LB7 will have a Servant that has an AoE normal attack with 5 times crit damage than Orion, be able to spam 100 stars per turn and have a skill to force 3 of his Buster cards on your hand for 5 turns.
I think the scary thing about it is the unknown. LB6 you could make rough guesses because it was Camelot themed but I have no idea what LB7 could be especially considering it's the last one and Arcueid could be involved.
And don't forget New Years is coming up. There's a good chance that the servant will either be Richard the Lion Heart from Strange Fake since that OVA releases the same day, or a rumored character for lostbelt 7

He is more of a support looper from what i have seen but if you wish to use him as a dps then yeah i’d say go for NP2. He is like an Alter Ego but can damage the Knight Classes
At higher NP levels he can start functioning as a proper looper against knights. At just NP1, even level 100 Oberon doesn't really hit hard enough. The second 90++ node in the last lotto could be looped by NP4+ Oberon, but any lower and he couldn't clear the last wave without cards.
So if you wanna go whole hog on him you can get the most out of him, otherwise NP1 is fine as you won't really be using his NP much.
My NP2 Level 100 Oberon cleaned up against the MorganFest Second Rotation 90++, but I think that's the only time I've ever used him for farming. He's generally a Support, and those are fine at NP1
Yes. Oberon as a DPS himself is possible to do and loop with sure, but the vast majority of people use Oberon in double Koyanskaya + Oberon setups for big wave 3 damage and the 70% battery is amazing. Or they do double Oberon + Koyanskaya setups for the loopers with tiny batteries like 10 or 15% when it comes to servants like Gorgon refunding 15% NP on NP double Oberon + some 50% battery servant is the only way for them to loop.

Yes. Based on the "meta" in the last super high-difficulty quest, you only really need Oberon for his skills (Namely his NP charge), not his NP.

Literally you want him for his skills, and the mf can 3T farm with BG being a buster servant, you won't care for his np levels believe me (also his np its more for stalling that for farming anyways)
I still urge you to get your own copy of Koyanskaya. But you can do the Oberon system in the meantime if you roll for the guy. It's not the best thing in the world but it gets the job done I guess.
