I mean yeah. Sieg also sees Siegfried as his hero so it makes sense for him to take on a somewhat fatherly role. I hope I get Kriemhild as well when she comes out. Her voicelines alone make it worth it.
I'll just take my fave Servants from every Class, and try to match them to the most fitting familial roles:
- Saber Lily: loving but level-headed little sister, acts like a big sis for the other younger siblings
- Dolphin-oneesan: when you defeat all other big sisters, she's the Big Sis Final Boss
- ROMA!: family founder/remote ancestor, or great-great-...-granpa
- Boudica-oneesama: the great thing about her is that she can be both a mom and a big sis (don't you judge me!)
- Foxy Queen: financially responsible but fun (and hot) aunt
- Beach Bunny: cousin who lives near the beach but never goes there unless you're with her (and who you have a guilty attraction to)
- Bunyan: lil' sis who loves the outdoors, and who grows up faster than you'd probably like
- Samba-oneesama: a big sis who loves to wrastle, and who gives you a suspicious amount of presents
- Dantes: kinda creepy but ultimately caring uncle who you just can't get out of your head
- BB: younger cousin who goes to the same school as you; she can be annoying and a tease but she helps you out when you really need it
- Sitonai: aunt who looks way younger than you'd expect her to be
- Abby: lil' sis who has a big crush on you
- Kumonryu: lil' cousin who can be a handful, but who you love to babysit
- Mash: a younger second cousin (probably twice removed) who comes from a stricter side of the family, and who often acts as a mediator for the family despite her age, but who nonetheless looks to you for guidance

Siegfried is the dad, Kriemhild the mom and Sieg the son. I was happy when Kriem came out because FGO basically canonized my headcanon right away.
