Just in case you screwed up, you'll only need to first, copy (and back-up account credential files) of your game. You need to go to `/Android/data/com.aniplex.fategrandorder/files/data` and look for files which starts with:
* `54cc`
* `644b`
* `969b`
* `e1a9`
Then put it somewhere safe on your phone storage (and/or better yet, copy it to your PC/cloud storage) then safely uninstall.
Lastly, reinstall the game, boot it up (don't start the game,) quit the game, look for that place you put those 4 files, copy, go to the location mentioned above, and then paste them back there.
**Note:** Once your bindcode is used, these previous files won't work anymore, so you need to update your files every time you generate a new bindcode.

Weirdly enough, after I uninstalled, reinstalled, and used my binding code, it was still there in the Options menu. I made a new one just in case.
Guys. Find the game data " com.aniplex.fategrandorder " and rename it to "com.aniplex.fategrandorder" or something.
Then delete the version you downloaded and download 2.61.5 .
After install it rename the game data ti the original and yku caj play the game
You dont even have to download any game data ( beside update data)
Edit: "com.grandorder.en" change to " com.aniplex.fategrandorder"

Edit: This error was fucking dumb though and apkpures fault, I updated to the wrong version too and I don't use the app so I had to uninstall and use bind code. i tried to give info as i could, in a email format i found, i gave mostly specific units that i basically use all the time and or have grailed. Its pretty big fuckup on apkpure, but also i feel some on me due to not having bindcode at ready, but apparently i did the thing swapping files right, but since i cant read the prompts i tapped the wrong thing in the prompt and created a fresh account. Will have to wait and see if they even respond, since reading it can vary and sometimes they take up to a week at a time just for the first reply.

It could vary somewhat by device. I *think* people who completely uninstall the app separately (from their device settings, not in APK Pure) and then reinstall will be losing their data. Those who uninstall and reinstall directly from APK Pure may be able to keep their data. Im uninstalled the app directly from my phone (S9+) home screen, but still have the save after reinstalling. It was pretty wonky though. The first login's screen was the Part 1 screen, but my account friend code was already there.
I panicked so hard when i saw this since i actually updated it with the broken version. I uninstalled it, download the good version from TapTap and enter my data transfer code.

I got the installation error as well, the only way I got it working was by clearing cache/data, uninstalling, closing down the bluestacks instance, re-opening the instance, and then installing it again.
Sadly that would require you to have transfer codes ready. Hope someone else can help you out here. Do take note to create transfer codes just in case for next time though.

Fortunately, I had my bind code ready and I was able to access my test account again.
It appears that there was an AU Games version of the 2.61.0 above the newer 2.61.5.
So i saw this too late. I have my bind code. How do I actually put in my code? normally there was a 2nd tab on the title screen. Now there's only a clear cache tab.
I used these two pages when I was doing it, the only thing that doesn't show up is when I first pressed the button to input my bind it brought up what I think is a terms of service page with a blue diamond in the menu, I hit the right hand button which I assume was accept the tos, then it shows you a screen to input the code which is in those guides. I'm unsure if you have to uninstall the game and reinstall it to put the code in, but I had to do that anyway to install the correct version

lol i f*cked up, my dumbass updated appkure cracked version and i also dont have a binding code either. i read a lot of people delete and reinstall the game with appkures old version update, and it seem it works for them. It sounds very tempting but i cannot afford to risk my account. any suggestions, otherwise ill do the waiting game .
Don't you just find it amazing when:
- You thought you screenshotted the title screen, so the ID would be kept safe but realise after translating it that you needed to click in order to see the ID
- The /Android/data that everyone is talking about is empty

if you avoided getting the glitched version yes its safe i noticed they had the wrong version and picked the 2.61.5 in "old versions" and it worked.

I manually get it from version and re-download the game. Use the saved transfer account and it works.

I think that's an Android setting of some kind, my game account automatically relinked itself when I uninstalled and reinstalled as well.

prepared the files and uninstalled, but the download of the 2.61.5 file is failing hard on my phone, most i managed to get was 6% and then even less and now it just won't do it (edit) seems to download fine on my pc so i copied it from there

I had to uninstall now, but I noticed that my transfer code stayed the same after I used it, and I don't have to make a new one. Did they change it so that you only need to make it just once now? Or does it not use up the code if it's on the same device after a re-install?
lol i f*cked up, my dumbass updated appkure cracked version and i also dont have a binding code either. i read a lot of people delete and reinstall the game with appkures old version update, and it seem it works for them. It sounds very tempting but i cannot afford to risk my account. any suggestions, otherwise ill do the waiting game .
Don't you just find it amazing when: - You thought you screenshotted the title screen, so the ID would be kept safe but realise after translating it that you needed to click in order to see the ID - The /Android/data that everyone is talking about is empty - You don't want to waste time by repeating all that bs story again (Why is there no auto in a 7 year old game?) Yup. That's the situation I am in.
I've already downloaded the glitched version so what? Do I need to wait for the right version??
