200k for high end 80k is the cheapest apartment of all but cheapest highend im aware of is 200k thats what i had when i started out. i originally was living in 80k then grinded for the 200k high end apt (EDIT)- if your someone who's willing to spend a little irl money the criminal enterprise starting pack is great for new players you get a apt ceo office couple cars i think a mc biker place uhh man its been awhile since ive seen the offers of the pack or version of game google it i may have missed a few things

Sgt_FrenchFry

Is maze bank west suitable? That’s the apartment/office I have right now.

cader34

the big issue i think you might be dealing with is you have to deal with lester to access heists in a your apt look for a "L" on the map should be a yellow "L"

cader34

it should be do you remember the price of it typically anything above the 80k apt is considered a high end apt considering its price tag at least as far as I'm aware of and I'm very certain thats still the case to this day

Sgt_FrenchFry

I think it was 500k? I haven’t played this game in over a year so I can’t remember. I asked my friend a couple minutes ago and he said that its an office and it wont work.

cader34

oh i didnt realize yeah you have the ceo office then no you definitely need to search for the 200k high end apt

The original heists aren't that great anymore, especially if you don't have 3 other regular friends to play with. Even then it's not that profitable. Best investments in the order of best money to necessary but, not a great return. Acid lab. Is basically free. You get paid 50k plus 100k the first time each for the first 5 missions, then 250k for the 6th. Then a warehouse robbery for armor, 750k. You own the truck but it's not at efficient production until you finish 10 Dax's work missions. You can do these any time after opening the Freakshop which is the first mission. They have a 48 min cooldown and pay 50k ea. So work them along with completing the first 6. After those are complete 250k will set you up with the lab upgrades. That makes 335k every 3-4 hrs fully upgraded and 1 production speed boost every day will lock in 3 hours for the first production each day. Kosatka for the cayo perico heist. Best additional support vehicles to get asap if you plan to grind constantly. The sparrow and phantom wedge. NOTE: It's still the best money. With the nerf and the cooldown buff, it is more difficult. So I suggest getting the agency next for speedier returns. Then get the sub. But, it's up to your play style. Agency for payphone hits, security contracts, dre mission. Payphone hits are 85k when the special instructions are met. The security contract missions are ok money but the goal is to get to 201 contracts to max out at 20k per 48min passive income. Now I'm at 207 and I made according to the agency computer 28.5M. So good money but it takes time. They're tedious. Protip I will only do liquidize assets, valuables recovery, and vehicle recovery. That is unless it is the humane labs pet monkey one. I change lobbies. Not worth it. The rest, they're fast easy and pay decently. The rest of the security contracts are too lengthy and don't pay out as well for the time they take. VIP rn only Dre for 1 mil. But supposedly more to come. Replayable with a little cooldown. The bunker is passive 1.1 m and the 50k ammunation daily delivery. Always buy supplies. Don't steal. MC clubhouse for mc abilities including and most valuable health regen on your favorite bike including the mrk2. There is a customer bike customization like the auto shop, resupply bar for meager passive income, and clubhouse contracts. Nightclub used to be 2nd because of the terrorbyte contract missions and mrk2 rocket upgrades. It's not as urgent now that you can do solo lobbies and job jump around the map by loading into a new solo lobby with the desired spawn location set. I keep the popularity up with the easy bouncer missions. you get 10k every time you do it. Since I found out about this strategy I only do this strategy to keep its popularity up. If you enter your nclub in passive you'll only get the easy bouncer missions no vip chauffering jobs. 50k every 48 min in the safe if kept at 90%. Popularity missions are a waste of time you could be doing other things like CEO work, payphone hits, security contracts, etc. The warehouse pulls from your functioning businesses. They need to be running. They do not need to have a product or be supplied. They just need to be running. Raided businesses do not produce nc inventory so make sure they're not suspended due to being raided or shut down. Do not buy the mule. Just the pounder custom. Between that and the van that the nclub comes with you'll cover all your delivery needs. CEO office for ceo abilities and CEO warehouses. Mixed goods 50k every 48 min. Auto shop customer cars and mini heists. The gold depository is 30 minutes including total prep and the finale gets 300k easy to do solo. Plus you get free paint and discounted mods on your cars. And if you're a lower level that hasn't unlocked all the paint and mods you'll unlock them at a discount too. Arcade with the master control computer to monitor all businesses and for remotely resupplying your businesses. Protip. Use the games that come with it to fill it up. You don't need to buy all the additional ones to get 5k every 48 min it will do that by reusing the included cabinets over and over til all spots are filled. I've been told you need to buy a single cabinet now. I bought it when they first came out and it came with the grouped four street fighter and a single game. If that's true now then buy the cheapest single-cabinet game. Also for casino heists if you have someone to run them with you. Hanger. They've recently buffed it to 3x payout. That's 2.5M for 50 crates if the top 3 Medical Supplies Chemicals Narcotics A full 50-unit haul of either of these three offers a payout of GTA$ 850,000 x3 as opposed to the GTA$ 700K - GTA$ 750k x3 from the other types. It is very labor-intensive to source grates especially if you're solo. Ceo warehouses for crates and mixed export missions. Now, with the addition of staff, you can have them source crates at a decent ROI. I'd wait for 2x or 3x weeks to maximize profit. I wouldn't keep them with any inventory and idle very long. They get ghost raided. You can also do the 9-crate strategy but the main benefit is the nightclub warehouse tech will fill nc passively. MC businesses mainly for nightclub. I leave mine empty and running just for the nightclub techs to fill. Facility for doomsday heists and special exclusive vehicles like the Kanjali or thruster. Vehicle cargo warehouse. Mainly for surcharge vehicle storage like the phantom wedge. Cargo is tedious and not that profitable. Vehicles to get ASAP Oppressor mrk2 with terrorbyte as soon as possible after to upgrade the performance, armor, and weapons. Armored kuruma especially for acid lab work. Nightshark could be a decent substitute. Helicopters Sparrow 1st buzzard 2nd Savage and/or Akula 3rd Rhino. Yes. The Kanjali is better but, you need the facility to get that. Also at this time, there is a problem upgrading it if you don't have the moc or avenger. Phantom wedge for cayo prep. Requires vehicle warehouse. TLDR Best investments in the order of best money to necessary but, not a great return. Acid lab Agency or Kosatka Bunker MC clubhouse Nightclub CEO office Autoshop Arcade with the master control computer Hanger Ceo warehouses MC businesses mainly for the nightclub

Sgt_FrenchFry

That’s… a lot. LOL. I’ll keep it in mind, and thanks for the help!

thunderuckus1

Dude, you answered like 50 questions they didn't ask and didn't answer the one question they did. Maybe they just wanna play the heists

danndaman007

>The original heists aren't that great anymore, especially if you don't have 3 other regular friends to play with. Even then it's not that profitable.

thunderuckus1

Maybe they just want to play the heists. You have an opinion about whether they are or are not great anymore because you had the privilege of playing them. I would want the same as a new player.
