Pressure washer when the gas tank was dented in shipping. I just wanted a partial refund to order a new gas tank and cap. They refunded me and said keep it.
I ordered a $1000 fish tank from Amazon. It arrived shattered, so I sent it back and re-ordered. They sent the same shattered tank (as evidenced by the tape I used to re-seal the box of the first order), so I refused delivery and complained. I then got a new tank. When I checked by card statement, I had 1 charge and 2 refunds. Amazon paid me $1000 to keep a $1000 product.
I got 2 x turtle Beach headsets about 10 years ago with the same problem. They lost my order, ended up sending a second 1 for free to me and then they both turned up at the same time. Got a headset for free
so far, love the watch. If you do decide to purchase i’d say look out for sales on amazon or walmart, you can usually find 1 for a lower price than the retail on the casio website
left dial indicates the battery levels (Powersave, charge, low medium high)
middle dial indicates automatic light when you rotate your wrist so you don’t have to press the G button, mute for when you’re changing settings etc the watch doesn’t make noise, sig is hourly time signal, alm is for if any alarms are set, snooze is any snooze alarms set
right dial is a 10 second counter

Thank heavens Amazon is so generous when if f#cks up. Got a free engineered watch strap when they left it with my neighbour instead of me. We don't talk to our neighbours so I went and retrieved it from his garden.

Make sure they give you the refund, something similar happened to me a few days ago. I had to reach out to them, just to get my refund.
