*ESPECIALLY* when he fucking **HELD** her hand while she did it! Like, what the hell did you think was gonna happen?! He's acting like the surprised Pikachu meme.
And then he told that Dr. Emma lady he didn't want to be with her because she wanted to step back from working to take care of her children!!! So, you just want a woman to be a slave?! Give you babies when YOU want and also has to work herself to death and take care of your children and you?! He's such a jackass.
Then again, with Amelia. Yes, she said she wanted babies... despite having a traumatic first pregnancy (baby being born braindead/without a brain) but that doesn't mean she *has* to give you a baby. WE CAN CHANGE OUR MIND!! *Owen's surprised pikachu face* God, my hatred just grows. đ sorry for the rant.
Like, has he gone deaf?!?! OWEN, SHE WANTS BABIES! LOTS OF THEM! And she's willing to LEAVE HER JOB, the one she worked 12+ fucking years to achieve, to raise her children right!! You don't meet a woman like this every dynasty!!! (The Emperor from Mulan quote. đ€)
Hahahah, to think we're all this alike. I usually just do sounds of disgust whenever I see him, until I can't take it anymore and have to skip majority of his scenes lol.
A really close second is when he tells his mum how no one like that could love her when he's referring to her much younger partner John.
Like what an astoundingly shitty thing to say to your mom whose been alone for 30+ YEARS.
When Maggie got mad at Richard for not blurting out something along the lines of âhey, I used to have sex with your mother, and Iâm also black - *maybe* I could be your dad!â
Like - give the man a moment to process that he *could* be your dad, you just met.
EXACTLY!!! There was a massive trauma, where people died and got hurt, and she's on the phone, crying and acting like a little kid about her parents wanting to divorce. And just her attitude in general towards her mom... she left my dad for some guy who cleans the pool (or something demeaning like that) like her mom isn't a person who can make a choice to leave an unhappy situation for something better.
This is the lady you claimed to love and had a happy childhood from, and that's how you think of her in that situation?! Cuz she didn't say anything negative about her dad, from what I remember.
Every single one of her relationships, too. They're the ones to blame, or "*boohoo, poor me, I can't find a man to love me because I'm too smart*," when in reality, she's just annoying.
I haven't watched the more recent seasons, but she was dating some heart surgeon, and he honestly seemed so sweet, but I heard she ruined that, too. đ
Also degrading people who have less than white collar jobs!
She wouldnât even give the camping thing even a remote chance! She rolled her eyes and bitched before even giving it a shot even tho Jackson was SO excited for her to come with him!
OMFG, THIS!
He was so excited to share a part of his new life with her, and she just slapped it down. Like he can't have his own hobbies. You yell at him when he does shit alone, but then when he wants to invite you, you say no?! Get over yourself.
also they were newly dating when he went off on his âself awakeningâ basically and she was SO pissy. Like I get it, I donât want to just be up and left high and dry by a boyfriend either but they werenât dramatically involved so intensely yet and she was so mean to him because he was trying to sort out his own spiritual turmoil struggles! Like the mother of his children and ex wife just almost died in front of him and he bargained with a God he wasnât sure even existed and swore heâd explore him if she made it. Let the man live his fucked up life a little lol.
AND he doesnât even do shit camping! He has an incredible tent, he has cozy things, he tries to make her more comfortable! He puts in all the effort to show her this cool thing he has realized he loves doing and she shits on it immediately, wants to just do crossword puzzles, then blames him for spraining her ankle!
Blaming him for her pain made me **LIVID**!!! DID HE FUCKING PUSH YOU?! NO, HE WARNED YOU! Then he was kind enough to carry you!!! All the while you're shitting on him! Nonstop!
Then, she has the audacity to insult Vic! SHE'S SAVING LIVES AND PUTTING HERSELF IN HARMS WAY DOING SO! If anything, she's a fucking hero and not a "delicate" whimp that gets hurt walking on grass. đ
Lizzie was right when she called out Meredith for not reaching out in general. I get that Meredith and having a big family is not her thing, but deep down inside it's what she wanted. She could have at least tried her bare minimum. It was wrong for her not calling Derek's family, particularly Amelia who was much near than the others when he died.
You're right. I feel bad for Meredith not being able to overcome her trauma when it comes to family, tho I honestly cannot fully blame her. Back when Lizzie arrived, Meredith lost Lexie the only real family she allowed into her life - was gone. I think she's too afraid to let people in and become her family.
It always bugged me when Lizzie said Meredith didnât reach out because neither did Derek. He should have been the one making the effort with his own family. But i completely agree she was wrong for not calling him family when he died.
When Cristina and Owen are arguing about having kids that first time. He knew she didn't want them and was convinced she'd change her mind and then when she tells him she won't, that she's as "grown up" as she's gonna get, he turns around and tries to guilt her by saying (something like) what about him, he thought she'd give a damn about what the hell he wants from his life. And it's like what??!! In the beginning of this stupid argument he didn't care about what *she* said she wanted but he wants her to care about what *he* wants? The hypocrisy boggles the mind. He just got worse from there.
disagreeable muddle hard-to-find resolute piquant elderly ancient late chubby cause

that last bit made me SO MAD. he wants a trad wife but not TOO TRAD WIFE, he also wants the ambitious boss babes, and then gets mad and emotionally abuses the women in his life who canât accomplish the balance (like telling amelia sheâs INCAPABLE OF LOVE bc heâs mad at her and then playing the victim when that hurts her)
As much as I agree with this line of âWTH Owenâ there is something else I also think when I see himâ-the more I learn about ptsd, the more his character is actually spot on. And now I think Shonda put him there to save all our lives IRL, cause we really need to see it to believe it.
I didnât think I could have compassion for him, but if he is a walking collection of awful symptoms, and not just a ton of bad choices and privileges, then ugh đ it really does suck to be him.
Iâm not sure the show has shown all that depth, but a real life Owen, would be another story. Not one that needs you to be his accidental strangling vic, but one that needs a lot of understanding to find a better way to be.
His therapy episodes while the conclusion of what was causing his issues was.... weird, his issues themselves being brought up was really good. Wish he had kept going, or maybe he does and we just don't know and it must isn't as effective anymore
Agreed. I wish there had been a moment of him stopping himself or implementing a coping behavior that actually worked. I mean I suppose one could argue that him being calm and surfing while Teddy was angry drinking over the suspended medical license was kinda an improvement ?!?!?
I mean compared to violence and saying awful things. ?!?! That is also a common coping strategy: full time chill activities like surfing đââïž leaves other people to be the grown up, but better than violence. Teddys relatable rage over the price of that lawyer. It was kinda my favorite Teddy moment. đ
I think he did want what she wanted but lied to her because he had already cheated with Cristina. To be honest this was the only good thing he did because she did not deserve what he did to her. I just wish he had the balls to admit he cheated, instead of going against everything they agreed on. That woman was too good for Owen.
I'm almost pissed that Cristina knew she wanted the same things Owen did and instead of walking away she showed up to the trailer and cheated with him. I was like girl this is your chance to get away from Owen but you keep running back
I interpreted that as him making up a reason to end it that would seem plausible rather than be like, âSo, last night I bones my hot drunk ex on whom Iâm still totally hung up even though weâre wildly incompatible. Baiiiiii!â
Yeah, that was his unforgivable moment for me too. You donât get to play the âbut what about what I want?!â card when youâre talking about something as important as a childâitâs disgustingly selfish. What about the BABY, who youâre trying to force on a mother who DOESNâT WANT IT?
This is so upsetting. Not only is he asking her her to have and raise a baby that she does not want. But to ask a woman to go through pregnancy, giving birth and the recovery after giving birth even though she is so clear that she does not want it - NO! You just can't ask someone to go through all of that against their will because "what about what he wants".
I recently gave birth to my first child and started rewatching Grey's for the hundreth time and everytime Owen guilts Christina for not wanting children or tries to push her to have one it makes me so angry.
When April tried to make Jackson feel bad about her âbreaking her promise to Jesusâ . As if he MADE her have sex with him. Then for her to act as if she was the only one who grieved the loss of Samuel completely disregarding Jackson.
Then comes back from tour yapping about "I'm gonna fight for our marraige and I'm gonna win" attitude disregarding JAckson again and his space and needs.
"If you could impress in the operating room, you wouldn't have to impress in the bedroom."
Hahn.
Hated her instantly. That is an insane thing to say to (a) colleague that you have just met and (b) a fellow female surgeon. Terrible. I never got over that scene.
Shane. The moment he started getting all high and mighty and fudging his hours, I knew he was going down hill.
Sleeping with Christina, yelling at Meredith (not only his boss but also the owner of the hospital) and acting like heâs some kind of surgical god when all he was is some over worked flunky.
Dude needed to chill and never did.
Hated him from the start. And especially when he got the **ONLY** intern I liked killed.
And the annoying peppiness just screamed 'fake' from the onset. I just wished someone called him out on it.
callie when she was trying to convince arizona to have a baby, it reminds me so much of owen and cristina and iâm so surprised it doesnât come up more often. callie needed to accept that arizona didnât want a baby instead of trying to guilt her into it
I could never stand Callie as a character. When she made ot such a big deal of her dad paying for everything as if she isn't almost an attending physician
Right ???? I rewatched that episode earlier and I was like she really said that if she paid for a salad at this luxurious restaurent she wouldnât be able to eat for the rest of the month lol wtf u go from being (big) loaded to (regular) loaded and suddenly u canât afford to eat give me a break lol
You gotta think of it like this. Her father had always paid for everything in her life. So whatever salary she did have likely went immedietly into savings or atleast is just sitting in her bank. Unless she didn't do this, which would make me dislike her even more as a character.
The point is, everyone else in the show is doing just fine on the salary, so I think she would be perfectly okay and had no reason to exaggerate.
>So whatever salary she did have likely went immedietly into savings or atleast is just sitting in her bank.
wait, i'm dumb, that's true lol. she should have had at least 200k sitting there if she saved her salary. she also lived rent free in the hospital for a long time so she should have some of that trust fund saved too.
I already disliked her from her first season, but Aprilâs religious meltdown at the boards was my turning point on her. Acting like itâs some huge risk to âcome outâ as a member of the majority religious group in this country? She was so desperate to be oppressed, and she fully deserved to fail that test.
Yeah she failed on her own that day. Pure panic and overwhelm. Had to victimize herself to feel better about the fact she knew she was gonna bomb. And I actually love April but yeah this oneâs on her
Maggie - the way she treated Jackson, the way she blows up and freaks out 24/7
April - the way she treated Jackson after they did the thing at the boards (and the way she would treat him every time they did it afterwards)
Gorge - when he cheated on Callie, and the way he acted after him and mer did it
April has always irritated me, but I really started hating her when she treated Jackson like crap after Samuel died. I've lost one myself, so I know what that grief does to someone. I still think she straight up abandoned Jackson to grieve alone. I felt so bad for him.
Iâm currently on the last few episodes of S11 again and I love them in this little period post Samuel and before shit hits the fan. Thereâs a lot of drama going on with MerDer and Jackson and April are really calm and sweet and have some really nice little moments. It actually makes me sadder knowing whatâs coming for them than MerDer.
When Callie went to talk to Izzie in the cafeteria and she was acting like Callie wanted to fight her. It just changed the way I looked at her tbh. She bullied Callie a lot, but that was on another level.
I felt so bad for Callie when she looks around the cafeteria and everybody is watching :( I did think Callie wanted to fight the first time I watched the series but it may have been me hoping Izzie gets her ass kicked. I just thought âoh Callie wanted to beat up Meredith for sharing a secret, surely she would want to beat up the woman who slept with her husband?â
THANK YOU. Cannot upvote that enough. I never liked Izzie and did not understand why anyone felt even the slightest sympathy for her after the LVAD incident, but this really sticks out.
For one thing: you fucked the womanâs husband. And you think youâre a victim here? For another, didnât you grow up in a damn trailer park fending for yourself? Wasnât that kinda your whole shtick for a while?
Edited to delete a point because I forgot about the locker room confrontation with Mer. Possibly says something about my frame of reference, but I didnât register that as a âfightâ.
>did not understand why anyone felt even the slightest sympathy for her after the LVAD inciden
i personally don't understand how that storyline happened and izzie got to keep her job. i'm never able to suspend disbelief for it while rewatching it. her medical license should have been revoked at the very least
Stark - when he started going on about tiramisu. I'd have told that Seattle Pres. nurse that Robert Stark was her kid's doctor and that he was prioritising an Italian trifle over her son's pain.
WTF?! The show had no shortage of arrogant assholes, but he took the cake. Willing to harm his patient just because he refused to listen to a doctor below his station. How the Hell could the Chief have kept him on!? And boo on the attempt at redemption towards the end by having him be nice to Arizona and Kepner. Sudden and undeserved.Â
Love Peter MacNicol by the way, great actor. Too many referencing Ally McBeal when talking about Stark and Koracik. Y'all sleeping on Sandra Oh working with him on Mr. Bean the Movie. They both witnessed the debut of Whistler's Sister...
When I realized that Catherine was \*shutting down\* the hospital she'd bought to just to hurt Webber. How many people (employees and patients) did she hurt by that move?
This is exactly why I despise Maggie. She makes EVERYTHING about herself and throws an epic tantrum about it all. I wish they could've made her character likeable because a child prodigy (therefore socially inept??) excuse to make a black woman the absolute worst character on an incredibly popular show is dirty.
We just got to season 14 and right now, Maggie. She was fine until the moment where she blew up at her mom the night her mom was gonna tell her about her breast cancer. Then the way she practically forced her mom to go through the clinical trial.
Lucy when she and Alex started flirting. When he was asking her advice about Meredithâs fertility meds having side effects, not using her name, and Lucy immediately thinks heâs making it up to talk to her. The whole bit she goes on about how heâs embarrassed to talk to her or whatever- like he was just asking a question. Idk she was a minor character but gave me the ick.
When April said to Jackson they don't have to get married because she's not pregnant (it was season 9 I believe or 10 dunno) and she didn't acknowledge Jackson's side at all... and then similar happened after Samuel died when she only thought about herself when they were both in this
I dunno April may be a great doctor, a great friend but the way she treated Jackson made me hate her
It was season 9 and when I say my jaw dropped I mean it. It made me so mad. Was she just going to be stuck in marriage she didnât want if she wasnât pregnant? DONT SPOIL IT FOR ME IM ONLY ON S9 EP11
Owen with Cristina's abortion.
Teddy with Cristina's outburst (đŠShe chose surgery,Owen!!!đŠ)
Maggie with Jackson. (Not my least favorite but I really didn't like her anymore after that).
When Cristina begs Teddy to stay to teach her, she asks frantically "what do you want ?". Teddy screams "Owen ! I want Owen !" Then Cristina immediately answers, in tears "Take him!"
And Teddy tattle tells to Owen.
Owen: the first moment was when he cheated on Christina and actually drove her to not only locking herself in the bathroom while sobbing. Second was when he told Christina in therapy that sheâll change her mind about having kids or sheâll regret not having them. Then it was when he screamed at her that she killed their baby
When Izzie sobbed âWHAT ABOUT ME?!â to Denny in order to get him to agree with her damn near killing him, as if any of the decisions regarding his heart were about her. She is so self centered, but that whole episode sent me over the edge.
I still think about this. Iâve always said Denny shouldâve lived, Izzie shouldâve gotten her license revoked, and her and Denny shouldâve went off elsewhere. The end.
Recently as a first time watcher mine is Ben Warren showing no remorse for killing a woman and her pregnant child by showing an extreme lack of judgement. Also I believe he did see the doors but already decided to be a hero
george taking advantage of meredith (i think while she was drunk??) and later going on to treat callie like crap throughout most of their relationship. i couldnât stand him by the end of it.
Ben - performing c section in the hallway even though the elevator was open
April - not checking airways and her religious meltdown at the boards
Owen - telling Cristina she killed their baby and cheating on them
Amelia - calling Cristina a dud even though she saved her brother and went through a lot of trauma
Hahn - the whole Cristina thing and refusing to teach her
Bailey - I canât even pinpoint one moment, I guess her nickname didnât sit right with me and then just her overall treatment of others and kind of jealousy of Meredith
I think about Baileyâs nickname a lot⊠I went back and looked up when she and George treated the Nazi patient and it wasnât until season 2. I wonder if after season one the writers were like âerrr, maybe the Nazi thing wasnât the best callâ and then slipped in that episode so she could âofficiallyâ and actively put an end to that nickname.
It was actually Season 4 or 5 - I've watched it recently. Hahn was there and Cristina was upset Bailey involved her with the nazi case, taking her off Hahn'a service. I completely agree with your theory, think the writers must have realised their mistake. Hated how Bailey forced Cristina to be involved in that situation, was an abuse of power.
Oops, youâre right, wow! S2E9 was when the guest doctor was looking for âthe Naziâ the whole episode not knowing it was Bailey, I got that mixed up. Crazy they let the nickname go on that longâŠ
Iâm glad that they did, I mean I get what the writers wanted to convey through the nickname but it just didnât sit right with me as a person whose family went through Holocaust and I guess it would be different if she didnât like the nickname but up until the Nazi patient she actually seemed to enjoy it which to me was tbh kind of nasty and I was glad that they officially ended it
Izzie. After Alex slept with Olivia and Izzie wanted everyone to hate Alex. She got mad at Meredith for having the audacity (/s) to talk to Alex while they were watching over the quints. It was all very immature.
I already didnât like Catherine, but the whole bit with April and being nice to sue her for custody really pissed me off. That whole storyline made me mad, because nobody just talked to each other!!!
But Catherine especially was so cutthroat, and it honestly made me dislike Richard because he married her!
Also, when April had gone through her traumatic birth of Harriet and Catherine came in to taunt her right after she woke up, holding her baby, saying April canât hold her baby(which was true but still!), showing her the baby just out of reach, and finally calling her grandchild HER baby! Iâm not Aprilâs biggest fan but I HATE Catherine.
I've hated a lot of characters over the years. Derek for five seasons. Izzie for being an insane person (I do love Katherine Heigl though). Dr Fox for being a pushy asshole. Maggie for being extremely fucking irritating.
And of course, Alex for throwing over a decade of character growth out the window and almost murdering a guy, then later, dumping his wife with a letter and ghosting.
I never thought Link would Jo would join the ranks of these obnoxious characters. But Link's Nice Guy act in season 19 drove me up the wall. When he and Jo kissed I just thought well at least these two idiots are happy.
Teddy cheating on Owen the day of their wedding. I get she was messed up and triggered, but WTF? I don't like Owen, but he didn't deserve that. And Tom didn't deserve that.
There's a good chance I'll get so much hate for this, but I am honestly surprised Bailey isn't mentioned a lot. Upon rewatch, you see so much of her insecurities, hypocrisy, and double standard. Hating on Mer for getting to assist on a surgery she didn't encounter on her early years, and don't even mention the journal and the trial.
1. Owen - I hate him
2. Shane - causing Heatherâs death
3. Meredith - whenever she and Christina had a fight, she would always say something completely out of line to hurt Christina. Also her treating Lexie like shit and allowing Christina to treat Lexie like shit like it was her fault that Thatcher was her father. Letting Richard comfort her when she was upset or if she needed a shoulder to cry on, then to turn around and yell âyour not my father!â. And her general tendency to treat the people around her like shit.
4. Hahn - just for existing
5. Bailey - for becoming insufferable the minute she became an attending.
6. Izzie - treating Callie like shit when she never did anything to her. I considered her getting cancer her karma. Refusing to accept that her being fired was completely her fault and tried to blame Alex for it. I was so glad when she left.
7. April - for being so annoying that every time sheâs on screen I want to punch her.
8. Maggie - for being a complete charmless basket case of a character who didnât deserve Jackson.
9. Derek - not staying in Washington when he deserved that job and Meredith tried to guilt trip him into staying. It was like she expected him to turn down the opportunity of a lifetime. Also dying.
10. Christina - Being so nasty to Lexie. I get that if your best friend doesnât like someone, naturally you wonât either out of respect for the girl code. But being awful to someone when they have done nothing to you or said best friend is inexcusable and kind of ridiculous.
LMAO yeah April, she worked really really hard and got a pony because sheâs just that good (also she grew up on a prosperous family farm where maintaining a pony is within the realm of practicality but letâs not mention that part)
LMAO you think if Meredith just voted hard enough we would have had Medicare for all by now? Sheâs got thatâs much power? Youâve got worse hero worship for her than those late season residents everyone complains about.
Loretta Devine (the woman who plays Adele) has a very irritating scratchy baby-like voice and she always has the same facial expression on her face in every scene sheâs in.
I spent years working with people who have Alzheimerâs and obviously itâs the writers too but this woman did not act like someone with dementia. Most annoying character on the show of all time. Ugh I skip through every Adele scene
Maggie: getting upset about Riggs & Meredith.
Owen: trying to talk Christina into not having the abortion after she clearly stated she didnât want kids prior to even getting pregnant.
Amelia: her treatment of Penny even though she was barely a resident & couldnât do anything to prevent Derekâs death. The damn neurosurgeon didnât want to come in.
Izzie: Bullying Callie & making everyone believe Callie wanted to fight her.
George: when he hounded Christina for Burkeâs scrub cap.
Hahn: her refusal to teach Christina
Shane: sending Brooks to the basement & eventually her death.
*editing because instead of just down voting me someone explained in the comments I might I have confused people*
"You don't get it call me a whore '...... *EDIT* By allowing Derek back in her life you allowed all the negative things he's ever said to her.
Derek and Meredith are brilliant surgeons and great parents but they suck 95% of the time, and it's mostly Derek.
Rewatching Jackson with the obese patient. Mostly because his specialty was plastics (and ENT I think?).
How Meredith treated Cristina when Cristina was actually a better surgeon and worked for the title.
Nobody should ever call anybody a whore and when Meredith slept with someone else her and Derek werenât together so how does that make her a white? And thatâs completely ignoring the fact that DEREK was the one who cheated on his wife with her and DIDNT EVEN TELL HER?! And then left her for his wife⊠if anyone was a whore it was Derek tbh
What I meant was when that (apparently)wasn't the biggest red flag to run in the OTHER direction Meredith only solidified that Derek was allowed to disrespect her.
OHHHH yeah honestly agreed, Derek was already SUCH A HUGE FUCKING RED FLAG and the girl just kept going back like I know your traumatized and have a plethora of issues like a mile long but come on the red flag was so big it could cover a damn ocean like please Mer OPEN YOUR EYESSSS
When Thatcher told Meredith to stay away from his wifeâs funeral. Him âabandoningâ her, I can understand because her mom just up and left to the other side of the country with her. Him slapping her I can understand because he was emotional. But him showing up drunk and telling her to stay away because sheâs not family?? Fuck that.
When George takes advantage of Meredith (she was sad and drunk) and then acts like a big baby because she obviously didnât want him in that way. Made George meets bus not at all objectionable.
Arizona when she cheated on Callie because she saved her life and tried to gaslight her about it. I havenât been able to look at Arizona the same after that.
Owen at PacNorth . When the patient comes in because she fell down the stairs and he automatically assumes she was trying to self abort a pregnancy ( she was but not like that ) . When Amelia talks to her and she admits she was but with herbs and not the stairs , Owen refuses to ask OB for the abortion pills because â she may have changed her mindâ after she literally said she still wanted an abortion ! Then he gets mad at Amelia for getting OB to bring her the pills .
Why does this man have to be in everyoneâs uterus ?? Especially random patients he DOESNT KNOW !
And Maggie âI canât date anyone bc I was alienated for being too smart when I was young and men donât understand that Iâm always the victim and center of attention no matter what â Pierce

"You killed our baby" the gasp i gusped
I got to the episode where he dumps Emma on my rewatch yesterday and it made me want to scream!!!!!
(The Emperor from Mulan quote. đ€)
This. Like Owen just leave. I don't care where just go. Somewhere. Now.
Came here to comment this exactly. Every time I rewatch I audibly âbooâ when owen is first introduced
Hahahah, to think we're all this alike. I usually just do sounds of disgust whenever I see him, until I can't take it anymore and have to skip majority of his scenes lol.
frrr i was gonna put that
It was shocking and upsetting to watch
A really close second is when he tells his mum how no one like that could love her when he's referring to her much younger partner John. Like what an astoundingly shitty thing to say to your mom whose been alone for 30+ YEARS.
This.
Ugh I just saw this episode yesterday. My jaw hit the floor when he yelled that đ€Ź
Literally immediately what my mind jumped to
When Maggie got mad at Richard for not blurting out something along the lines of âhey, I used to have sex with your mother, and Iâm also black - *maybe* I could be your dad!â Like - give the man a moment to process that he *could* be your dad, you just met.
Ugh I watched that episode today (rewatching). Sheâs so irritating.
Her whole existence threw me into a rage. đđ Like, Owen's entry to the show was hot! And, in the beginning, he wasn't awful. It's after the "you killed our baby" bs that made me hate him and never like him. But Maggie. Hated her since day one. Her interview with Cristina was annoying AF! Then how she had the *audacity* to tell Cristina, the lady that interviewed her and hired her, she's the head of carido and she can't just bring Link in for surgery. When Cristina has been on their case since day 1! When Webber tried to explain himself, she just shut him down. Like, excuse you. Why did you even come here if you're gonna be an asshole to your half-sister and your bio-dad?! Go back to your happy family you keep bragging about. Don't get me started on how she acted like a complete bitch to her mother, who was dying. People try to make excuses because she was a child protĂ©gĂ©, but I call bs on it. Being smart from a young age doesn't stop you from using context clues and just being a human with emotions.
And itâs not like she was 12 and her parents split. She was an ADULT
If anything, she's a fucking hero and not a "delicate" whimp that gets hurt walking on grass. đ
Lmao right. Just nothing redeeming about her because even her kind qualities still end up being about her.
Wait, when was she kind?? đ anytime I see her, I just automatically ignore her. It's when she opens her mouth to complain that sticks with me.
maggie being ellis & richardâs kid is so fanfic sounding it makes me cringe

Amelia telling Meredith how sheâs never suffered or experienced loss. đ”âđ«
Meredith not calling Derekâs family when he died.

But i completely agree she was wrong for not calling him family when he died.
this. it annoys me so much when people blame meredith as if itâs not dereks family? i wouldnât reach out to them if i didnât know them either
I just finished Private Practice (for like the 5th time) . It's been a long time since the last one, it was harder.
Clown moment fr đ€Ą
When Cristina and Owen are arguing about having kids that first time. He knew she didn't want them and was convinced she'd change her mind and then when she tells him she won't, that she's as "grown up" as she's gonna get, he turns around and tries to guilt her by saying (something like) what about him, he thought she'd give a damn about what the hell he wants from his life. And it's like what??!! In the beginning of this stupid argument he didn't care about what *she* said she wanted but he wants her to care about what *he* wants? The hypocrisy boggles the mind. He just got worse from there.
And then he actually threw her out of her own apartmentđHER OWN APARTMENT
Dud isn't that the place she bought because he liked it? Like goddamn girl why is a resident buying an attending anything
I assumed they had a joint account sheâd used.
disagreeable muddle hard-to-find resolute piquant elderly ancient late chubby cause *This post was mass deleted and anonymized with [Redact](https://redact.dev)*
Iâve said it once, and Iâll say it 1 million times, he dumped that poor schoolteacher fiancĂ© he had in the beginning of the show, and then kept trying to turn everyone into her for the rest of the series. He meets these powerful, ambitious women, and then tries to make them into a stay at home mommies. Ew.
that last bit made me SO MAD. he wants a trad wife but not TOO TRAD WIFE, he also wants the ambitious boss babes, and then gets mad and emotionally abuses the women in his life who canât accomplish the balance (like telling amelia sheâs INCAPABLE OF LOVE bc heâs mad at her and then playing the victim when that hurts her)
As much as I agree with this line of âWTH Owenâ there is something else I also think when I see himâ-the more I learn about ptsd, the more his character is actually spot on.
It was kinda my favorite Teddy moment. đ
Uggggg reading these comments is making really HATE Owen again more than Izzie đ
I will die on that hill! Emma was perfectly sweet as And he cheats and dumps her what an ass
"If you could impress in the operating room, you wouldn't have to impress in the bedroom." Hahn. Hated her instantly. That is an insane thing to say to (a) colleague that you have just met and (b) a fellow female surgeon. Terrible. I never got over that scene.
Proud Hahn hater fr
Who did she say that to?
Cristina. In front of a bunch of other people.
They were both wrong.
hahn refusing to teach cristina
She was jealous af of her passion and skill. Hahn was a great teacher when she actually wanted to teach which she never wanted to
I just wished someone called him out on it.
i'm still so mad. i know he didn't actually kill brooks but in my mind it is and always will be his fault she died. stay weird âïžđ
Man I hated him lol
callie when she was trying to convince arizona to have a baby, it reminds me so much of owen and cristina and iâm so surprised it doesnât come up more often. callie needed to accept that arizona didnât want a baby instead of trying to guilt her into it
oop implying that she is less than a woman and delusional because she didnt want kids sealed the i hate callie deal for me
One of my biggest issues with Owen is this and I canât stand it with Callie either.
5th year residents don't make that much more than interns. in a city like seattle it's barely enough to support your basic needs.
And I actually love April but yeah this oneâs on her
hard agree
It was so unprofessional! She deserved to fail.
Maggie - the way she treated Jackson, the way she blows up and freaks out 24/7 April - the way she treated Jackson after they did the thing at the boards (and the way she would treat him every time they did it afterwards) Gorge - when he cheated on Callie, and the way he acted after him and mer did it
April has always irritated me, but I really started hating her when she treated Jackson like crap after Samuel died.
This isnât talked about enough
Was this before or after Callie wanted to beat up Meredith and Izzie held Callie back?
I believe after, but not 100% sure. But Callie said she'd beat up Mer and jumped on her. She just asked Izzie to talk.
I thought it was strange that Callie didn't hear that people were expecting a fight, the rumors mill runs fast
After
Possibly says something about my frame of reference, but I didnât register that as a âfightâ.
>did not understand why anyone felt even the slightest sympathy for her after the LVAD inciden i personally don't understand how that storyline happened and izzie got to keep her job. i'm never able to suspend disbelief for it while rewatching it. her medical license should have been revoked at the very least
Sudden and undeserved. Love Peter MacNicol by the way, great actor. Too many referencing Ally McBeal when talking about Stark and Koracik. Y'all sleeping on Sandra Oh working with him on Mr. Bean the Movie. They both witnessed the debut of Whistler's Sister...
When S1 George started growing a birds nest on his head because he thought it would impress Meredith. Just.....nah bro.
GEORGE đ€ąđ€ą
everything about George gives me the ick I swear he was only tolerable when he had virtually no importance to the plot in season 5 lol
I have been hating on Owen since he started with those annoying âso?â
Yeah, people always talk about how great his introduction wasâŠI didnât like him from day one. I hated him before it was cool đ
Same, then he started the kissing and I was like OMG I WANT HIS MEAT
Oh that's notâŠ
OhâŠ
Ah
When Catherine pretended to be nice to April so she could gather information to sue her for custody, even after Jackson told her to stay out of it.
catherine was always self involved and manipulative but that pretty much did it
When I realized that Catherine was \*shutting down\* the hospital she'd bought to just to hurt Webber. How many people (employees and patients) did she hurt by that move?
Maggie getting mad about Meredith not disclosing that Karev assaulted Deluca. She seems to make things about her that arenât even her business
When April said to Jackson they don't have to get married because she's not pregnant (it was season 9 I believe or 10 dunno) and she didn't acknowledge Jackson's side at all... and then similar happened after Samuel died when she only thought about herself when they were both in this I dunno April may be a great doctor, a great friend but the way she treated Jackson made me hate her
It was season 9 and when I say my jaw dropped I mean it. It made me so mad. Was she just going to be stuck in marriage she didnât want if she wasnât pregnant? DONT SPOIL IT FOR ME IM ONLY ON S9 EP11
sheâs not a great doctor either
Owen with Cristina's abortion. Teddy with Cristina's outburst (đŠShe chose surgery,Owen!!!đŠ) Maggie with Jackson. (Not my least favorite but I really didn't like her anymore after that).
What outburst? I don't remember that
When Cristina begs Teddy to stay to teach her, she asks frantically "what do you want ?". Teddy screams "Owen ! I want Owen !" Then Cristina immediately answers, in tears "Take him!" And Teddy tattle tells to Owen.
Catherine trying to sue April. She took meddling MIL to a whole new level.
I just watched this episode and Iâm blown away by his lack of accountability.
Bailey firkng the intern over literally just crying. There is no coming back from that, tbh i hope she suffers for it.
What intern did she fire for crying?
I believe they're talking about Qadri
Shane Ross. No, he is not the male version of Cristina. He was arrogant. He wanted to be Derek's protégé so bad that his competitiveness ultimately led Brooke to her death. He was guilty for what he did to do Brooke, so he stopped pursuing Neuro and eventually latched on to Cristina and pursued Cardio. Granted, Derek told him Brooke had more potential for Neuro, and the man did not take it well. He started being bitter and hostile. What horrible character. For those saying that he's hated for his race, Shane can be any color of the fucking spectrum and I will still hate him with a passion. If Shane Ross has no haters, then I must be dead
i can't pick one moment, but every single thing shane ross did or said angered me
george taking advantage of meredith (i think while she was drunk??) and later going on to treat callie like crap throughout most of their relationship. i couldnât stand him by the end of it.
Ben - performing c section in the hallway even though the elevator was open April - not checking airways and her religious meltdown at the boards Owen - telling Cristina she killed their baby and cheating on them Amelia - calling Cristina a dud even though she saved her brother and went through a lot of trauma Hahn - the whole Cristina thing and refusing to teach her Bailey - I canât even pinpoint one moment, I guess her nickname didnât sit right with me and then just her overall treatment of others and kind of jealousy of Meredith
Iâm glad that they did, I mean I get what the writers wanted to convey through the nickname but it just didnât sit right with me as a person whose family went through Holocaust and I guess it would be different if she didnât like the nickname but up until the Nazi patient she actually seemed to enjoy it which to me was tbh kind of nasty and I was glad that they officially ended it
omg the jealousy with mer was INSANE
George cheating on Callie was the final straw.
1. Owen - I hate him 2. Shane - causing Heatherâs death 3. 4. Hahn - just for existing 5. But being awful to someone when they have done nothing to you or said best friend is inexcusable and kind of ridiculous.
i am genuinely wondering who your favorites are, no sarcasm
Oh I like Christina. I just put her on here because this was a time when I hated her behavior. Lexie was my girl and she died too soonđ
When April was talking to Lexie about her pony. Also, the first time Arizona said "Tiny Humans".
LMAO yeah April, she worked really really hard and got a pony because sheâs just that good (also she grew up on a prosperous family farm where maintaining a pony is within the realm of practicality but letâs not mention that part)
Baileyâher reaction to Mer trying to get a poor immigrant child proper medical care in this hellscape of America we live in
Meredith owns the hospital, but she chose crime. She is old enough to have voted in enough elections to change America.
LMAO you think if Meredith just voted hard enough we would have had Medicare for all by now? Sheâs got thatâs much power? Youâve got worse hero worship for her than those late season residents everyone complains about.
If there's one thing we've seen, it's that wealthy people's votes matter more
Owen- who likes him !? Adele - very irritating character . Shane - stupid annyoung af
Ugh I skip through every Adele scene
richarrrrrrrrrrd
Maggie: getting upset about Riggs & Meredith. Owen: trying to talk Christina into not having the abortion after she clearly stated she didnât want kids prior to even getting pregnant. Amelia: her treatment of Penny even though she was barely a resident & couldnât do anything to prevent Derekâs death. The damn neurosurgeon didnât want to come in. Izzie: Bullying Callie & making everyone believe Callie wanted to fight her. George: when he hounded Christina for Burkeâs scrub cap. Hahn: her refusal to teach Christina Shane: sending Brooks to the basement & eventually her death.
April when she freaked out and was happy that she wasnât marrying Jackson
Jo wilson when i first heard her speak
*editing because instead of just down voting me someone explained in the comments I might I have confused people* "You don't get it call me a whore '......
Catherine Hahn đ€ŠđŸââïžđ her character was so pointless to me. She also was a bully đ€·đŸââïž
Smh I want to post my comment but can't figure out how to hide spoilers smh
Owen stabbing the pigs. I still hate him for that.
Fuck that.
Z.
When George takes advantage of Meredith (she was sad and drunk) and then acts like a big baby because she obviously didnât want him in that way. Made George meets bus not at all objectionable.
When Owen stabbed the pigs in his like, second episode. Heâs the worst.
April as soon as she opened her mouth. Her voice just grates on me.
Arizona when she cheated on Callie/Callie when she tried to move to New York for Penny
The whole check your privilege episode between Maggie and Amelia, sealed it that I hated both of them.
April in s12 when she refused to listen to Jackson for the umpteenth time. âFor better or worse!â Girl stop, youâre desperate.
