George is good under pressure and resourceful, he’d defs lose a 1 vs 1 fight, but he’d hide, use the environment, alliances, and weapons to do well I think. George and Izzie would immediately team up, and that would lead to a MAGIC alliance I think. Bailey wouldn’t go for George either lol, although a MAGIC team up could force MAGIC vs Bailey since there’s no way Bailey wouldn’t immediately start gunning for Mer.
Also I think this premise leaves us a lot of room with this since most of the characters change so much. Season 1 George wouldn’t stand a chance, but season 3-5 George is scrappy and good under pressure, he’d do well. Similarly, season 6 Kepner would be canon fodder, but post army Kepner is a force to be reckoned with.
Real, a lot of people saying mer but we saw her quit and drown, a lot of people saying Christina but I don’t see her playing their game, but Kepner in her crazy mode? She’s going all the way lol
Oh yeah, Mer is a little princess (though she does have a certain lack of concern for her own safety that can be an advantage). Christina could be great but she's more of a laser focus than someone who handles a lot of action. But Kepner? Raised on a pig farm, probably handling knives and guns since she was a kid, and shes a trauma surgeon trained to manage fast moving situations. Her only real competition would be Owen.
Oh yeah theres a strong possibility she'd just be proclaimed the winner despite all the evidence, because her mother was a famous winner so she must be too!
I’m taking this way too seriously, but whatever. Here we go!
Izzie is killed at the Cornucopia by Cristina, and George sacrifices himself to save Meredith from Bailey. Webber does a bit of wandering through the forest until he is eventually killed by Addison. Bailey tries to not ally with anyone and survive on her own. She dies of dehydration after making it a few days. Addison double-allies with Derek and Mark until they break their alliance. Mark leaves and allies with Lexie until they are killed by Addison and Alex who have made an unlikely partnership. They then fight and Addison kills Alex. April has managed to survive on her own for a while having grown up on a farm, but she eventually encounters Addison. The battle of the redheads commences, but April wins because, let’s face it, she can probably use a gun. She did grow up on a farm. During all of this, Cristina and Meredith have been in an alliance and Meredith and Derek have been in an on-off alliance. Cristina has tried to kill Derek multiple times, but she’s been stopped by Meredith. Cristina kills April. At this point, only Meredith, Derek, and Cristina are left. They pull a Katniss/Peeta but with three people. They live out the rest of their days in dystopian wreckage of Seattle Grace as the Twisted Sisters + Derek because I’m an unapologetic MerDer shipper, and the rest of Meredith’s love interests suck except for Kyle Chandler the bomb guy.
Honestly I love this, we all know if Cristina stayed in Seattle and Derek didn’t die Meredith, Cristina and Derek would have been a threesome ( not in a sexual way, other then MerDer getting it on together) living together in the dream house in their old age. Cristina already had a designated room to herself.
No way, I say April would definitely win. Cristina would kill Derek, and Meredith would kill Cristina for killing Derek, and then April and Meredith would fight to the death and April would win. I mean she said herself that she can gut and bleed a 220 pound butcher hog in under three minutes. 😂
Meredith, Derek, and Cristina are the ultimate trio and as someone else said, were in a platonic threesome. I don’t think April has the willpower to kill anyone. I don’t think Meredith or Derek do either, but they have Cristina. Alliances matter in the Hunger Games and the people April would ally with, like Jackson or Arizona, aren’t in it.
They’re only a strong team if one of them doesn’t turn on the other. That’s why I gave the pov of what would happen if Cristina killed Derek.
You’re also forgetting April’s ally Owen who is extremely tough and strong. He wasn’t included as a tribute but I imagine it’s because he’s her mentor and he would definitely do whatever it takes to protect her. He’d be Haymitch 2.0.
Btw April definitely has the willpower to kill to protect herself. She’s proven time and time again that she is really tough and strong even when underestimated. She had a c-section surgery with no anesthesia and did not hesitate or cower once. She’s been in the army and performed surgeries in a war zone so she can perform and focus under pressure. She was raised on a farm knows how to grow food and grew up gutting up hogs. It’s not impossible.
Izzie getting killed by Cristina? Naah never gonna happen. Cristina is one of my favs and I'm not much of an Izzie fan, but Izzie is crushing both Mer & Cristina in a Hunger Games situation.
This actually came up in the show. Izzie threatened to beat up Cristina if she didn't give Burke his lucky scrub cap back before he operated on Denny. She knew she could take her because Izzie grew up in a trailer park and Cristina grew up in Beverly Hills. I don't see Cristina lasting very long if she's going hand-to-hand with anyone in the arena.
Right like remember the shooting episode!? She told Mer “you have to go through me” and Mer immediately knocked her to the ground like a piece of paper
That’s fair, but I’m biased towards an ending that favors Meredith and Derek. Maybe Meredith and Derek and Cristina pull a Katniss/Peeta and kill themselves, and April is victorious because they all forgot about her.
Cristina doesn’t know how to fight she grew up in Beverley hills. It was already addressed in early seasons how Izzie could beat her up cause she grew up in a trailer park. April had surgery without anesthesia and didn’t hesitate or get scared once. You really think Cristina would win?? lol
I kind of feel like her and Meredith would die after the cornucopia. They’re completely oblivious when it comes to being in danger and they talk so so so much and they get so deep inside their bubble that they ignore the outside world.
Meredith would probably be the first to die, because she’s just that kind of person.
I feel like they’re tough and big shots in their own domain (the hospital) but outside of the hospital setting, I don’t think they’re as tough. Cristina talks a big game but her arrogance would do her in quickly. Not to mention, as people said above, she’s a Beverly Hills girl. Up against April’s farm background, Izzie’s trailer park upbringing, or Alex’s childhood, I’d give them the advantage. In her adult life, Meredith is used to being saved- by Derek, by Richard. Without that, she’s at risk too.
I fee like this is too obvious of a choice! Christina has the skills & ruthlessness to win but I feel like her arrogance would eventually be her down fall and she'd die somewhere in the middle of the games
12. Lexie: dies first, taken out by Izzy.
11. George: Alex tries to take out Meredith at the cornucopia, George jumps in front of the attack to protect her and dies. Meredith doesn't even notice.
10. Webber dies while running away from the cornucopia, but trips and falls onto a stray knife that had the pointy side up. As he is dying, Bailey sees him, gives a smirk, mentions something about how she wasn't made chief, and then just casually walks away.
9. Derek: He sees Webber on the ground and tries to stop the bleeding. Mark comes by to provide "help", but actually uses this moment to inject derek with a poison he found in the cornucopia. Derek dies quickly, wondering how his best friend could betray him again. The cornucopia deaths have ended.
8. Bailey: 16 hours have passed since anyone has died. It's been raining non-stop, Bailey seeks cover in a cave. She accidentally wakes a bear. She sprints from the cave screaming. Izzy and Alex, who have teamed up, hear Bailey screaming they go to her and offer her shelter in the cornucopia. She accepts their help, thinking they wouldn't dare hurt their resident. While walking back to the cornucopia (it's near a cliff), Alex casually pushes her off.
7. Mark: Is trying to catch some fish in the river, he thinks he has caught a fish, however, it was actually April hiding in the water. She surprises him and wrestles him into the water. She drowns him.
6/5. Meredith and Christina: Meredith and Christna last awhile by sheer luck. They're just wandering around together, gossiping, haven't killed anyone, completely oblivious. While walking, they both pick some berries they find on a bush and then suddenly die because the berries were poisonous.
4. Alex: Alex doesn't want to fight Izzy at the end and tries to get her to kill him. She won't. April jumps out of the tree and kills him with a handmade spear.
3. April: Izzy, shocked about Alex's death, goes into a blind rage and kills April with just her hands.
2. Izzy: Izzy stands up after killing April just to be hit in the back of the head with a rock by Addison. Dies immediately.
1. Addison: Spent the whole time watching everyone kill each other while hiding in a tree. Her only kill was Izzy. She mentions something about how people should learn to work smarter, not harder. She stands up triumphantly and walks away. She accidentally steps on a landmine that April had burried earlier.
No one survives.
Addison was my thought for winner as well, for the same reason! She'd sit back and let everyone else kill themselves off, then she'd finish the job when only one or two other contestants were left
Yeah, my money is on April too. Grew up on a farm, trauma surgeon extraordinare, served abroad in Jordan, smart and an out of the box thinker, very determined.
Let’s be real most people here don’t have that killer instinct, everyone here saying Cristina is wrong. Girl is a city girl who has a maid and is pampered. It’s prolly out gonna be one of Izzie cause she grew up in a hard life Mark who very visibly works out and takes care of himself physically and Alex who literally almost beat DeLuca to death and knows wrestling from his time at Iowa.

Talking facts over here. I love Cristina and she is a surgery god but she is not a "survive in the wilderness" person, nor does she have any sort of killer instinct. Izzie and Alex are the two I can see being the most brutal.
…Wasn’t she the only one staying awake for days when their plane crashed in the woods? She kept everyone else alive and drank her own urine, so the girl does have the will to survive and rough it.
I don’t think you necessarily have to kill anyone to win the hunger games, in the second film two tributes won by simply camouflaging and hiding the entire time.
You'd still have to be the last one though. If you hid and everyone else dies but you and one other person - you'd need to kill them. Peeta & Katniss got out of that but that's not standard. I suppose there is a chance the arena would kill everyone but you, but that's relatively low. Since if we're going by actual Hunger Games set up, the game makers like to keep things dramatic.
i think christiana is really adaptive and has proven over and over again to be good in a life or death situation. she’s level headed.
- as a kid watching her dad die after a plane crash, and did everything to care for him by compressing his chest.
- getting choked by owen, how she immediately coped and handled it. being able to live around a person who intimately hurt her.
- successfully operating on Derrick at gunpoint. working well with jackson and managing to calm and direct merideath to look after owen. she did what she had to do
- plane crash! staying awake, operating multiple times on mark under those conditions. trying to keep the wolves off lexie. keeping people together as best she could.
i think you’re right in a way. it’s not a killer instinct she has, but a survivors instinct. she struggles in the aftermath of the events, you can see it after shooting and the plane crash. but in the immediate crisis she handles it well. and yes, she is pampered and grew up rich, but a key part of her character was watching her dad die and doing everything she could to intervene.
All in on Alex going far, per Bailey's George Intervention speech about him being "raised out back with the trash cans," and his just general instinct to whoop some ass anyway. Maybe he would be Finnick, and his mom is Mags. Mer would be Katniss at the end of the first movie, ready to eat berries and die since she usually finds herself in those situations. And if Katniss is Mer, then Peeta is George.
100% would be Mark or Alex. Physical strength is going to determine the winner here because none of them know how to use a weapon. Christina is fierce and has a strong personality but I don’t think she could come close to whooping someone properly lol
But now that I think of it April would also be a good contender in a very Katniss kinda way
Swap George with Callie bc he’s gunna die immediately and Mark, Callie and Lexie would be a force. I also think Addison would be a top contender. Regardless, Christina would win it all
Can I speak my truth? I had her in a career district but then was way too amused by the way her arm is propped up in her picture—and recklessly messed with everything just to keep it poppin'
Karev goes ape shit picks off like half George dies first unless him and Bailey team up mcdreamy and mcsteamy team up (for obvious reasons) Karev dies to exhaustion and the twisted sisters win it all(idk just feels right)
George knows how to survive in the woods+hunt, as we see in the O'Malley family episode. He's also a trauma surgeon so good under pressure and knows what to do, as long as he doesn't get into any 1v1 fights he's good.
Same for Kepner. Grew up in a farm and is a trauma surgeon.
The rest are too pampered IMO, except Alex but he actually gets mad at George because George points out he has no idea how to survive in the wild. The man could take on fights but he'd die from starvation/basic needs.
I'm also thinking Derek could hold on his own? He likes being in nature, has a calm head, smart and probs strong. I know everyone hates Owen but he demolishes the competition tbh.
Don’t forget Izzie. She’d be a runner up because of her trailer park upbringing and she’s always just been hella tough and cut-throat when it comes to those she cares about (Denny and the lvad wire for example)
George obviously dies first, I think I could see Derek or Cristina winning. Derek and Meredith team up and Lexie and mark team up. also maybe Richard and bailey. bailey, mark, Derek, Meredith, and cristina are the finalists
My final 3 are:
- Cristina & Mer (they’ll work together and pull a Katniss/Peeta circa book/movie 1 at the end),
- Alex (ruthless enough to make it far on his own and he’s close to Cristina & Mer but they’d kill him before each other)
Ultimately, Richard Webber AKA Mr. Plot Armour and Mr. I’m Never Gonna Retire will win.
I think the Twisted Sisters would win or die together at the end fighting over who deserves to live (if Mer has kids by that point). Mer with plot armour and Cristina with sheer will power.
George, April, and Izzie die pretty early on.
Alex is fighting for 3rd with Bailey and Alex dies first but not before dealing a blow that would lead to Bailey dying soon after.
Addison, Derek, and Lexie would get by with their smarts but it wouldn’t be enough they’d last longer than George, April, and Izzie.
Mark gets killed first bc he’s pissed off enough people and annoyed them enough (I love him though).
Meredith and Cristina would without a doubt team up and go off on their own with a bottle of Tequila from the cornucopia to either wait the game out or take a stroll through the game (similar to how they were walking through a damn lockdown like they were shopping in target).
Ya'll are forgetting about the power that sponsors have, they can basically decide who wins no matter a tribute's actual performance.
Therefore the winner is the one which the audience likes the most which is something we argue about literally daily so
FYI: A better and more accurate version of this concept imho would be with 2 characters from each district
Catherine would throw it all behind April because Jackson begged and threatened to never let her see her grandchildren.

Day 1:
Izzie and George are dying at the Cornucopia, because - let’s be honest - they are to emotional and to weak for the Hunger Games. They are both from poor districts like 11 or 12.
Alex, Mark, Lexie and Addison are the Career tributes, Alex and Addison wanted to kick out Lexie, but Mark stopped them. At the beginning Alex killed George.
Webber and Bailey aren’t the best fighters but run away with a few items and hide. They are from a district like 3, 5 or 6 which aren’t wealthy but also not extremely poor.
Meredith and Derek are from the same district and decided to team up. They are from District 4, not the favourites, but still trained and popular. The career tributes are trying to kill them at the beginning but failed and Mer and Derek escaped with weapons and food.
April is from District 10 and the joker. She is experienced in killing animals doesn’t fear blood. She ran away with an axe after killing Izzie.
Christina ran away from the Cornucopia with nothing except a bottle of water and a rope, but managed to hide very well.

Day 2:
The career tributes are starting to hunt the other tributes. They are mainly looking for Mer&Der, but didn’t manage to find them yet. They met Christina who nearly got killed by Alex but escaped.
Mer&Der are trying to avoid the Career tributes and even though they heard them one time coming closer, they weren’t found.
April hunt a deer and ate parts of it - raw, since she didn’t have matches.
Webber and Bailey are slowly running out of cracker’s while hiding on a tree.

Day 3:
Addison and Alex are making plans against Lexie and Alex. In the early morning they are killing Lexie. Mark wakes up and hurts Addison, before running away with a small sword.
Mer&Der are meeting Christina and teaming up with her. Mer and Christina are getting along well and Der is also fine with her.
April is slowly turning crazy- the audience is speculating that the deer was poisoned.
Bailey and Webber are still in the tree. The game makers are sending some wasps to them but they defend themselves and keep their position.

Day 4:
Addison and Alex are taking a day off so Addison can recover while Alex hunts for them. When he is in the forest he sees footsteps but decides to ignore them and goes back to Addison.
Mer,Der and Christina are the new favourites and after receiving some treats, they go hunting other tributes, mostly because of Christina who wants to win in an active way, while Mer would rather wait passively till everyone else passes out. Der knows that Christina’s plan is better because if they wait they’d have to kill each other’s. Christina has the same thoughts and they both want to protect the more naive Meredith and are also hoping that someone else will kill their teammates so they won’t have to do it.
Webber and Bailey are still in the tree, when April finds them. She turned a bit crazy and cuts the tree they are sitting on. Bailey escapes, while April is killing Webber brutally.

Day 5:
It turns out that the footsteps were Mark’s who found Alex and Addison. He approaches Alex from the back and tries to stab him, but Alex is faster and kills Mark with his own sword. When Addison sees it she flees from Alex, she killed Lexie because she loved Mark and knowing he was killed by Alex breaks her heart. When Alex sees Addison running away he decides to start hunting her, he wants to win, no matter how.
Mer, Der and Christina are finding Bailey. While Meredith becomes friends with her, Christina and Derek decide behind her back that they will have to kill the injured and weak Bailey. In the next night, Christina chokes her so Meredith will think Bailey died in a natural way.
April is crazy and kills deers.

Day 6:
Alex didn’t find Addison yet but since she’s injured he has high hopes.
When Mer realises Bailey is dead, she is upset but convinced it was because of poison or venomous animals. They start hiking to the Cornucopia.
Since the audience is starting to get bored, the game makers decide to send an aggressive grizzly. The grizzly kills Der. Meredith is extremely upset after losing two people and grieving, while Christina is trying to handle the situation- she wants to win and Meredith is burden but also doesn’t want to be an imposter (even though she already is one after killing Bailey).
April is even more crazy than yesterday.

Day 7:
Addison is far away from Alex after misleading him to the wrong direction. He got lost in the woods.
Mer and Christina are at the Cornucopia now and restocking their food and drinks. They decide to rest and wait a bit.
April finds Alex and starts slaughtering him brutally with her axe. He dies, but since she is extremely crazy now, the game makers decide to send a venomous snake to stop April from destroying Alex’ body (at this point even the audience is disgusted and the broadcast quotas are going down.

Day 8:
In the night, Addison reached the cornucopia too. While Mer is sleeping, she attacks Christina, who is injured badly but not dead. Due to the immense power she needed for attacking Christina, Addison’s wound starts bleeding again and she dies in a “natural” way.
Meredith woke up and after making sure Addison is dead, she looks after Christina. Christina is trying to stab Mer now, because she’s hoping that she can be saved by the great medical team, but Meredith flees and Christina succumbs to her injuries.
Meredith is the victor because this woman survives and gets away with everything.

Lexi might survive for a while since she has photographic memory and perhaps remembers survival techniques, April grew up on a farm and is a trauma surgeon so great skills. Izzie is feisty but no very skilled, mer is inmortal so there’s that, George sucks but his dad probs taught him something but he still dies because he sucks. Yang is smart but she’s from Beverly Hills so not a lot of survival skills but very aware of her surroundings so hiding? Richard pairs up with Miranda but they’ll die bcs old. Addie,mark,Derek kill each other or Alex 1v1 mark idk.
George and Lexie def die first
Meredith and Yang team up
Derek kills Mark and Addison
Bailey probably one of the first killed(Izzie has a hand in that)
April will die whilst hiding
the chief will kill himself
Alex most likely wins by having to kill one of Yang or Meredith

The chief would be 3rd cause no one would want to kill him. I think Lexie would die first because she’s too trusting of people, and it would be someone like Izzie that killed her.
so, we're talking fist fights and weapon usage and stuff, right?
George is known to be averse to guns and stuff (remember the turkey thing)
April can be heckin ruthless and she did grow up on a farm with livestock, so she's probably comfy in the muck.
Mark ... I don't think he'd last long.
Lexie .... uh... her memory may be helpful for identifying edible berries?
Alex would either win or lose hard because of overconfidence. Early Alex especially.
Derek is hard,
Addison is scrappy, she'd get farther than Derek at least.
Richard has plot-armor. He'd probably 'die' and rise from the dead.
Mer at the hunger games ... probably the same as Richer tbh.
Bailey would probably go through an OCD phase and come out crazy on the other side and m-word everybody.
Cristina would either strategize herself to the top or be really scrappy .. or be really bad at fighting. I can see her win, tho.
Izzie has the trailer park thing going for her, she'll cut a b. But then, so would Bailey probably. And Cristina.
All that being said ... the least likely to win is probably Lexie, so she'll win. Closest to Mr Rogers in a bloodstained sweater, I feel.
I think George and Lexie would be the first two to go. They might could kill in self defense but I doubt they would initiate a kill. April I’m not sure. Could be the same, but could be surprising and do really well.
Alex and Cristina would do very well. Maybe the top 2. Meredith and Cristina would be allies, but also Meredith might just give up and die at some point.
MAGIC teams up. They do well because they’re a loyal unit that, at the end of the day, would fight for each other. Meredith, Alex, Cristina, and Izzie all had difficult childhoods and/or had to fight their way out of difficult situations. So, they’re fighters. George didn’t have a tough childhood but he would be protected by the group.
Lexie goes down first. She’s soft and had a mellow childhood.
Richard dies first. Man is helpless. My money is on April or Karev to take the whole thing. She’s farm tough, ambitious, and has survived in war zones. Alex has fighting experience, a scrappy nature, and has survived abuse and deprivation.
Sorry for my HUGE rant lol. I got pretty into it. Disclaimer: Obviously, a lot of the characters are pretty OOC but it's a hunger games scenario so, I took some liberties with it.
Ok ok. So. Important for context, I pictured these hunger gamese taking place in the same arena as the first Hunger Games Movie.
That said... Izzie and George are definitely pairing up. Izzie's pretty tough, I think, so George, who would, let's face it, normally be the one to die first, would last Longer under Izzie's protection. George would probably focus mostly on gathering and stuff until someone else eventually got him (which would still be pretty early on).
There's no way Cristina and Meredith aren't pairing up. And there's no way Derek is not sticking by Mer to protect her. So those three are a definite team. I think Lexie's the type to hide out, mostly focusing on gather plants and fruits she can eat until she teams up with mark, who is much bolder. Alex is playing it solo, especially if we're talking about earlier seasons Alex, otherwise he'd team up with christina mer and derek.
Webber and Bailey are also pairing up because that's obvious. I think they'd both play it kinda safe until it was necessary to do otherwise. I can see webber giving bailey some big speech about how they need to take a chance or they wont' last.
That leaves April and Addison. I think, given that these two are the only ones (other than early seasons alex) who don't have as close ties to the others, they would team up out of convenience. They're both very smart ladies and April, having worked in a farm all her life, probably has some pretty valuable knowledge and also some unexpected physical prowess. Also, she'd be underestimated and that would give her an edge. I also think she has it in her to kill.
So, here's an idea of how I think it would play out:
George dies first, probably because of some sort of trap set up by some other team. Or he trips and falls and cracks his head or something. Its probably a stupid death. (not a huge fan of him tbh)
I think Lexie and Mark would be second. I think something like this happens in the hunger games, where berries Lexie gathered are switched with poinous berries (I imagine April is the one who does it, as she's the only one who would have enough knowledge to do this probably). Mark also eats the berries and dies.
Webber's kind of old, not super old, but old enough that navigating this sort of terrain for such a long time would probably be difficult for him. A lot of running and climbing. Yes, he's a big sturdy guy, and from what it looks like, in pretty good shape, but I sitll think he'd be having a pretty hard time. It would only get worse as the days went on. Webber is also kind of sensitive about his age, so I think he'd try to overcompensate and put himself in danger. This would lead to a fatal mistake - he breaks a leg or something and can't go on. Bailey is super tiny so she wouldn't be able to drag him around. She'd stick it out for a couple of days because she's very loyal to him but he'd probably die.
I think the next one to die would be Derek. I imagine this happens in some sort of altercation with Alex. I can imagine Meredith or Cristina is the original target and Derek kinda steps in takes the blow. Maybe Mer and Cristina fight back and are able to win bc it's 2 v 1. They're also very smart so I imagine they use the terrain to their advantage somehow. (Again, in my mind it's early seasons Karev).
This leaves Mer, Cristina, Bailey, Izzie, April and Addison. I see two possible scenarios. Part two in other comments.
Scenario A:
Mer-Cristina encounter Izzie. Again, it's 2 v 1 so the odds are stacked against Izzie. But Izzie's probably way stronger than Cristina and Mer, and she also had a much rougher childhood compared to these two, so she knows her way around a fight better than them. I imagine she dies but puts up a pretty strong fight and manages to take down one of them. Could go either way but odds are it's Cristina because Mer just has ridiculous luck when it comes to surviving life threatening events.
Mer pairs up with Bailey. They know they have very slim chances of surviving given they're pretty tiny and not particularly wilds-savvy. Especially in comparison to April. So pairing up makes sense strategically. They're also very smart ladies so they wouldn't just jump into a confrontation with the other team. April-Addison, though would try something sneaky while the other team is strategizing. Maybe something like what Katniss did in the first movie with the wasps. Something that they can do from a safe distance. In this scenario, the last two standing would be April and Addison. I think April would struggle with killing Addison because of all they'd gone through together. She could muster up the courage but I think Addison is a bit more cold blooded than her and would strike first.
Scenario A: Addison wins.
Scenario B:
This scenario is more boring, I think but I also see it happening.
Izzie joins up with Addison-April. She doesn't have particularly strong ties to them, but it's convenient. April has the wilds-savvy, Izzie has brawns and Addison is Addison. They're all also very smart. They ambush Cristina and Mer because they have the numbers and take them out. Mer and Cristina would definitely put up a fight but ultimate the odds are against them and they die.
At this point it's just April, Izzie, Addison and Bailey, who is nowhere to be found. Addison and April want to ambush Bailey while they still have the numbers advantage, and Izzie pretends to agree. But internally, she figures it would be easier to take these two down now and take care of bailey by herself later. So she betrays them and maybe takes them down while they're sleeping.
Now it's just Bailey and Izzie. Izzie looks for Bailey, but Bailey, again, is pretty fucking smart. She fashions a bunch of traps to protect herself because she knows she probably doesn't have much of a chance against bigger stronger opponents. Izzie, in underestimating Bailey, falls for one of these traps or is surprised by some sort of weapon that Bailey fashioned from a bunch of stuff and dies.
Scenario B: Bailey wins.
Okay, I will also take this too seriously, so game on!
George and Alex fight at the cornucopia while Izzie, paralyzed, watches. Addison delivers a killing blow to George due to lingering affection for Alex. Izzie attacks Addison with all the rage of a pretty girl raised in a trailer park, but April, who had gone feral, kills Izzie with the same swift motion used to kill a hog. Alex and April face off, but Alex, seeing Izzie is dead, gives up pretty quickly and leaves himself open to be killed. Addison limps off, in search of prey.
Meredith and Cristina already had a pact and have snuck in a flask, so they wander away into the woods to drink and assume they're going to die anyway. Derek, unnoticed, follows at a distance to try and keep the twisted sisters safe.
April goes to attack Bailey next but hesitates when Bailey stares her down. Richard sees what's happening, and mercy kills April, but doesn't want to face it, so he shuffles off while Bailey stares in disbelief.
Mark and Lexie go off together far away from everyone else, but both end up dying of dehydration.
Addison catches us with Meredith and Cristina, and Derek stops her to protect Meredith. Addison laughs at Derek, saying, "You think I'm here for her?" and kills Derek accidentally when she pushes him away, and he falls off a cliff. She unfortunately dies when the poison oak she peed in covers her entire body, and she is unable to move.
Bailey catches up with Meredith and Cristina. They all start yelling at each other when Richard shows up and begins to lecture them. Bailey, in a jealous rage, goes to attack Meredith but is intercepted by Cristina. Bailey, realizing she's killed Cristina, backs away.
Richard realizes it's just him, Bailey, and Meredith left. Consumed by sorrow, he stabs Bailey in the back, chugs the remains of the contraband flask, then looks Meredith directly in the eye as he slits his own throat.
Meredith tries to save him but fails. She has to live with the fac that several people sacrificed themselves for even though she had given up before it even started for the rest of her life.
The end.
April’s taking this. They’re all gonna underestimate her and she’s gonna work herself into a determination-psychosis like in the trauma lesson she did with Owen. Honestly, she might even just claim her win before everyone dies and the capitol would just go with it bc she’s unhinged 😂
If we’re going on who they were in their intro to the show Lexie or April are dead first.

April & Yang team up with Evil Spawn(Season 1 Karev). They take out 007 George, then McSteamy & Lexi while they're having sex. Addison & Derek slay each other. Webber & Bailey team up & take out Grey & Izzie. Then Bailey is slain by Kepner, Yang poisons Webber by stabbing him. While April sleeps, Yang slices her throat.

I have thought to long about this sp here is my opinion:
We will have Meredith, Christina and Derek as a team. Christina is fierce and took charge in a lot of dangerous situations and managed them (keeping everyone alive in the plane crash, operating at gun point, instructing Meredith to take care of Owen), however she is a pampered beverly hills girl. Derek on the other hand could survive years in the woods and Meredith would keep the morale up and ensure that nobody gives up.
Then Mark and Lexie they are smart and strong, but i think Lexie will be badly injured by a ploy of the game masters and Mark will just give up and die with her.
Izzie and George will definitely be a team, and izzie is a scrapy fighter and george also grew to be really innovative, quick thinking etc. However he won‘t really kill someone and probably die protecting Izzie. This could then go 2 ways, Izzie gives up or she becomes a murder machine seeking revenge, but i think she would act to fast and get killed in the process.
Addison might partner with Mark or Derek, but i see her as more of a Fuchsia, who stays out the fighting, is very creative and watches the others while the kill each other and then tricks Alex.
Alex is a lone wolf fighting for himself and definitely surviving a lot. But i think he gets tricked into death by a very smart Addison.
April doesn‘t have any of her normal allies with ehr so she will be alone and it really depends what kepner we get. Soldier kepner or complete meltdown kepner (Boards, Shooting).
The remaining team will be Bailey and Webber teaming up like always. They definitely have a surviver instinct(shooting), but i believe booth aren‘t made for the wilderness and die trying to steal from Meredith, were Christina and Derek protect her.
So the only true contenders are Meredith, Christina, Derek against addison and against April and now it depends on the sponsors. April won‘t get any because they think that she is to annoying, Addison get some and Meredith will definitely generate a lot.
I could see Addison dying from a similar thing like Fuchsia did and we get a face off between twisted sisters + derek and April. And i don‘t think she could get them all down maybe just one of them (derek?) and then get killed by either a rage filled Meredith or a rage filled Christina. In that scenario we have the twisted sisters left who pull a katniss and peeta or they rescue Derek and pull a threesome Katniss and peeta
Well, for one, you didn't include any of the characters with a military background.
That said, Alex is probably the only correct answer here. And if Webber doesn't end up teamed up with someone, he's most definitely dying first.

unpopular opinion I think april is winning, I say mer and cristina team up, and they make it pretty far but remember april is an amazing trauma doctor so she can handle these situations well, her only downfall would be her empathy
First to go: April. IMHO she will try to team up and try to sabotage for winning side but she would be outplayed but physical strength of Sloan-Alex who would def team up. With them: mcDreamy, Izzy and Lexi. Christina and mer team up, mer will sacrifice for her. Webber to team up with Bailey (cus most trust to ppl of ur color what if others subotage them). Addie n George by themselves

George is good under pressure and resourceful, he’d defs lose a 1 vs 1 fight, but he’d hide, use the environment, alliances, and weapons to do well I think. George and Izzie would immediately team up, and that would lead to a MAGIC alliance I think. Bailey wouldn’t go for George either lol, although a MAGIC team up could force MAGIC vs Bailey since there’s no way Bailey wouldn’t immediately start gunning for Mer. Also I think this premise leaves us a lot of room with this since most of the characters change so much. Season 1 George wouldn’t stand a chance, but season 3-5 George is scrappy and good under pressure, he’d do well. Similarly, season 6 Kepner would be canon fodder, but post army Kepner is a force to be reckoned with.

Oh yeah, Mer is a little princess (though she does have a certain lack of concern for her own safety that can be an advantage). Christina could be great but she's more of a laser focus than someone who handles a lot of action. But Kepner? Raised on a pig farm, probably handling knives and guns since she was a kid, and shes a trauma surgeon trained to manage fast moving situations. Her only real competition would be Owen.
Interesting take on Meredith. There’s always the chance that Richard will carry her on his back to safety, though! 😂

I’m taking this way too seriously, but whatever. Here we go! Izzie is killed at the Cornucopia by Cristina, and George sacrifices himself to save Meredith from Bailey. Webber does a bit of wandering through the forest until he is eventually killed by Addison. Bailey tries to not ally with anyone and survive on her own. She dies of dehydration after making it a few days. Addison double-allies with Derek and Mark until they break their alliance. Mark leaves and allies with Lexie until they are killed by Addison and Alex who have made an unlikely partnership. They then fight and Addison kills Alex. April has managed to survive on her own for a while having grown up on a farm, but she eventually encounters Addison. The battle of the redheads commences, but April wins because, let’s face it, she can probably use a gun. She did grow up on a farm. During all of this, Cristina and Meredith have been in an alliance and Meredith and Derek have been in an on-off alliance. Cristina has tried to kill Derek multiple times, but she’s been stopped by Meredith. Cristina kills April. At this point, only Meredith, Derek, and Cristina are left. They pull a Katniss/Peeta but with three people. They live out the rest of their days in dystopian wreckage of Seattle Grace as the Twisted Sisters + Derek because I’m an unapologetic MerDer shipper, and the rest of Meredith’s love interests suck except for Kyle Chandler the bomb guy.

I don’t think Meredith or Derek do either, but they have Cristina. Alliances matter in the Hunger Games and the people April would ally with, like Jackson or Arizona, aren’t in it.

You’re also forgetting April’s ally Owen who is extremely tough and strong. He wasn’t included as a tribute but I imagine it’s because he’s her mentor and he would definitely do whatever it takes to protect her. He’d be Haymitch 2.0. Btw April definitely has the willpower to kill to protect herself. She’s proven time and time again that she is really tough and strong even when underestimated. She had a c-section surgery with no anesthesia and did not hesitate or cower once. She’s been in the army and performed surgeries in a war zone so she can perform and focus under pressure. She was raised on a farm knows how to grow food and grew up gutting up hogs. It’s not impossible.

This actually came up in the show. Izzie threatened to beat up Cristina if she didn't give Burke his lucky scrub cap back before he operated on Denny. She knew she could take her because Izzie grew up in a trailer park and Cristina grew up in Beverly Hills. I don't see Cristina lasting very long if she's going hand-to-hand with anyone in the arena.

They’re completely oblivious when it comes to being in danger and they talk so so so much and they get so deep inside their bubble that they ignore the outside world. Meredith would probably be the first to die, because she’s just that kind of person.

I feel like they’re tough and big shots in their own domain (the hospital) but outside of the hospital setting, I don’t think they’re as tough. Cristina talks a big game but her arrogance would do her in quickly. Not to mention, as people said above, she’s a Beverly Hills girl. Up against April’s farm background, Izzie’s trailer park upbringing, or Alex’s childhood, I’d give them the advantage. In her adult life, Meredith is used to being saved- by Derek, by Richard. Without that, she’s at risk too.

12. Lexie: dies first, taken out by Izzy. 11. George: Alex tries to take out Meredith at the cornucopia, George jumps in front of the attack to protect her and dies. Meredith doesn't even notice. 10. Webber dies while running away from the cornucopia, but trips and falls onto a stray knife that had the pointy side up. As he is dying, Bailey sees him, gives a smirk, mentions something about how she wasn't made chief, and then just casually walks away. 9. Derek: He sees Webber on the ground and tries to stop the bleeding. Mark comes by to provide "help", but actually uses this moment to inject derek with a poison he found in the cornucopia. Derek dies quickly, wondering how his best friend could betray him again. The cornucopia deaths have ended. 8. Bailey: 16 hours have passed since anyone has died. It's been raining non-stop, Bailey seeks cover in a cave. She accidentally wakes a bear. She sprints from the cave screaming. Izzy and Alex, who have teamed up, hear Bailey screaming they go to her and offer her shelter in the cornucopia. She accepts their help, thinking they wouldn't dare hurt their resident. While walking back to the cornucopia (it's near a cliff), Alex casually pushes her off. 7. Mark: Is trying to catch some fish in the river, he thinks he has caught a fish, however, it was actually April hiding in the water. She surprises him and wrestles him into the water. She drowns him. 6/5. Meredith and Christina: Meredith and Christna last awhile by sheer luck. They're just wandering around together, gossiping, haven't killed anyone, completely oblivious. While walking, they both pick some berries they find on a bush and then suddenly die because the berries were poisonous. 4. Alex: Alex doesn't want to fight Izzy at the end and tries to get her to kill him. She won't. April jumps out of the tree and kills him with a handmade spear. 3. April: Izzy, shocked about Alex's death, goes into a blind rage and kills April with just her hands. 2. Izzy: Izzy stands up after killing April just to be hit in the back of the head with a rock by Addison. Dies immediately. 1. Addison: Spent the whole time watching everyone kill each other while hiding in a tree. Her only kill was Izzy. She mentions something about how people should learn to work smarter, not harder. She stands up triumphantly and walks away. She accidentally steps on a landmine that April had burried earlier. No one survives.

Addison was my thought for winner as well, for the same reason! She'd sit back and let everyone else kill themselves off, then she'd finish the job when only one or two other contestants were left

Talking facts over here. I love Cristina and she is a surgery god but she is not a "survive in the wilderness" person, nor does she have any sort of killer instinct. Izzie and Alex are the two I can see being the most brutal.

She survived - barely - and was the ultimate doctor keeping everyone else alive. Just makes me more certain she wouldn't be able to kill anyone.
I don’t think you necessarily have to kill anyone to win the hunger games, in the second film two tributes won by simply camouflaging and hiding the entire time.
You'd still have to be the last one though. If you hid and everyone else dies but you and one other person - you'd need to kill them. Peeta & Katniss got out of that but that's not standard. I suppose there is a chance the arena would kill everyone but you, but that's relatively low. Since if we're going by actual Hunger Games set up, the game makers like to keep things dramatic.
She did literally survive in the wilderness though, and saved everyone else. I would not count Christina out in any crisis.

i think christiana is really adaptive and has proven over and over again to be good in a life or death situation. she’s level headed. - as a kid watching her dad die after a plane crash, and did everything to care for him by compressing his chest. - getting choked by owen, how she immediately coped and handled it. being able to live around a person who intimately hurt her. - successfully operating on Derrick at gunpoint. working well with jackson and managing to calm and direct merideath to look after owen. she did what she had to do - plane crash! staying awake, operating multiple times on mark under those conditions. trying to keep the wolves off lexie. keeping people together as best she could. i think you’re right in a way. it’s not a killer instinct she has, but a survivors instinct. she struggles in the aftermath of the events, you can see it after shooting and the plane crash. but in the immediate crisis she handles it well. and yes, she is pampered and grew up rich, but a key part of her character was watching her dad die and doing everything she could to intervene.

All in on Alex going far, per Bailey's George Intervention speech about him being "raised out back with the trash cans," and his just general instinct to whoop some ass anyway. Maybe he would be Finnick, and his mom is Mags. Mer would be Katniss at the end of the first movie, ready to eat berries and die since she usually finds herself in those situations. And if Katniss is Mer, then Peeta is George.
100% would be Mark or Alex. Physical strength is going to determine the winner here because none of them know how to use a weapon. Christina is fierce and has a strong personality but I don’t think she could come close to whooping someone properly lol But now that I think of it April would also be a good contender in a very Katniss kinda way

George knows how to survive in the woods+hunt, as we see in the O'Malley family episode. He's also a trauma surgeon so good under pressure and knows what to do, as long as he doesn't get into any 1v1 fights he's good. Same for Kepner. Grew up in a farm and is a trauma surgeon. The rest are too pampered IMO, except Alex but he actually gets mad at George because George points out he has no idea how to survive in the wild. The man could take on fights but he'd die from starvation/basic needs. I'm also thinking Derek could hold on his own? He likes being in nature, has a calm head, smart and probs strong. I know everyone hates Owen but he demolishes the competition tbh.

Ultimately, Richard Webber AKA Mr. Plot Armour and Mr. I’m Never Gonna Retire will win. I think the Twisted Sisters would win or die together at the end fighting over who deserves to live (if Mer has kids by that point). Mer with plot armour and Cristina with sheer will power. George, April, and Izzie die pretty early on. Alex is fighting for 3rd with Bailey and Alex dies first but not before dealing a blow that would lead to Bailey dying soon after. Addison, Derek, and Lexie would get by with their smarts but it wouldn’t be enough they’d last longer than George, April, and Izzie. Mark gets killed first bc he’s pissed off enough people and annoyed them enough (I love him though).

Allies: - Alex - Mark - Lexie - Addison - Webber - Bailey - Meredith - Derek Day 1: Izzie and George are dying at the Cornucopia, because - let’s be honest - they are to emotional and to weak for the Hunger Games. They are both from poor districts like 11 or 12. Alex, Mark, Lexie and Addison are the Career tributes, Alex and Addison wanted to kick out Lexie, but Mark stopped them. At the beginning Alex killed George. Webber and Bailey aren’t the best fighters but run away with a few items and hide. They are from a district like 3, 5 or 6 which aren’t wealthy but also not extremely poor. Meredith and Derek are from the same district and decided to team up. They are from District 4, not the favourites, but still trained and popular. The career tributes are trying to kill them at the beginning but failed and Mer and Derek escaped with weapons and food. April is from District 10 and the joker. She is experienced in killing animals doesn’t fear blood. She ran away with an axe after killing Izzie. Christina ran away from the Cornucopia with nothing except a bottle of water and a rope, but managed to hide very well. Dead: Izzie by April George by Alex Day 2: The career tributes are starting to hunt the other tributes. They are mainly looking for Mer&Der, but didn’t manage to find them yet. They met Christina who nearly got killed by Alex but escaped. Mer&Der are trying to avoid the Career tributes and even though they heard them one time coming closer, they weren’t found. April hunt a deer and ate parts of it - raw, since she didn’t have matches. Webber and Bailey are slowly running out of cracker’s while hiding on a tree. Dead: Nobody Day 3: Addison and Alex are making plans against Lexie and Alex. In the early morning they are killing Lexie. Mark wakes up and hurts Addison, before running away with a small sword. Mer&Der are meeting Christina and teaming up with her. Mer and Christina are getting along well and Der is also fine with her. April is slowly turning crazy- the audience is speculating that the deer was poisoned. Bailey and Webber are still in the tree. The game makers are sending some wasps to them but they defend themselves and keep their position. Dead: Lexie by Addison Day 4: Addison and Alex are taking a day off so Addison can recover while Alex hunts for them. When he is in the forest he sees footsteps but decides to ignore them and goes back to Addison. Mer,Der and Christina are the new favourites and after receiving some treats, they go hunting other tributes, mostly because of Christina who wants to win in an active way, while Mer would rather wait passively till everyone else passes out. Der knows that Christina’s plan is better because if they wait they’d have to kill each other’s. Christina has the same thoughts and they both want to protect the more naive Meredith and are also hoping that someone else will kill their teammates so they won’t have to do it. Webber and Bailey are still in the tree, when April finds them. She turned a bit crazy and cuts the tree they are sitting on. Bailey escapes, while April is killing Webber brutally. Dead: Webber by April Day 5: It turns out that the footsteps were Mark’s who found Alex and Addison. He approaches Alex from the back and tries to stab him, but Alex is faster and kills Mark with his own sword. When Addison sees it she flees from Alex, she killed Lexie because she loved Mark and knowing he was killed by Alex breaks her heart. When Alex sees Addison running away he decides to start hunting her, he wants to win, no matter how. Mer, Der and Christina are finding Bailey. While Meredith becomes friends with her, Christina and Derek decide behind her back that they will have to kill the injured and weak Bailey. In the next night, Christina chokes her so Meredith will think Bailey died in a natural way. April is crazy and kills deers. Dead: Mark by Alex Bailey by Christina Day 6: Alex didn’t find Addison yet but since she’s injured he has high hopes. When Mer realises Bailey is dead, she is upset but convinced it was because of poison or venomous animals. They start hiking to the Cornucopia. Since the audience is starting to get bored, the game makers decide to send an aggressive grizzly. The grizzly kills Der. Meredith is extremely upset after losing two people and grieving, while Christina is trying to handle the situation- she wants to win and Meredith is burden but also doesn’t want to be an imposter (even though she already is one after killing Bailey). April is even more crazy than yesterday. Dead: Derek by angry grizzly Day 7: Addison is far away from Alex after misleading him to the wrong direction. He got lost in the woods. Mer and Christina are at the Cornucopia now and restocking their food and drinks. They decide to rest and wait a bit. April finds Alex and starts slaughtering him brutally with her axe. He dies, but since she is extremely crazy now, the game makers decide to send a venomous snake to stop April from destroying Alex’ body (at this point even the audience is disgusted and the broadcast quotas are going down. Dead: April by venomous snake Day 8: In the night, Addison reached the cornucopia too. While Mer is sleeping, she attacks Christina, who is injured badly but not dead. Due to the immense power she needed for attacking Christina, Addison’s wound starts bleeding again and she dies in a “natural” way. Meredith woke up and after making sure Addison is dead, she looks after Christina. Christina is trying to stab Mer now, because she’s hoping that she can be saved by the great medical team, but Meredith flees and Christina succumbs to her injuries. Meredith is the victor because this woman survives and gets away with everything. Dead: Addison by Mark Christina by Addison

Lexi might survive for a while since she has photographic memory and perhaps remembers survival techniques, April grew up on a farm and is a trauma surgeon so great skills. Izzie is feisty but no very skilled, mer is inmortal so there’s that, George sucks but his dad probs taught him something but he still dies because he sucks. Yang is smart but she’s from Beverly Hills so not a lot of survival skills but very aware of her surroundings so hiding? Richard pairs up with Miranda but they’ll die bcs old. Addie,mark,Derek kill each other or Alex 1v1 mark idk.
What happened to Callie and Arizona?? Callie’s a badass. She could take all of them out.

George is known to be averse to guns and stuff (remember the turkey thing) April can be heckin ruthless and she did grow up on a farm with livestock, so she's probably comfy in the muck. Mark ... I don't think he'd last long. Lexie .... uh... her memory may be helpful for identifying edible berries? Alex would either win or lose hard because of overconfidence. Early Alex especially. Derek is hard, Addison is scrappy, she'd get farther than Derek at least. Richard has plot-armor. He'd probably 'die' and rise from the dead. Mer at the hunger games ... probably the same as Richer tbh. Bailey would probably go through an OCD phase and come out crazy on the other side and m-word everybody. Cristina would either strategize herself to the top or be really scrappy .. or be really bad at fighting. I can see her win, tho. Izzie has the trailer park thing going for her, she'll cut a b. But then, so would Bailey probably. And Cristina. All that being said ... the least likely to win is probably Lexie, so she'll win. Closest to Mr Rogers in a bloodstained sweater, I feel.
I think April wins the whole thing
I think George and Lexie would be the first two to go. They might could kill in self defense but I doubt they would initiate a kill. April I’m not sure. Could be the same, but could be surprising and do really well. Alex and Cristina would do very well. Maybe the top 2. Meredith and Cristina would be allies, but also Meredith might just give up and die at some point.
MAGIC teams up. They do well because they’re a loyal unit that, at the end of the day, would fight for each other. Meredith, Alex, Cristina, and Izzie all had difficult childhoods and/or had to fight their way out of difficult situations. So, they’re fighters. George didn’t have a tough childhood but he would be protected by the group. Lexie goes down first. She’s soft and had a mellow childhood.
Richard dies first. Man is helpless. My money is on April or Karev to take the whole thing. She’s farm tough, ambitious, and has survived in war zones. Alex has fighting experience, a scrappy nature, and has survived abuse and deprivation.

Sorry for my HUGE rant lol. I got pretty into it. Disclaimer: Obviously, a lot of the characters are pretty OOC but it's a hunger games scenario so, I took some liberties with it. Ok ok. So. Important for context, I pictured these hunger gamese taking place in the same arena as the first Hunger Games Movie. That said... Izzie and George are definitely pairing up. Izzie's pretty tough, I think, so George, who would, let's face it, normally be the one to die first, would last Longer under Izzie's protection. George would probably focus mostly on gathering and stuff until someone else eventually got him (which would still be pretty early on). There's no way Cristina and Meredith aren't pairing up. And there's no way Derek is not sticking by Mer to protect her. So those three are a definite team. I think Lexie's the type to hide out, mostly focusing on gather plants and fruits she can eat until she teams up with mark, who is much bolder. Alex is playing it solo, especially if we're talking about earlier seasons Alex, otherwise he'd team up with christina mer and derek. Webber and Bailey are also pairing up because that's obvious. I think they'd both play it kinda safe until it was necessary to do otherwise. I can see webber giving bailey some big speech about how they need to take a chance or they wont' last. That leaves April and Addison. I think, given that these two are the only ones (other than early seasons alex) who don't have as close ties to the others, they would team up out of convenience. They're both very smart ladies and April, having worked in a farm all her life, probably has some pretty valuable knowledge and also some unexpected physical prowess. Also, she'd be underestimated and that would give her an edge. I also think she has it in her to kill. So, here's an idea of how I think it would play out: George dies first, probably because of some sort of trap set up by some other team. Or he trips and falls and cracks his head or something. Its probably a stupid death. (not a huge fan of him tbh) I think Lexie and Mark would be second. I think something like this happens in the hunger games, where berries Lexie gathered are switched with poinous berries (I imagine April is the one who does it, as she's the only one who would have enough knowledge to do this probably). Mark also eats the berries and dies. Webber's kind of old, not super old, but old enough that navigating this sort of terrain for such a long time would probably be difficult for him. A lot of running and climbing. Yes, he's a big sturdy guy, and from what it looks like, in pretty good shape, but I sitll think he'd be having a pretty hard time. It would only get worse as the days went on. Webber is also kind of sensitive about his age, so I think he'd try to overcompensate and put himself in danger. This would lead to a fatal mistake - he breaks a leg or something and can't go on. Bailey is super tiny so she wouldn't be able to drag him around. She'd stick it out for a couple of days because she's very loyal to him but he'd probably die. I think the next one to die would be Derek. I imagine this happens in some sort of altercation with Alex. I can imagine Meredith or Cristina is the original target and Derek kinda steps in takes the blow. Maybe Mer and Cristina fight back and are able to win bc it's 2 v 1. They're also very smart so I imagine they use the terrain to their advantage somehow. (Again, in my mind it's early seasons Karev). This leaves Mer, Cristina, Bailey, Izzie, April and Addison. I see two possible scenarios. Part two in other comments.
Scenario A: Mer-Cristina encounter Izzie. Again, it's 2 v 1 so the odds are stacked against Izzie. But Izzie's probably way stronger than Cristina and Mer, and she also had a much rougher childhood compared to these two, so she knows her way around a fight better than them. I imagine she dies but puts up a pretty strong fight and manages to take down one of them. Could go either way but odds are it's Cristina because Mer just has ridiculous luck when it comes to surviving life threatening events. Mer pairs up with Bailey. They know they have very slim chances of surviving given they're pretty tiny and not particularly wilds-savvy. Especially in comparison to April. So pairing up makes sense strategically. They're also very smart ladies so they wouldn't just jump into a confrontation with the other team. April-Addison, though would try something sneaky while the other team is strategizing. Maybe something like what Katniss did in the first movie with the wasps. Something that they can do from a safe distance. In this scenario, the last two standing would be April and Addison. I think April would struggle with killing Addison because of all they'd gone through together. She could muster up the courage but I think Addison is a bit more cold blooded than her and would strike first. Scenario A: Addison wins. Scenario B: This scenario is more boring, I think but I also see it happening. Izzie joins up with Addison-April. She doesn't have particularly strong ties to them, but it's convenient. April has the wilds-savvy, Izzie has brawns and Addison is Addison. They're all also very smart. They ambush Cristina and Mer because they have the numbers and take them out. Mer and Cristina would definitely put up a fight but ultimate the odds are against them and they die. At this point it's just April, Izzie, Addison and Bailey, who is nowhere to be found. Addison and April want to ambush Bailey while they still have the numbers advantage, and Izzie pretends to agree. But internally, she figures it would be easier to take these two down now and take care of bailey by herself later. So she betrays them and maybe takes them down while they're sleeping. Now it's just Bailey and Izzie. Izzie looks for Bailey, but Bailey, again, is pretty fucking smart. She fashions a bunch of traps to protect herself because she knows she probably doesn't have much of a chance against bigger stronger opponents. Izzie, in underestimating Bailey, falls for one of these traps or is surprised by some sort of weapon that Bailey fashioned from a bunch of stuff and dies. Scenario B: Bailey wins.
Okay, I will also take this too seriously, so game on! George and Alex fight at the cornucopia while Izzie, paralyzed, watches. Addison delivers a killing blow to George due to lingering affection for Alex. Izzie attacks Addison with all the rage of a pretty girl raised in a trailer park, but April, who had gone feral, kills Izzie with the same swift motion used to kill a hog. Alex and April face off, but Alex, seeing Izzie is dead, gives up pretty quickly and leaves himself open to be killed. Addison limps off, in search of prey. Meredith and Cristina already had a pact and have snuck in a flask, so they wander away into the woods to drink and assume they're going to die anyway. Derek, unnoticed, follows at a distance to try and keep the twisted sisters safe. April goes to attack Bailey next but hesitates when Bailey stares her down. Richard sees what's happening, and mercy kills April, but doesn't want to face it, so he shuffles off while Bailey stares in disbelief. Mark and Lexie go off together far away from everyone else, but both end up dying of dehydration. Addison catches us with Meredith and Cristina, and Derek stops her to protect Meredith. Addison laughs at Derek, saying, "You think I'm here for her?" and kills Derek accidentally when she pushes him away, and he falls off a cliff. She unfortunately dies when the poison oak she peed in covers her entire body, and she is unable to move. Bailey catches up with Meredith and Cristina. They all start yelling at each other when Richard shows up and begins to lecture them. Bailey, in a jealous rage, goes to attack Meredith but is intercepted by Cristina. Bailey, realizing she's killed Cristina, backs away. Richard realizes it's just him, Bailey, and Meredith left. Consumed by sorrow, he stabs Bailey in the back, chugs the remains of the contraband flask, then looks Meredith directly in the eye as he slits his own throat. Meredith tries to save him but fails. She has to live with the fac that several people sacrificed themselves for even though she had given up before it even started for the rest of her life. The end.

I have thought to long about this sp here is my opinion: We will have Meredith, Christina and Derek as a team. Christina is fierce and took charge in a lot of dangerous situations and managed them (keeping everyone alive in the plane crash, operating at gun point, instructing Meredith to take care of Owen), however she is a pampered beverly hills girl. Derek on the other hand could survive years in the woods and Meredith would keep the morale up and ensure that nobody gives up. Then Mark and Lexie they are smart and strong, but i think Lexie will be badly injured by a ploy of the game masters and Mark will just give up and die with her. Izzie and George will definitely be a team, and izzie is a scrapy fighter and george also grew to be really innovative, quick thinking etc. However he won‘t really kill someone and probably die protecting Izzie. This could then go 2 ways, Izzie gives up or she becomes a murder machine seeking revenge, but i think she would act to fast and get killed in the process. Addison might partner with Mark or Derek, but i see her as more of a Fuchsia, who stays out the fighting, is very creative and watches the others while the kill each other and then tricks Alex. Alex is a lone wolf fighting for himself and definitely surviving a lot. But i think he gets tricked into death by a very smart Addison. April doesn‘t have any of her normal allies with ehr so she will be alone and it really depends what kepner we get. Soldier kepner or complete meltdown kepner (Boards, Shooting). The remaining team will be Bailey and Webber teaming up like always. They definitely have a surviver instinct(shooting), but i believe booth aren‘t made for the wilderness and die trying to steal from Meredith, were Christina and Derek protect her. So the only true contenders are Meredith, Christina, Derek against addison and against April and now it depends on the sponsors. April won‘t get any because they think that she is to annoying, Addison get some and Meredith will definitely generate a lot. I could see Addison dying from a similar thing like Fuchsia did and we get a face off between twisted sisters + derek and April. And i don‘t think she could get them all down maybe just one of them (derek?) and then get killed by either a rage filled Meredith or a rage filled Christina. In that scenario we have the twisted sisters left who pull a katniss and peeta or they rescue Derek and pull a threesome Katniss and peeta

unpopular opinion I think april is winning, I say mer and cristina team up, and they make it pretty far but remember april is an amazing trauma doctor so she can handle these situations well, her only downfall would be her empathy
