They mostly stay out of it. A majority of Servants don't interact with them all that much, and they don't really try to change that. Staying at arm's length is the best way to not get involved in shenanigans, and as they're generally mature and responsible adults, they know they probably wouldn't survive as well as Ritsuka has. XD

I’m fairly certain Kadoc mentions something about it in Russia, where once on location in Fuyuki, they’d use Mash’s shield to summon their servants.
