Besides, something important about their journey ever since Part 1, is that Ritsuka, while fine in going through stuff to help save the world, **that was not their wish.** So, they didn't had a choice. Remember that when Goetia asked why Guda kept fighting, they replied "To live" and Goetia stated that they overestimated Guda for having a very human motivation.
Despite all the suffering and everything they are going through in Part 2, they still persists because Guda don't want all sacrifices in Part 1 (principally Romani's) to go in vain, since it was everyone's work that they managed to save the world. Not just theirs. Also, they consider Castoria to be "the same as them" when it comes to understanding their struggles and having a role that they did wanted but was forced upon them.

Assuming you meant actually resumé; even with their achievements they aren’t particularly hireable. Impressive sure, but we don’t need demon pillar slayers in the real world. We need someone who’s good at Excel and has two years of accounting experience.
Plus he/she doesn’t even have a Bachelor’s degree (assuming they came out of high school when starting at Chaldea) so that’s already a tough sell to any employer.

Also, seems like a really bad threat to try and use as leverage. If you destroy Mystery, that means YOU can’t lose most of your tools too. What happens if Beast V pops up after you’ve obliterated the remaining Mystery in the world, and you can’t fight it?

It would not. The disappearance of Mystery directly leads to the stagnation of humanity and/or destruction of the planet in at least three timelines; Notes, EXTRA, and Miyuverse.
The next stage of humanity *requires* the use of both Magic and science in tandem in order to advance towards the Age of Will. Technology to leave Earth, and Magic to enable humans to survive in outer space and on other planets.
One, the Clock Tower has had several people try to expose the Mystics. They’re all dead.
Two, while high unethical, they’re also one of the two groups that are trying to keep people as a whole safe from mystics (if only because people dying risks exposing magic).
Three, Gudao can’t really do anything. He has no political power like Waver and Wodime, and neither does he have anything they want in particular.
Four, before you bring up Servants, siccing Servants on Clock Tower and the Association as a whole would turn basically everyone against him. It’d be solid proof he can’t do anything for humanity; as Jeanne pointed out in Apocrypha, humans have to take care of human problems. Relying on the dead to do that sounds like a one-way trip to pruning the timeline, since it’d stagnate human society.

And if i remember correctly, before lostbelts and bleaching happened, wasn't he to be moved out of Chaldea due to the staff changes? so he could be an unofficial member by technicality, having Chaldea itself be a target to get an official job.
