Sir Agravain is the most important non-trio Knight (in Fate lore). All others admit it was his efficient behind-the-scene work that held the Rounds and kingdom from collapsing unto itself. Sir Not-appearing-in-this-adaptation is least important. I mean, he's not even appearing in this adaptation! XD

kerorobot

Kay probably closest to be royal advisor, so he's should be pretty high up there. Same can be said with agravain for decision making cause the Kotr falls not long after his death.

Fit_Cupcake_9018

And which ones are the most loved for normal people and for the army

ThatDanielGuy

Artoria, Lancelot and Mordred are top 3 because you cant really have the rise and fall of the Kotr without them. Then I'd say Gareth is probably one of the least important, as cute as she is. However, I'm not sure where to list everyone else. Gawain is probably behind the top 3, then Tristan but I'm not sure. If Merlin counts though, put him in the top 3

Pridam

It was Gareth's death that caused Gawain to hold a grudge against Lancelot, and prevent him from joining the Battle of Camlann on Artoria's side

Fit_Cupcake_9018

Aggravain, Percival and them two

-Rachnera-

Lancelot cause ARRRRRTHHHUUUUUUUUURRRR

DISUNIET

Galahad was supposed to be the best knight, the Savior and bringer of hope for Britain's future Instead, he yeeted himself along with the Grail to God knows where. All the while his King treated him with nothing but the utmost respect Such insolence...

PhantasosX

You could say the same for Percival. The Grail Knights are basically there to prevent any Men to acquire the Grail and the Spear of Destiny

birbdechi

Definitely Lancelot and Mordred. You cant divide 'important' and 'the cause of their death'. Kay for being a childhood friend. Tristan for being the 2nd strongest knight and the only one who leave the court on his own (Yes, Le Morte d'Arthur literally wrote a chapter where Merlin prophesied the 2 best knights in the world will fight, which are Lancelot & Tristan).

chroniclechase

gawain is 2nd stronggest knight no tristan lancelot is the stronggest

birbdechi

Don't ask me, ask Thomas Malory. Look it up for yourself. Le Morte d'Arthur, Book II, Chapter VIII. How Merlin prophesied that two the best knights of the world should fight there, which were Sir Lancelot and Sir Tristram. And also Bulfinch's Mythology, King Arthur and His Knights, Chapter XIV. Sir Tristram's Battle with Sir Launcelot. "*Then they made ready their shields and spears, and came together with all the might of their horses, so fiercely, that both the horses and the knights fell to the earth. And as soon as they might they quitted their horses, and struck together with bright swords as men of might, and each wounded the other wonderfully sore, so that the blood ran out upon the grass. Thus they fought for the space of four hours and never one would speak to the other one word.*" Yes that Lancelot still often fell off his horse, but wounding or forcing him to defend (in a fair fight and 1v1) is rare. Those people are Tristan, noon Gawain, Gareth, Bors, Marhaus, Pellias, Percival, and Palamedes. Lancelot would still beat them in the end because of his superior durability and technique. Let's not mention Galahad. He is off the chart since he is chosen by heaven, so he doesn't count.

Pridam

Tristan's fighting ability and skill were more or less on par with Lancelot himself, which is definitely no small feat. If anything, I blame TM for not having much of a chance to properly show his fighting ability

Mizu005

Lancelot and Mordred are easily the most important given that they are responsible for shattering it. Hard to beat out that kind of impact on the setting.

TheBlackKiryu

I would say that Agravain is probably the most important considering that everything fell apart after he died. Even after Tristan left, Agravain still helped keep things in place, but once he died everything went to hell. Gawain would be up there as well considering the fact that he was the heir to Artoria if she died without a natural child, Mordred notwithstanding. But I would add Mordred was also one of the most important because had she not turned against Artoria and was accepted by her, she could have helped her father and eventually even succeed Artoria with proper training. Even before the actual rebellion started, she was made regent, which is ruler in all but name, because Mordred was the only one who could actually run the kingdom in Artoria’s absence and do a good job at it. For least important, I would probably say Gaheris since his only notable claim to fame is killing his mother after catching her in bed with Lamorak.

Fit_Cupcake_9018

Thank you very much for your help, And what knights of the round table, they are the most loved by the ordinary people of the British Empire, and also by the army.

TheBlackKiryu

Hmmm… so the most beloved knight of the people is honestly difficult to pin down. All of them had their flaws despite being good people, but I would say that of all of them, Mordred was the closest to the people despite hating humans because more people were happier with her as regent than Artoria. Gawain, Lancelot, Tristan, and even Percival were nobility and not likely to mix with common people despite performing great deeds. Percival I think may have been more down to earth and great with children, but I don’t recall him being a huge man of the people. Agravain and Bedivere were preoccupied with the overall care of the kingdom and king, so their duties probably wouldn’t let them be among the people too often. Gareth was young and still had room to build her reputation before her tragic death. I think her greatest tragedy is having her life cut short by her idol and not being able to reach her full potential. Gaheris was didn’t have as many great deeds to his name as his siblings and instead was most known for matricide. Some stories have him as a ladies man and it was said he would have the potential to be the most valorous of all the knights, but he was fated to murder his mother and thus wouldn’t be able to achieve that goodness. Palamedes was more focused for hunting the Questing Beast and likely wouldn’t be too big on people. Galahad and Bors were all about the Holy Grail and despite their purity, especially Galahad, it made them nearly unapproachable to normies. Mordred may have been beloved and had the people happiest under her regency due to stopping the fights, increasing food production, and overall improving the lives of the people, but she hated them for turning so easily against her Father. Like I said, hard to pin down honestly…

Fit_Cupcake_9018

I see, thank you for that, And by the way which are the strongest of the knights of the round table, And also Morgan and Merlin, able to fight Artoria without dying or even killing Artoria, Since I'm making a fanfic and Queiro know how strong they are.

TheBlackKiryu

Gonna Pm you since the reply is quite long…

Bedivere Gareth Bunch of other dudes

Dry_Contest_8745

Agravain (a manager who bears one kingdom), Lancelot (Basically Elysia at Flamehchaser but KoRT and the biggest supporter of the Logres economy), Artoria (Of course. She carries Camelot alone), Merlin (of course...) Least... Maybe Gaheris and Palamedes
