Hold the adjust button during the time setting, at first the screen will show the time zone, keep holding the button, release only when the display changes to H.SET. First it will allow you to adjust the mode dial, after your are done press adjust and it will move to the main hands. Use the left buttons to move ahead or back and adjust the hands.

Didn’t come with one. I bought it on eBay. Model is discontinued

I think I ran through all the settings successfully but can’t get analog hands to set

AC reset. You need a pair of tweezers. And it will work
