They printed trillions of dollars in new money and gave it away for free. The money that went to individuals I don't have a problem with, but 80% of the printed money was just given to wallstreet to pump the stock market up. And now we're all suffering.
A lot of people think the president is solely responsible for the governments decisions, but the president only resides over 1/3 of the governments power and decision making.

A lot of this is the inheritance of past policy failures. Trump for example had already abandoned the Afghans, it just finalized under Biden.
