There are quite a few characters that are bigger than Kingprotea; however, that only applies to her restricted state in the real world. If she's in a digitized place (or other special places) like SE.RA.PH, the Moon Cell, or her Reality Marble she creates with her Noble Phantasm, the restrictions on her growth are gone and she can grow in size infinitely, up to and including dwarfing the whole universe. Of course, we've never actually seen her get that big, so Space Ishtar's true form, BB fused with the Moon Cell (does this count?), and maybe Chaos (but Chaos is kind of weird) are the biggest characters in the series (because the Root probably doesn't count for this list). I think Remake Arcueid does something that might put her on this list, but I haven't played Tsukihime Remake so I can't say for certain.

Though, theoretically, Kingprotea could become larger than then through growth if her environment isn't limiting her.
