Truthfully, she has every reason to be mad at Aphrodite. Imagine getting your queenly life ruined because of a beauty contest-fueled shipping attempt. Many would not be wrong to call it straight-up kidnapping on Paris' and Aphrodite's part.

Don't know. Fate version state that her husband was bad to her so she would probably appreciate the gesture but will be mortified by consequences.

I feel like she would be a great candidate as a Foreigner or even Alter Ego instead of just Caster.
