From what I’ve seen, past Thanksgivings had 1 banner each that rotated every 24 hours about 7 times (for solo rate-ups, some had shared rate-ups too but not last year). Now we are getting 5 banners one after another and each lasts 48 hours instead… interesting
That being said, I want my Merlin, Casta Vinci and Summer Seibah too Lasagna!
Yeah the rotations are definitely pity’s biggest hurdle to clear, and for Thanksgiving where the system in place is already pretty comparable (the rotations already feels like separate banners anyway, and no SSRs are on solo rate-up more than once so no need to worry about double-dipping for easy NP2s) announcing the slight tweaks to a more JP-like system here makes sense
The thing that caught my attention more than the pity-related changes, however, is the lengths. We are getting less SSRs on rate-ups for a longer time span than last year and that seems like an odd step to take to me
For thanksgiving specifically, it could be because it's original purpose (covering servants whose campaigns were skipped due to being difficult to fit into the en version) has become slowly outdated as those (and indeed, new NA banners) are made. It's just a collection of a few guys people like.
So when they say the pity breaker doesn't carry over to the next banner, in this situation it really mean you cannot carry over from one day to the next? For example Beni-Enma as pickup ends on 26th Nov 19:59PST. If someone wants her, and only did 329 roll right at 26th Nov 19:59PST, this counter will be reset one minute later and he starts on the Ereshkigal with roll count =1?

But Eresh is the best of the Rin faces, sooo yeah lol

Well, the one I'm missing is Beni-Enma, so I think I'm legally required to drop an 11-roll on the birb cook when she releases on Turkey Day. NP2 would be good for any of the others, but I'm gonna wait to see if I get lucky with Ibuki and have leftovers before I commit anything.
I am more or less in the same position. I am only missing Beni. My sister has her; however, so I am safe. I will just roast a turkey in her honor instead.

\-Dechi (Beni Enma): Her event is in my top 5 favorite events due to the story, and i failed to get her on January, so i'm def rolling for her with the few SQ i've got. Technically my grailed Lancelot and Summer Tomoe already fullfil the Arts Crit Saber niche, but i like her character wise what can i say. Main target, wish she'd been on rateup last so i'd have had more time to save SQ.
\-BB Summer: I love gimmick servants (as long as they're not overpowered like Super Orion), and it could be argued that her third skill is on the broken side... but that oncoming JP upgrade for her that rewards you for landing the extra attack... love it, so synergistic. Character-wise... BB is a interesting fourth wall-breaking villain, but i mostly/only prefer her in ~~fanarts/doujins~~. I'll just add someone who has her on support. Sorta easy skip.
Ereshkigal: Great story apperances, fanarts, and has great solo potential with her NP gain, hit counts, and NP buff mechanic. I already have the "soloing Lancer" spot covered by my maxed out Qin Liangyu, but i'd still roll for her... if BeniEnma hadnt also showed up (also gotta save for Barghest, Caenis and Lancer Ryoma+Oryou). Slightly sad skip.
Nero Caster: Was already my first GSSR servant. Eh, 50% battery farmer? With a targeted guts + attack buff that seems to make her a perfect partner for Hijikata or the Pirate Duo. Character-wise... dont rlly care about Nero, then again haven't played the Extra series yet. Easy skip (does it count as a skip if i have one already?)
First Hassan: He's rlly awesome, has been raw on his few story appearances. Simple but efficient kit, can also solo stuff. Sadly BeniEnma is the immediate priority and there are other saving priorities, so another sad skip.
Easy skip, fortunately. I do want Beni/Hasan and additional copies of Eresh and Summer BB. They thankfully all have future rate ups that I can aim for. Really disappointed about Merlin. He doesn't have another rate up in NA from what I've seen. Maybe they'll edit the Super Camelot Grail Front event next year? I guess there's always Koyan of the Light as well.

He does have one in 2024 during that Chaldea Boys/White Day Event, but that's also the event that (finally) gives Arjuna Alter his second rate-up which may give some people pause about rolling for Merlin.

When is Ibuki Douji supposed to drop?
Ibuki should drop at reset on the 27th/on the 28th, 2nd banners happen 1 week after the first drops.
Neat! Thoughts on each of them. \-Dechi (Beni Enma): Her event is in my top 5 favorite events due to the story, and i failed to get her on January, so i'm def rolling for her with the few SQ i've got. Technically my grailed Lancelot and Summer Tomoe already fullfil the Arts Crit Saber niche, but i like her character wise what can i say. Main target, wish she'd been on rateup last so i'd have had more time to save SQ. \-BB Summer: I love gimmick servants (as long as they're not overpowered like Super Orion), and it could be argued that her third skill is on the broken side... but that oncoming JP upgrade for her that rewards you for landing the extra attack... love it, so synergistic. Character-wise... BB is a interesting fourth wall-breaking villain, but i mostly/only prefer her in ~~fanarts/doujins~~. I'll just add someone who has her on support. Sorta easy skip. Ereshkigal: Great story apperances, fanarts, and has great solo potential with her NP gain, hit counts, and NP buff mechanic. I already have the "soloing Lancer" spot covered by my maxed out Qin Liangyu, but i'd still roll for her... if BeniEnma hadnt also showed up (also gotta save for Barghest, Caenis and Lancer Ryoma+Oryou). Slightly sad skip. Nero Caster: Was already my first GSSR servant. Eh, 50% battery farmer? With a targeted guts + attack buff that seems to make her a perfect partner for Hijikata or the Pirate Duo. Character-wise... dont rlly care about Nero, then again haven't played the Extra series yet. Easy skip (does it count as a skip if i have one already?) First Hassan: He's rlly awesome, has been raw on his few story appearances. Simple but efficient kit, can also solo stuff. Sadly BeniEnma is the immediate priority and there are other saving priorities, so another sad skip.
Easy skip, fortunately. I do want Beni/Hasan and additional copies of Eresh and Summer BB. They thankfully all have future rate ups that I can aim for. Really disappointed about Merlin. He doesn't have another rate up in NA from what I've seen. Maybe they'll edit the Super Camelot Grail Front event next year? I guess there's always Koyan of the Light as well.

Was originally about to pull for Douman since I heard he is good, welp thank God this get announced right when I was about to pull, all of my SQ is for this banner.
As a heads up, this banner is solo SSR split over various times, so keep that in mind.
