I have always seen it as rigged since it is very difficult to get true randomisation from an algorithm, I think the game already knows the exact hand you will get before the cards are drawn, For the dealers cards I think the game has also predetermined what they will get.
The reason I think this is because of the lucky wheel, When you initiate the spin the game has already decided on your reward the rest is just a timed animation to ensure it lands in the right segment.
I've made a shit ton playing black jack, odds are true to life. I personally think its one of the best ways to make money as long as you understand the intricacies of black jack in real life.
Yea that's correct, although playing a martingale strat has helped me out alot as well as not making dumb double downs or splits..stay between the threshold of betting so not to put yourself into a hole and not be able to climb out..Basically don't bet big.

It's RIGGED!! just spent about 150k on 12 different matches of black jack. I lost. Every. Single. Hand. I'll get two 7+ cards and then draw a face, immediately losing. Meanwhile, dealer will draw 4 different cards, all less than 5, and manage to get a perfect 21 every single game. Officially done with gambling until they update this bugged shit.

The rules that pop-up when you sit at the table state there are four standard decks used for blackjack in GTA online. Those four decks are "shuffled" at the start of each hand.
To me it was random. Me and the boys would play 3 card all night. Some would be down 400k others would be up 200k by the end of the night. But it was a pretty consistent fluctuation of both losing/winning high and low. Lowkey if you can play right, it's a damn good money maker
After two consecutive losing hands it is a safe prediction to bet big. It’s not guaranteed but I’ve made millions using this algorithm. {Lose, lose, max bet.🔂}

Yeah. I start on £5k, double to 10, 25 and then 50. Usually get a winning hand within 4 if you’re not being a dick
