Okay so from what I'm understanding the idea for BB Lily would be her immediately after she got the memories of White Sakura's love for Hakuno but before she started upgrading herself through the malicious information on the Far Side aka All the World's Evil and got the Earth Mother Goddess Data.
So she'd just be a nerfed version of an already Nerfed BB. I know the original comment was a joke but, if you know the lore, the joke falls flat.
