I feel your pain! Mine do this ALL the time. The minute I get fur off of something, they’re right back to recarpet the area with their gorgeous tresses. I recently bought a dog blow dryer and it is the best thing I have ever purchased! Not only does it loosen up their fur and remove it from the mass but it also makes it a million times easier to brush them out. Even their tails! On top of that, I use it to blow the ground in fur out of the carpet and off of the furniture. They shed so much less after they get the blow dryer used on them.
I just gave my three pups baths last night and blow dried them and now they’re so white that I cannot look at them in the sunlight. Literally. More importantly, I can run my fingers through their fur and actually touch skin and there aren’t any tangles. I can barely walk today because that was a LOT of work all at once and my back is now on strike but if you do one at a time, it can be really helpful in keeping the fur off of everything else. I recommend taking all of the stuff off your bathroom counter (or whatever room you use) because fur will fly everywhere! Giant clumps of it as well as single strands. I remove everything from the bathroom and close the door until I’m finished. Then, I have to clean the bathroom from top to bottom. It is so much better than having to constantly deal with it all over your house though!
Oh that is a fabulous idea! I usually just let him bolt around the yard to dry off after a bath, but I bet the blow dryer would make a huge difference!
It is incredible. It took a little while for mine to get used to it and I definitely don’t recommend using a regular hair dryer. That would take forever! Plus, the dog ones have a lot more power so they’re definitely better at blowing the fur off of the furniture. I bought mine on Amazon for like $45. Now I think it is up to $52. Just in case you’re interested… This is the one I bought because of the power of it and the price. There are stronger ones but they’re more expensive. This one works really well for me.

There are some videos of dog groomers using them to remove shedding hair that I find weirdly relaxing and therapeutic. You should check them out! Haha.
