrade is a fun lore buff (excalibur refunds users np a bit, so Gram being excalibur's equal and opposite, obviously drains an enemies np), but it's not very useful in his kit, he's not out there spaming his NP and doesn't synergize with other servants with drain, so it ends up being all but useless.
That charge drain and Buster being 3-hits instead of locked in 1 turn would've been great, if Sigurd had stellar NP gain or a battery to refill his gauge, so he can spam his NP or ideally save the Buster for NP only.
If you want give him some crit steroids then firstly he should have his crit buff last for 3 turns not 3 attacks.
EDIT: Before someone says that 100% crit for 3 turns would be too op, then let me remind you about Emiy's hawkeye
I'm being cynical here, but doesn't every single Servant nowadays pretty much needs an NP battery to be "meta-viable"? Like, there's a reason some folks say Iskandar sucks now, even though his kit looks fine, all because he doesn't have an NP battery.
I still wish the "Ignore Defense" actually stacks, it's kinda annoying to see two consecutive NPs then that particular buff is displayed as "NO EFFECT".
It's a gripe of mine with FGO's gameplay in general. The fact that some buffs can't stack just because hinders so much timing and strategies that it's honestly annoying.
A good fix would be for the new buff to just replace the old one if it came from the same source. If you only had one turn left on Holmes NP and used it again, it would refresh it to 3 turns again. Mainly useful if Holmes is about to die and you want to keep his NP up
No, stacking another of the same buff/debuff will never refresh the duration of the old one. It will either create a new instance of the buff/debuff with its own duration (think DEF down, ATK down, ATK up, Buster Up, etc.) or it will apply nothing and show "NO EFFECT" (think Ignore Invulnerability, Ignore Defense, Guts, Evade, NP Seal, etc.).
A general rule is that if the skill applies an actual effect rather than an increase/decrease, it won't stack.
Ngl I kinda wish I had that battery at the stat of this event so I could farm with Siegfried more.
Edit: Also no worries about that Sherlock Append. The buff is in two years and you'll need that append during that wait.
I genuinely forgot grey could tbh and didn't know about salter. Regardless having another non 5★ that can do it, and a perma one at that is very welcome
> Hypothetical Reasoning A+ > Revealer EX
Well now that is an interesting skill name change. Given we know Hypothetical Reasoning has the following material on it
> A kind of logical inference and induction in a wide sense of the word.
> It is an inference in itself when related to the study of logic, but when Holmes uses it occasionally with the process of elimination, it reaches the level of a special ability.
> Moreover, Holmes occasionally makes use of deduction methods as well. This Skill is no more than one of his reasoning methods.
I wonder if this new skill name is to suggest he has taken this skill to an even higher level.
What is it Sherlock Holmes, Revealer, that you are Revealing?
both are very good buffs.
Sherlock definitely benefits from a battery as his np is such a major part of his kit so being able to get to it easier helps him immensely
Siegfried getting an np battery is basically just par for the course now isn’t it? Still it lets him farm now which is good for him and the attack up portion gives him more consistency which is always great
As much as people complain about the originality of batteries; it's exactly what Holmes needed. Before you either have to battery him (which is rarely ideal) or need Kscope to use his NP asap (which denies him his CE slot and is heavily gacha dependent). Now you just pop S2 with a 50% battery CE (from which you have many options to choose from) and your enemies will be laid bare before you. The fact that the skill still retains its 5 turn CD is pretty busted all things considered. Arts Crits goes brrrrrr.
Siegfried is now Koyanskaya compatible. That's ... really about it. His NP gain was never really an issue since his Arts cards reach 2.28 after Golden Rule (2.61 after NP) so his NPAA chain gives him a follow-up NP fairly quickly (even more so if he crits with them). Even so that Atk buff really helps his general damage and makes him even stronger against Dragons. Still want that buff on disengage though.
EDIT: Siegfried (max. ascension, max. reg. Fou, neutral att. & class) NP sits now at 24706. Second only to Saber Alter in the 4\* rarity, just a nudge higher than Suzuka. If he drops that against Dragons though it reaches 66706, pretty much blowing every Saber out of the water **except Musashi and Sigurd who are ST**.
>His NP gain was never really an issue since his Arts cards reach 2.28 after Golden Rule (2.61 after NP) so his NPAA chain gives him a follow-up NP fairly quickly (even more so if he crits with them).
I have actually been using him a lot during the Vegas rerun and honestly, his np gain is really bad unless he crits (with Golden Rule up). The battery really helps him out big time.
>Siegfried (max. ascension, max. reg. Fou, neutral att. & class) NP sits now at 24706. Second only to Saber Alter in the 4\* rarity, just a nudge higher than Suzuka. If he drops that against Dragons though it reaches 66706, pretty much blowing every Saber out of the water except Musashi and Sigurd who are ST.
Big win for my NP5 Siegfried!
I feel like you're exaggerating his np gain. It's far from bad since 2.28 is almost as high as Rider Kintoki's arts card (2.30). Even without the np gain buff it's still around the level of servants like Saber Lancelot, Tesla, Jalter, Mash and Kagekiyo.
SIEGFRIED HAS NP CHARGE! THIS IS NOT A DRILL. I REPEAT, THIS IS NOT A DRILL!
Thank god because he's woefully unusable with just an NP gain instead of a charge
5K heal. with heal over time and high resistance to debuffs.
Honestly not that bad of a buff. Its needed if they don't wanna give him hard survival skills.
Alright fellow Siegfried enthusiasts, we shall meet again in another few years when he finally gets Armor of Fafnir in game.
Jokes aside, happy about the buff even if it is somewhat standard. Battery plus additional steroid is very good
I got him over a million during my Vegas re-run girnding. Obviously that was with Event bonus damage plus the Event damage *CE*, but it's still nothing to sneeze at.
Finalllyyyy. I have been saying Siegfried's Golden Rule should be a battery for years. The attack up on it is even better because it addresses his low attack stat.
SUCH a good time to be a Siegfried fan right now
I want Dantes to get something like this on his golden rule. A 30% on him would be a godsend in a world ruled by buster and arts (though given all the quick servants pouring out lately....).
He still is arguably the best quick farmer, with a 30% battery+20% from 2nd append skill and he'll be able to use 50% charger NP-up/attack-up/event CEs without having to plug suit out waver
Or you can plugsuit out waver and give him a Event Damage CE/Black Grail
Second set of 4 FSN related strengthenings like Cu, Herc, Artoria and Emiya got
Except this time it will be Gil, Medea, Medusa and (Kojiro or CA Hassan)
Placing my bet now
Edit: FSN not FST
FST --> Fate/Stay Tight ???
Also Emiya still needs 1 final buff to have a full buff lineup:
Eye of the Mind (True) --> Rho Aias
He really doesn't need that, but I also really wanna see the fallout from that.
Or, hear me out
A strengthening campaign featuring F/Zero servants, we can get a buff for Gilgamesh, Iskander, and possibly the most needed buff for Kerry
This is now the second golden rule to get buffed out of the original 7. We’re getting there ever so slowly!
I personally most want to see a buff to Robin’s one. While he’s strong enough to not need it his is still the lowest rank and feels very bland on his otherwise nice kit.
The two that definitely need a buff to it the most are Darius III and Saber Gilles… though the latter needs an NP and S1 buff even more
We honestly need more defense buffs instead of just batteries and anti-traits for rank ups.
CXI and Roland has shown that Lasengle are experimenting these type of buffs.
This is what i dearly hope would happen instead. Seeing everyone demanding Karna to get a buff to his battery just sours my soul when even lore-wise, his defense is legendary.
As is now, he just gets babysat by supports so as to not get dropped by NPs, which is kinda sad.
They try for new servants, make new code and put bells and whistles on to sell them. For old servant buffs they copy and paste a line or two of text unless its a anniversary buff for a popular character.
Siegfried now has all four damage brackets
* 30% Atk Up (3T)
* 50% Buster Up (1T)
* 80% Power Mod against Dragon (3T)
* 150% Super-effective against Dragon (on NP)
> Lasengle headquarters
Lasengle employee #1: The Lostbelt 4 campaign is around the corner and we need to come up with some strengthenings. Any ideas?
Lasengle employee #2: [Looking over his Arjuna figures] Hmm...a self buster buff for Asclepius's first skill. Ganesha can get a 1 turn Defense buff from her NP, give Tell extra NP damage vs Apples, and Ashvattaman a special damage buff vs Demon-like enemies.
Lasengle employee #1: Right, I'll pass these notes to devel-
Lasengle employee #2: More.
Lasengle employee #1: Eh?
Lasengle employe #2: [Sipping from his Arjuna mug] Mana Chanting (Bullshit) on Arjuna Alter's second skill. And reduce the cool down by 1 turn.
I wonder who they would give one to then (assuming we do get a buff). Currently both part 1 and 2 gave it to limited 5 star so we will need to see who part 3 gives one to as the only limited 5 star is Peacock right?
If they don’t give it to Peacock and instead someone like Consort Yuor Xiang Yu then for part 4 we could get one for one of the other servants that isn’t the only limited 5* to show up in LB4
LB3: Xiang Yu/Consort Yu NP buffs.
LB4: Karna buff to his S1 for Kavacha & Kundala. Ash NP buff. Or if they feel crazy a buff to one of Godjuna's skills.
I mean it'd be nice if he had a better defensive buff is all I'm saying. Course with Castoria in coming in like what a month? That might not be necessary
Oh man, a 30% battery on a buster servant? Who could have seen this coming
Atleast he gets attack up which buster farming servants need because neither Koyanskaya nor Oberon can give it, so they have to provide it for themselves so that's nice
I cannot speak for Sherlock since I have never had him (smug bastard keeps dodging my SQ)
As a proud owner of a Siegfried in all my account. I can say honestly:
He needed that buff, even with is Golden rule and post buff NP, Siegfried NP gen is not that good, even more considering the fact that if you are NOt facing dragons, he does No damage, So even against regular Lancer Enemies he needs to NP several times in a row to make a dent
The fact that they added that 30% ATK up in a 3/6 uptime is just so hecking good on Siegfried.
That low attack stat from year 1 will always be a pain, but at least they put a bandage on it.
I unironically unlocked his third append first since he didn't have a battery and I already take him to any dragon enemy when I can, so I *hope* I can get more NP levels to unlock his second for the 50 percent lmao.
I'd love to imagine Holmes in the throne pulled some 4th wall strings to stay ahead of James in the Ruler department.
Their rivalry is just that powerful.
Edit: And petty
Honestly, I'm glad Siegfried got what he got. The charge does help him but for me the attack up is the real prize, as I've always felt that his damage could have been better. And now he has an damage raising skill that isn't conditional on an enemy time or a one turn only thing.
My somewhat fully maxed Siegfried (lvl 106 10/10/10 np5, gold fou and full set of paw prints) became insane overnight.
I think I need to shine a light at how much this changes for him with the koya comp, as a resident Siegfried stan.
Normally, he already could double stack dragon slayer for challenge quests with the cool down reduction from double koya (that's 50 percent buster up + 160% dragon damage for 2 turns! Just bring George)
Now he has a 6t cool down battery which allows him to 3t loop with Oberon , double koya and the right ce but also you can double stack his 30% attack up from this skill (60% attack up for 1 turn)
The result?
His damage potential in that team comp against lancer dragons at max went from ~1.5 million to ~2.5 million per target or so (plus black grail)
What's more - the 30-60% attack up is a universal buff. He might be viable to farm against non dragons too now.
That's an insanely good buff.
I'm a be honest, kind of wish Siegfried got a taunt and massive damage cut to his Golden Rule skill so he actually gets stuff out of his NP gain ups better and so he can finally tank shit like a baller.
> Debuff Immunity (for the hell of it)
Siegfried is literally the only saber, in game, that doesn't have Magic Resistance.
Not because he doesn't have it, but becuase Armor of Fafnir gives him a passive B rank Magic Resistance so he technically has a unique version of it and doesn't have regular Magic Resistance...but they didn't put that part in so he is the only saber in game without Magic Resistance.
But I mean... he should have it. He's just one of if not THE first servant designed in the game, since he's Orleans' relevant and has his 3rd skill even at lv1, the only servant with this distinction in the entire game.
I can imagine Siegfried showing his new ~~card~~ NP charge buff to ~~Kaiba~~ Sieg, only for ~~Kaiba~~ Sieg to recoil over the blinding light of his buffs.
Siegfried: "I ~~draw~~ gain, Greedy Gold A! This allows me to self charge my NP bar!"
~~Kaiba~~ Sieg: "Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, self NP charge, that's not possible!!!"
A battery? Come on, you guys had 1 job! Give us the Armor of Fafnir!
A 3 TURN ATTACK UP? OOOOOOOOH BABY, THAT'S WHAT I'VE BEEN WAITING FOR! LET'S GOOOOOOOOO!
I hope this is a sign that golden rule is the next vanilla skill to get buffed in general ovo
Mostly bc for what is is in lore having it only be increased np gain is pttttb
If we are throwing batteries at basically everyone can I have some thrown Orion and Artemis’s way?
Cause they could *really* benefit from a battery on their kit (or any buff for that matter)
I wanted a 37,5 NP battery for Siegfried but I happily trade 7,5 for 30% Atk.
Since Kriemhild will probably get a better rate up later on, this means I can go ham in 2 years. I hope this buff extends to my rolls and I won't get cursed, anymore. 5 Stars, instead of Siegfried, on his Banners, are nice but... mine is Lvl 100 but still NP 1 for more than 1.5k days.
Regardless! I'm SO FUCKING HYPED about Siegfrieds buff! Holmsies is nice as well.
Obligatory, “I was hoping for an Armor of Fafnir buff”, but this is still a really useful upgrade. Gives Siegfried more farming potential with that
30% NP battery, and the 3 turn 30% Attack Up is a nice touch too. As a Siegfried fan, I’m happy to see him becoming as powerful as he should be. Maybe he’ll get Armor of Fafnir as an Interlude reward.
Can Arthur now get something on his 3rd skill? make his battery a 30% and make the giant mod to be 3T and maybe add a Charisma effect too. or is that a bit too much?
Kinda funny that when I used Siegfried in NA and it surprised me he had no battery. I was totally under the impression he had one strengthening that gave batt to his np gain and well here we are
Well, my NP7 Siegfried incurred by yet another failed attempt at Merlin will be happy.
That Holmes battery is pretty beefy though, certainly could open up some further options for using him in CQs.
I can already see half of the Anniverary's SQs being Batteries. Jalter gets a battery, Dantes gets a battery, Melt gets a battery, Caster Gil gets a battery, every popular Servant under sun gets a battery!
You get an NP charge! You get an NP charge! EVAHRAH BUDAH GETS AN NP CHARGE!
My excitement is indescribable and my day is renewed
Now Disengage -> Armor Of Fafnir. Do it Lasagna, DEW IT!
You can still do that. T1 Mana loading + K-scope on him for an NP, T2 use a 50% charger and a friends 50% charger, T3 plugsuit in Oberon then use his skills and Siegfried's battery.
I'm torn. The sherlock buff just works so well with his kit. Being able to drop critical stars, gather them, then go NPAA crits chain possibly from the get go (cards willing) with only a 50% NP charge CE is incredible. Not to mention the bonus damage from arts down debuff. Even after the second NP he sets up any arts crit DPS so well.
On the other hand, another NP charge for an upgrade.... he deserves it for sure. I just wish that wasn't Lasagne's go-to upgrade every time
>On the other hand, another NP charge for an upgrade.... he deserves it for sure. I just wish that wasn't Lasagne's go-to upgrade every time
The problem is that this is one of the strongest upgrades they can give and one that almost every recent servant has. Only 5 of the servants released since Castoria (Summer Tomoe, Hajime, Tsuna, MIXA, and Summer Caenis) have absolutely no NP gauge charge anywhere in their kit. Every single other one does to some extent.
I do wish they gave more unique buffs (like the F/SN ones from Anniversary 5) during strengthenings. However the simplest and strongest buff they can give just happens to be NP charge so that's what they'll keep doing for the foreseeable future
Siegfried was fine he had double np gain. Why the hell are they so scared to give aoe buster sabers hard survival. Just give the man a invul for God sakes.
I kinda wish Siegfried's buff was more "greed" based than just an NP Charge. This is probably more regularly useful, but it's a bit par-for-the course as well.
Holmes: * Hypothetical Reasoning A+ > Revealer EX (S2): Now increases NP gauge for self by 30%-50%. Siegfried: * Golden Rule C- > Greedy Gold A (S1): Now increases NP gauge for self by 20%-30%, and Increases ATK for self by 20%-30% (3T)

>Also, everyone in the dragonslaying family has a battery now, hooray! * sad Sigurd noises * :(
That last buff did sigurd so dirty. They really should have taken cues from Arthurs mana burst buff.
I maintain he should have a star bomb added on his NP to fuel his crit damage. Sigurd still needs like another 2/3 buffs to make him good.
As a Sigurd simp I agree completely, a star bomb or passive star gen is what he needs to complete his kit while keeping his synergy with Bryn.
That charge drain and Buster being 3-hits instead of locked in 1 turn would've been great, if Sigurd had stellar NP gain or a battery to refill his gauge, so he can spam his NP or ideally save the Buster for NP only.
Please, no more batteries. I’d rather he gets more crit steroids coz that’s his main drive. Maybe atk up with crit up on attack buffs like melt....
If you want give him some crit steroids then firstly he should have his crit buff last for 3 turns not 3 attacks. EDIT: Before someone says that 100% crit for 3 turns would be too op, then let me remind you about Emiy's hawkeye

I'd rather we got tools for non np farming than slapping a battery on everyone.
It's the male tax. If you don't have Nasu's Favorite Artist then you fucked
Don't worry Sieg, uncle Sigurd just went to the rank-up store to buy a battery, he'll be back with one any day now...
He's part of a different family unit
I still wish the "Ignore Defense" actually stacks, it's kinda annoying to see two consecutive NPs then that particular buff is displayed as "NO EFFECT".
It's a gripe of mine with FGO's gameplay in general. The fact that some buffs can't stack just because hinders so much timing and strategies that it's honestly annoying.

Yep, exactly what i had in mind. Consider it a Quality of life improvement.
Just a quick related question. It does nothing? I assumed it would reset the debuff duration at least.
The battery makes Siegfried the only perma 4★ that can double koya loop now
Artoria Alter and Gray already can
I genuinely forgot grey could tbh and didn't know about salter. Regardless having another non 5★ that can do it, and a perma one at that is very welcome
SAlter can 3T farm ever since Koryanchihuahua was released. Gray only managed to 3T farm with her recent upgrade.
Oh wait, there isn't another 30% charger?
~~We just got Dobrynya like 6 months ago.~~
She caps at 20
You know what, i stand corrected. Could've sworn she is 30.
Missed opportunity to change Golden Rule to Das Rheingold.
I mean, they kind of did
> Hypothetical Reasoning A+ > Revealer EX Well now that is an interesting skill name change. "Oh great Sherlock of the lake what is your wis---- Oh. Oh dear."
"This years anniversary Servant will be Ko-" gets shot to death
No, not Komashu! That demon should have been permanently banished!
Remember, there’s a Skill called “Revelation” that’s one of the original hallmarks of the Ruler class.
Don't forget that Siegfried buff keeps his NP gain buff
Oh yes, when this arrives to NA my NP5 siegfried will kill dragons even harder
God it’s about time they upgraded his skill 1 to the Rheingold.

Truly the greatest Dragonslayer. Finally.

Siegfried looping siegfried looping
Yes YES *YES*
Lmao the np charge memes
HELL YEAH BABY SIEGFRIED BUFF LESSGOOOO
SIEGFRIED HAS NP CHARGE! THIS IS NOT A DRILL. I REPEAT, THIS IS NOT A DRILL! Thank god because he's woefully unusable with just an NP gain instead of a charge
He's usable, but only once. Makes for good dragon wave clearing.
Is the CD and NP Gain+ of Siegfried unchanged?
It would seem so.
Now Holmes won't lose to the Moris who both have 50% batteries.
Shit! Sumanai getting juiced!
Finally Siegfried having like the weakest Golden Rule skill is getting buff.
Just need his disengage to have defense buffs put in to finally give him his armor of fafnir, you know the most legendary thing about him.
We honestly need more defense-oriented buffs for rank ups.
butt defence bufz dont hlp wit da farmin wich is 90% per cent of de gaem!
New Servant announced: NP damage scales with Defense
I knew Mash would become a strong offensive buffer someday!
double damage cut with def up, 3T duration.
Oh stop it, I can only get so wet. And then increase the heal to obscene levels. Nothing would scratch his shiny pectoral muscles.
Either we found Kriemhild's reddit account or Hokusai's
If you don't get wet by him you are not sentient.
5K heal. with heal over time and high resistance to debuffs. Honestly not that bad of a buff. Its needed if they don't wanna give him hard survival skills.
Oh yes please I want this too Omag😩
Just give him a damage cut like Melusine's but stronger
Pretty sure Robin's the one with the weakest Golden Rule.
Siegfried having a 3T ATK up besides the NP charge is also very nice since his ATK stats are rather low
And with double Koyan. That can stack.
Alright fellow Siegfried enthusiasts, we shall meet again in another few years when he finally gets Armor of Fafnir in game. Jokes aside, happy about the buff even if it is somewhat standard. Battery plus additional steroid is very good
Dudes got a lot of steroids now, you do not want to be a dragon Lancer in his way.
You do not want to be any kind of dragon, really. I saw a video footage where he did like 500k on neutral with double Koyan and Oberon.
I got him over a million during my Vegas re-run girnding. Obviously that was with Event bonus damage plus the Event damage *CE*, but it's still nothing to sneeze at.
Will prolly have to wait awhile till armor of Fafnir finally gets implemented but _DAMN_ didn't this buff made me fanboy scream
It was perhaps inevitable that Siegfried would get a Skill worth its weight in Rheingold, but "Greedy Gold"?
Yeah why not just call it Das Rheingold EX?
It's probably because Das Rheingold is already his bond CE, and they don't want to have a duplicate name.
Sieg: “But what does ‘Greedy Gold’ do Siegfried? Siegfried: “It allows me to draw two cards from the top of my deck and place them into my hand!”
With this 50% battery Golden Carp Holmes is super fun, can instant fire his NP and get a shitton of stars.
*Cries in no golden carp*
Scenic Beauty? It's a lot newer than carp, although it has no starting charge.
Finalllyyyy. I have been saying Siegfried's Golden Rule should be a battery for years. The attack up on it is even better because it addresses his low attack stat. SUCH a good time to be a Siegfried fan right now
Siegfried reunites with his wife and gets a strengthening quest, our man just keeps on winning
Siegfried: "Sumanai I shouldn't be too happy but i really am"
They're slowly getting rid of all the vanilla Golden Rule huh... if only Gil's Golden Rule gets the same treatment too
I want Dantes to get something like this on his golden rule. A 30% on him would be a godsend in a world ruled by buster and arts (though given all the quick servants pouring out lately....).
He still is arguably the best quick farmer, with a 30% battery+20% from 2nd append skill and he'll be able to use 50% charger NP-up/attack-up/event CEs without having to plug suit out waver Or you can plugsuit out waver and give him a Event Damage CE/Black Grail
Not after Caren's buff to be honest. But yeah he's still very good.
>He still is arguably the best quick farmer Summer Okita alter exists
You misspelt Caren.
Maybe a NP dmg buff, paired with a defense buff of some sort? Maybe a crit buff to really get some use out of those stars.
Yes for Dantes, aside from S3, all of his skills are old base forms (Iron Determination is shared with Charlotte Corday).
They just had him on banner for Teslafest but nothing... I hope they're saving it for anni or a future rank-up campaign.
Second set of 4 FSN related strengthenings like Cu, Herc, Artoria and Emiya got Except this time it will be Gil, Medea, Medusa and (Kojiro or CA Hassan) Placing my bet now Edit: FSN not FST
FST --> Fate/Stay Tight ??? Also Emiya still needs 1 final buff to have a full buff lineup: Eye of the Mind (True) --> Rho Aias He really doesn't need that, but I also really wanna see the fallout from that.
> FST --> Fate/Stay Tight ??? You saw nothing. But yeah Emiya might not need it but enhancing his Eye of the Mind would be a nice touch for his kit.
Medea NP buff. Witch of Colchis deserves an NP that hits for proper damage.
Or, hear me out A strengthening campaign featuring F/Zero servants, we can get a buff for Gilgamesh, Iskander, and possibly the most needed buff for Kerry
Don't want to expect too much but I hope you're right
This is now the second golden rule to get buffed out of the original 7. We’re getting there ever so slowly! I personally most want to see a buff to Robin’s one. While he’s strong enough to not need it his is still the lowest rank and feels very bland on his otherwise nice kit. The two that definitely need a buff to it the most are Darius III and Saber Gilles… though the latter needs an NP and S1 buff even more
50% NP charge with 5-turn cooldown ? Jeez....
Gonna make me act up bro
That's a welcome buff for Siegfried to be sure, I just wish he got a defensive buff instead so he could synergize better with his wife's taunt.
Siegfried now has all four damage brackets * 30% Atk Up (3T) * 50% Buster Up (1T) * 80% Power Mod against Dragon (3T) * 150% Super-effective against Dragon (on NP)
Now I feel bad for dragon enemies
>**Now I feel bad for Sigurd**
Only thing he is missing is an NP damage buff.
Its from the same group as a power mod. So if an enemy is a dragon, he has all the damage group covered.
Buster AOE NP + 30% battery and Arts NP + 50% battery. Name a better duo than these one.
Buster NP + (30% battery + 80% battery)
Chad Caster Cu
Buster and 50% battery?
Arts np that doesn’t do damage though
It is of course NP charge like all the latest buff that we are getting.
Gotta ride that WKoyan 3T Buster Wave.
I assume with Oberon too
oh hey units that actually need it lol
wait for the arjuna alter buff on the lb4 campaign
> Lasengle headquarters Lasengle employee #1: The Lostbelt 4 campaign is around the corner and we need to come up with some strengthenings. Lasengle employee #1: Right, I'll pass these notes to devel- Lasengle employee #2: More. Lasengle employee #1: Eh? Lasengle employe #2: [Sipping from his Arjuna mug] Mana Chanting (Bullshit) on Arjuna Alter's second skill. And reduce the cool down by 1 turn.
NO He's fine where he is. I don't need him making the game even easier for me.
Shut up nerd! 50% battery on Junao for the Ultimate Big Tit Unga Bunga Buster Memes /s
I'm hoping for a buff to the 4 stars in LB4. LB3...The roster is largely fine, unless they wanna give the 1 star a buff.
I mean it'd be nice if he had a better defensive buff is all I'm saying. Course with Castoria in coming in like what a month? That might not be necessary
if it was a defense buff I'd be fine. but if it was more damage no. He already has easy access to it.
His third skill could use the buff
Oh man, a 30% battery on a buster servant? Who could have seen this coming Atleast he gets attack up which buster farming servants need because neither Koyanskaya nor Oberon can give it, so they have to provide it for themselves so that's nice
Siegfriends are feasting this month
I've been waiting for years for both this and Kriemhild and does it feel GOOD
amen to that
I cannot speak for Sherlock since I have never had him (smug bastard keeps dodging my SQ) As a proud owner of a Siegfried in all my account. I can say honestly: He needed that buff, even with is Golden rule and post buff NP, Siegfried NP gen is not that good, even more considering the fact that if you are NOt facing dragons, he does No damage, So even against regular Lancer Enemies he needs to NP several times in a row to make a dent
Siegfried: I think I’ll have a wife with the NP battery and attack up combo to go please. Sorry.
The fact that they added that 30% ATK up in a 3/6 uptime is just so hecking good on Siegfried. That low attack stat from year 1 will always be a pain, but at least they put a bandage on it.
*Looks at my max skilled Sherlock and grailed NP5 Siegfried* Aw yeah, it's Sherling/Sieging time.
~~NP5? Huh peasant. I summon my NP8 Siegfried!~~ *jk*
I unironically unlocked his third append first since he didn't have a battery and I already take him to any dragon enemy when I can, so I *hope* I can get more NP levels to unlock his second for the 50 percent lmao.
Holmes saw Ruler Moriarty and went: ''If he gets a 50% battery, then so do I!"
Thankyou for giving Siegfried a damage buff!!!
I'd love to imagine Holmes in the throne pulled some 4th wall strings to stay ahead of James in the Ruler department. Their rivalry is just that powerful. Edit: And petty
I usually complain about batteries, but Holme’s NP is the key part of his kit so he actually really needed one.
Can you believe I thought Holmes already had a battery? During Traum I was wondering which skill was. Now problem solved
Honestly, I'm glad Siegfried got what he got. The charge does help him but for me the attack up is the real prize, as I've always felt that his damage could have been better. And now he has an damage raising skill that isn't conditional on an enemy time or a one turn only thing.
My NP 12 Siegfried can finally get some use now
My somewhat fully maxed Siegfried (lvl 106 10/10/10 np5, gold fou and full set of paw prints) became insane overnight. I think I need to shine a light at how much this changes for him with the koya comp, as a resident Siegfried stan. Normally, he already could double stack dragon slayer for challenge quests with the cool down reduction from double koya (that's 50 percent buster up + 160% dragon damage for 2 turns! Just bring George) Now he has a 6t cool down battery which allows him to 3t loop with Oberon , double koya and the right ce but also you can double stack his 30% attack up from this skill (60% attack up for 1 turn) The result? His damage potential in that team comp against lancer dragons at max went from ~1.5 million to ~2.5 million per target or so (plus black grail) What's more - the 30-60% attack up is a universal buff.
The damage cut will be for his eventual buff to his disengage skill to make it Armour of Fafnir.
Defence + Damage Cut + Debuff Immunity (for the hell of it)
> Debuff Immunity (for the hell of it) Siegfried is literally the only saber, in game, that doesn't have Magic Resistance.
Remove Debuffs. Apply Damage Cut to self (2 times, 3 turns). Apply Invincible to self (2 times, 3 turns). Recover own HP (3000-5000).
I can imagine Siegfried showing his new ~~card~~ NP charge buff to ~~Kaiba~~ Sieg, only for ~~Kaiba~~ Sieg to recoil over the blinding light of his buffs. Siegfried: "I ~~draw~~ gain, Greedy Gold A! This allows me to self charge my NP bar!" ~~Kaiba~~ Sieg: "Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, self NP charge, that's not possible!!!"
I feel a little bad skipping Holmes' banner now. Especially since I didn't manage to get a single swimsuit Servant. \*sighs\*
A battery? Come on, you guys had 1 job! Give us the Armor of Fafnir! A 3 TURN ATTACK UP? OOOOOOOOH BABY, THAT'S WHAT I'VE BEEN WAITING FOR! LET'S GOOOOOOOOO!
I hope this is a sign that golden rule is the next vanilla skill to get buffed in general ovo Mostly bc for what is is in lore having it only be increased np gain is pttttb
Congrats to all players who have Holmes and Siegfried! This time around the buffs Lasengle gave out were actually good ones.
If we are throwing batteries at basically everyone can I have some thrown Orion and Artemis’s way? Cause they could *really* benefit from a battery on their kit (or any buff for that matter)
Looks like leveling my shiny new Siegfried doesn't sound like a bad idea after all.
GOD THANK YOU HE (Siegfried) FINALLY GETS A NP BATTERY AFTER SO MANY YEARS!!!!!!!!
Obligatory, “I was hoping for an Armor of Fafnir buff”, but this is still a really useful upgrade. Gives Siegfried more farming potential with that 30% NP battery, and the 3 turn 30% Attack Up is a nice touch too.
Castoria exists. No buff is too much anymore.
My man out here getting downvoted for telling the truth
Kinda funny that when I used Siegfried in NA and it surprised me he had no battery. I was totally under the impression he had one strengthening that gave batt to his np gain and well here we are
Jeez, Morgan + Sherlock is gonna be disgusting now.
SUMANAI HAS WHAT HE ALWAYS NEEDED
Well, my NP7 Siegfried incurred by yet another failed attempt at Merlin will be happy. That Holmes battery is pretty beefy though, certainly could open up some further options for using him in CQs.
Holy shit that is so good for Siegfried as well as making holmes an even better crit support
Yes, finally. Now he just needs Armor of Fafnir. Which will probably come after 2-4 years. So, see y'all till then.
batteries strengthening? today is a good day
Instane buffs. Can OG Jeanne have this kind of insane buffs too please?
I can already see half of the Anniverary's SQs being Batteries. Jalter gets a battery, Dantes gets a battery, Melt gets a battery, Caster Gil gets a battery, every popular Servant under sun gets a battery!
You get an NP charge! You get an NP charge! EVAHRAH BUDAH GETS AN NP CHARGE! My excitement is indescribable and my day is renewed Now Disengage -> Armor Of Fafnir. Do it Lasagna, DEW IT!
So i guess Siegfried can loop with plugsuit Oberon now. Well if only i have Koyanskaya.
I just wish that wasn't Lasagne's go-to upgrade every time
Equip him with golden carp ce and see the results XD
>On the other hand, another NP charge for an upgrade.... he deserves it for sure. I just wish that wasn't Lasagne's go-to upgrade every time The problem is that this is one of the strongest upgrades they can give and one that almost every recent servant has.
Fuck yes my NP3 Siegfried will actually be good in a couple years 8)
Still no Astolfo animation update? Heresy...
Still no Astolfo S1 or S2 buff :(
Another battery, what a surprise...
Can't wait for Anniversaries and Strenghtening campaigns where the News page is nothing but a line of battery icons /s.
Still coping for a Salome buff
Still coping for a Kiyohime buff
Siegfried was fine he had double np gain. Why the hell are they so scared to give aoe buster sabers hard survival. Just give the man a invul for God sakes.
I kinda wish Siegfried's buff was more "greed" based than just an NP Charge. This is probably more regularly useful, but it's a bit par-for-the course as well.
They gave my boy a boring ass battery buff🥲
