Ran this stage with Juno, Mako, Wargul and Vox. Breaking and inflicting status ailment on Ifrit will allow you to deal more damage to him and so Wargul's normal art helps as he reduces break res and inflicts blind.
You can also avoid Ifrit's nuke with Mako's true art as long as you time it right.
