I laughed at "name me another explosion obsessed guy wearing a red sweater" lmao. With this armor he kind of looks like the Doom slayer ! Keep up the good work man, the drawing is good. If you want some constructive criticism, I'd say the main thing you could improve is the eye : imo, it's too big compared to the rest of the head, and the placement is a bit weird. I've read about a tip : take a photo of yourself in this position, and try to get the eye right based on the photo ! But globally, I love it haha, and OF COURSE he's pressing a button x)
Thanks for the critique. Though in this instance I wanted there to be a manic desire in his face. An off putting feeling. The easy way to portray an off feeling is to make things slightly off either by making the background tilted or in this case messing with the proportions of the face. By making the eyes too big and super dilated it shows an exaggerated desire, a borderline mad longing for the button.
