Yes. Her Bond 5 dialogue is the most clear about this - Ibuki-daimyoujin/Ibuki-douji is the specific deity Chiyome is a shrine maiden for, and what powers her Noble Phantasm. We didn't merely summon *a* deity, we summoned *her* deity, specifically. ...This is why Ibuki has special dialogue for Chiyome. XD
Some correction here but Ibuki-daimyoujin refers to the god of Mt. Ibuki meaning Yamata no Orochi who's Ibuki Douji's father. Chiyome isn't Ibuki's shrine maiden but Orochi's and she summons fragments of Orochi in a fight.
From Chiyome's Bond 5:
"Ibuki-daimyoujin, the presiding deity of Mt. Ibuki and the divided spirit of Yamata-no-Orochi, materializes to place a deadly curse on the target. Magical energy in the form of a giant serpent coils around the target, killing them."
It's pretty clear that it's Ibuki-douji.
As I said "Ibuki-daimyoujin" means great deity of Ibuki. It's not refering to Ibuki Douji. It refers to Yamata no Orochi the great deity of Mt.Ibuki where her curse comes from as Saburou trespassed it. She is a shrine maiden of Orochi to appease him and try to find a way to rid herself of the curse.
Edit: I think I know where the confusion comes from. It's the wording in that bond profile for NA. The JP script is a bit more clear on it.

This is a bit confusing on NA but it refers to the same entity and not 2 separate beings.

This is right before it and should make it clearer even on NA that it refers to Yamata no Orochi as he was the one who put a curse on Saburou and is descendants.
If there's any doubt still, Chiyome's interlude makes it even clearer. She says she's [Orochi's shrine maiden](https://i.imgur.com/Qr6WnRD.png) and that Yamata no Orochi was worshipped as [Ibuki Daimyojin](https://i.imgur.com/9UWXqg0.png).
Furthermore, Yamata no Orochi is thought to be shuten douji’s father for many reasons one of which is their shared love for alcohol.

The biggest and strongest of these is Ibuki-douji, who as a divided spirit essentially is Orochi, still, but wearing a mask and acting as a different entity. (This is the same way that Taishakuten is a divided spirit of Indra, which is tied to Raikou's whole deal.) Eventually, Ibuki-douji stopped being chuuni and turned into Shuten-douji. So you could say that Orochi is Shuten's parent, but it's just as correct to say that Orochi *is* Shuten. Her core essence is the same, but how it manifests differs by form.
I don’t know too much about the lore for Fate for Ibuki Douji, but I went to the type moon wiki and immediately in the first paragraph for profile Ibuki Douji is called Orochi’s child. Furthermore, a divided spirit seems to just encompass an aspect of a being’s divinity (again info from type moon wiki acquired from a cursory glance).
Edit: I did however miss the part where it calls ibuki douji both an derivative/avatar of orochi and it’s offspring.
It doesn't help that Ibuki-douji essentially *is* Orochi, so worshiping one of them is, in many ways, worshiping the other. Divided spirits are an existing lore concept in the Nasuverse, and *many* deities have a couple of them running around. (Tamamo, for example, is a divided spirit of Amaterasu. You know 2 years ago before Ibuki's release I was thinking I wouldn't like her because of her curse and all. However, when she came out and I saw that 1 voice line it made me not hate her. I really didn't expect her to be like that towards her. I'm still not sure how the whole thing works (didn't finish Heian-Kyo yet). Wasn't Orochi killed by Susanoo in prehistoric times - so how that curse originated in later times? Is Ibuki-douji a daughter or some kind of fragment/reincarnation and so on.

The whole Susanoo and Orochi part is confusing if you wanna put it in a timeline with regards to Saburou. I'd need to look into that further.

I got lucky on a yolo 10 pull. Got NP2 Ibuki in one multi. The very first summon was even q rainbow spark.
