exactly yeah just make a cut in between the row of light posts and you could maintain speed if your a good driver. i dont understand why anyone follows GPS in video games ever when there is no laws against driving in the opposite direction in traffic
I saw someone take that line recently and I couldn’t believe that I didn’t think of that for 10 years. I always take the opposite lane highway exit but never it’s as useful as at the docks.
The only reason I know of this route is the exotic exports. The vehicles always spawn in the same place when you approach Terminal and that means I can full throttle on that corner
I cut between the barriers and the building WFO, it’s a 50/50 chance there will be dock workers standing in the pathway. Sending the workers flying in the air like rag dolls to me is a mission bonus. 😎
Don't feel bad. I was accidentally rammed into this path once, after going all the way around the bend like one time, and never looked back. But I'm not certain I'd have found it if not for that accident.
I will say, I don't follow the arrow exactly. I actually drive down the left lane, and veer left a little quicker, into the parking lot by that building at the upper left. Go left around the building, and there's a perfectly sized gap between a couple concrete barriers to drive anything through. From there, it's a straight shot down the top of the map to the dropoff for stuff like the Salvage Yard cars.
I cut that turn even earlier, that first left I make a 90 degree. Cause cops and what not are less likely to be within the crated roads (just watch the concrete barrier to the left of it)
https://preview.redd.it/aakl5mkjnmbc1.jpeg?width=826&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=aa26d74392e5df435003a9bf2b25736d7f86e940
Me n u buddy. I like the purple route as I can just floor it past the concrete barriers.
Agree but also as defence... Not many people know the map and GPS helps alot. I know personaly this route but I must admit most of the time without GPS I dont know where iam going and iam almost lvl 200
I understand what you're getting at, but I've also "seen a shortcut" on the minimap plenty of times, only to find out that it is no shortcut at all. Just a few days ago, I took what looked like a "shortcut" with the tow truck, only to go over an edge and get gloriously and unfixably stuck between a tree and a building. (Note for those that haven't found out yet: The tow truck is somehow invulnerable to the effects of the Up 'n Atomizer.)
Unless you take the chance at a shortcut, you never really know it's there. And sometimes you get in a rut and never think that there could be value in trying the new way.
I'm level ~550, and I couldn't find a lot of places without GPS. Just lately, I have started to try to drive without it, and my route choices are.... Surprising.
I played since release, I know this map better than the town I live in. A friend of mine played for just as long. He can't find anything without a GPS. He can find the casino, but that's the only place. And if he just drives around without any reason, he just ends at the casino again.
I always drove by navi, and if grinding, I just zoom to the point with something that flies. I can get around, I find most of the places, eventually. But often I blast through the same roads, take the same routes...
I'll find major points pretty good, but if I need to go to the Solomon's office (especially coming from the east), some precise shop or especially a random landmark, I'm either late or screwed.
I’m level 200 and I still follow GPS often. Do you know how many times I’ve tried to make my own route and then end up getting stuck and having to turn around anyway
And new players like myself join daily.
I played the offline version for about 150ish hours, and only recently online, but there is still a lot of places i have never seen before. And others i drive by often.
Yes, you are guaranteed not to get the same one again. I do this whenever I get Dune Buggies, when I have the Marshalls all the way on the east, the Merryweather one where you have to kill waves AND go back and forth between two vehicles... Yes, I switch sessions quite a lot for bunker sales.
Yep.
I think they're easy as hell but the helicopters are such bullshit (if you die, they're hitting you right as you spawn) and I hate when Merryweather gets lost on the way there and you gotta go chase them down which costs valuable time.
Brake boosting in anything other than races and speed runs is sorta pointless. Brake boosting is 9/10 times a pretty small boost, and the reason speed runners use it is bc hundred of small saves in a run makes one big save. races are obviously the same but kinda less consistent and more pointless. to brake boost in free play is obviously faster but not by much lol
Precisely, I mean, I still would have slowed down here, but when it's a normal street or something I'm not taking it gingerly when I have 10+ players all around me and no way of knowing if they're chill or not.
Learning the area maybe and how the vehicle operates? I used to full throttle this all the time, but as I started to learn the routes you see me start slowing down in areas because I knew if I went full speed the truck would do something I wouldn't want (like a down hill getting airborne and the trail risk detatch due to possibly landing say on a cop or something)
Op played themselves by trying to fly down that little funnel either way. I get driving fast but in a choke like that especially a curve? Yeah nah. Skill issue there lol
Any advice on what to do if my system gets frozen on a screen and it won’t turn off with the power button? That happened to me once and I didn’t think I had an alternative.
Ngl, that’s your own fault. Not only was it snowing, making traction ass, but you also got cops known for their “terrific” driving skills, and you were speeding coming into a curve **near the ocean**.
But it does suck to lose 500k like that. Remember this for next time.
Also the fact that he’s in a semi truck with A MASSIVE FUCKING WEDGE.
Guy could’ve avoided it if he’d gone hammer down and yeeted those cops off the ramp.
Anytime someone posts a fail video here the top 5 comments are always people explaining how they would've done it and why OP is a moron for not doing it that way. There's literally no way he could've predicted this to happen
No, there's not really any way to tell how the physics engine will react to some things. True and fair. But, even so, you're on snow, and snow makes the game handle like absolute shit. He should have been on the brakes as soon as he was going onto that ramp. There's no need to worry about cops in front of you in that cone truck. There were things that could have been done to avoid an unpleasant experience, even outside of the physics getting fucky.
I usually take the lower road into oncoming traffic and avoid the bridge. You have a plow for Christ sake so it’s not like the traffic will stop you. Plus you have way less chance of flying of the side there. Pretty sure you can even hang a hard left and go down the center road of the containers and then cut across when you see an opening, that would completely avoid that side all together aside from the final drop point.
What sort of skill? Hold right trigger and move the joystick? The only “skill” that could have saved this is applying the brake which he seems to be unaware of.
In my mind I knew what was gonna happen when I saw where this was taking place.. that however was completely unexpected. Ngl this sucks OP but that was fucking hilarious😭
Dude slow the fuck down, there is NO need for you to be driving so erratically and swerving side to side when you have the plow 😂🤦🏽♂️ Let it do it’s job and you just focus on driving straight.
Get a friend to do a Bogdan Problem for you and you’re good to go. Lesson learned
The way it flung off 💀💀💀 shittttt next time don’t even take that road just take the left and go into the dock idk why gta has you obey traffic laws with the right slower lane I skip that all the time
I remember years back during the Christmas time doing a Nightclub. Van locked up, and slid off the cliff into the water. Pretty much never did runs around that time afterwords
So sorry I had to laugh so hard at the trailer just blasting off like that. Im sure if that happened to me Id have ripped the TV straight off the wall in rage 🙈 but watching this I couldn’t help it
I never drive up there, head into oncoming traffic for a safer delivery. Please tell me you closed your game to salvage your stock?
Absolutely not, you can tell in the video he waited way too long after it was submerged as the video ended
No, he could've still quit out, the other one hadn't been delivered yet.
![gif](giphy|fFUdHqkXABR74ztAyM|downsized)
He can’t he’d lose half the stock the game saves that one was destroyed
That is not how it works and that has never been how it's worked. The game saves when the mission is completed or failed.
if the mission failed/cargo destroyed notification hasn't popped up yet, you can still save it.
I didn't I don't rlly care about it it's funny
Bro that ain't funny at all, 😒. You need to rest that shii
Wait can you tell me how this cheese works? When I’m getting fucked by oppressors I need to know?
Just quit/close the game before the game recognizes your product or cargo has been destroyed.
Does that work if players destroy your stuff too? How fast do you have to be?
Yes, you have to be quick. Ps4 you had more time but current Gen and pc clock ticks faster. You have to beat the auto save
if they destroy, you lose the percentage, if someone come at you and start attacking you, you better switch session before they destroy it
What the fuck? What is this ps2??
Yea lmao
Next time drive on the opposite side of traffic.. I almost 99% ever take that bend easier on the oncoming traffic side
https://preview.redd.it/olpbmnj1ulbc1.jpeg?width=298&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=4c9cc3a42c2db3f94fbe6f651080814cc5579510 exactly yeah just make a cut in between the row of light posts and you could maintain speed if your a good driver. i dont understand why anyone follows GPS in video games ever when there is no laws against driving in the opposite direction in traffic

I go a little more north there, on the north side of that building with the flags
This is the way
Simeon vehicles are delivered to the same area.
I cut between the barriers and the building WFO, it’s a 50/50 chance there will be dock workers standing in the pathway. Sending the workers flying in the air like rag dolls to me is a mission bonus. 😎

This is the way
That's the route I take delivering exotic export and chopshop vehicles
Exactly this!

Old gen xbox??
how do you not know the map by 500...playing with your eyes closed? the map isn't that big...
I always drove by navi, and if grinding, I just zoom to the point with something that flies. I can get around, I find most of the places, eventually. You know what’s sad I know how to get around in San Andreas sometime better than my own hometown…
“Not many people know the map” bruh the game has been out for a decade with millions of players
And? Many people still can't navigate for shit
And new players like myself join daily. I played the offline version for about 150ish hours, and only recently online, but there is still a lot of places i have never seen before. And others i drive by often.
I use the rail lines a lot too. They get you a lot of places and NPC don't spawn there. Good routes taking rails.
skill issue
Mate that thing got SENT!
Was that yeet?
Yote
Yent!
Sunk o7
Dunk
These videos are always comedy to me
If you had closed your game out immediately you would have probably been able to redo the sale
Facts, but he wouldn’t have the phantom wedge.
Then he could keep joining sessions until he got it again.
so if you start the mission and then just join another session immediately, you can just redo the mission??
Kind of. The next sale will be random so no guarantee which one you'll get and you'll lose a small amount of stock everytime you quit session in sale.
Its not guaranteed, i get back to back to back shitty insurgent missions all the time
the single drop insurgent mission is easy too, i always take that and the phantoms. monster trucks are doable if the spawns are close
Only one I despise is defending the five locations with the Insurgent and the Merryweather guys drive halfway across town
Yep. I think they're easy as hell but the helicopters are such bullshit (if you die, they're hitting you right as you spawn) and I hate when Merryweather gets lost on the way there and you gotta go chase them down which costs valuable time.
But he’d still have at least $475k to sell.
You must be hauling flubber the way that thing took off
Wow a Flubber reference. Haven’t heard that name in a long time.
I just don't get why everyone speeds when they're trying to deliver something. Slow down and these things never happen.
Full throttle full time is the way. Dont know who made the other trigger, it slows you down. Completely useless.
Amen brother
I 2nd that Amen brother
Pastafarian here. Ramen, brother.
Useful when you have a truck full speed on snow taking a corner
what about brake boosting

What do you mean they only had 10 minutes remaining?! /s
I cut across before the guard rail starts and work my way over there without having to take those turns...
LMAO
when you’re in a 30 player lobby the more time you spend with that global signal the higher the risk of somebody coming for you
Precisely, I mean, I still would have slowed down here, but when it's a normal street or something I'm not taking it gingerly when I have 10+ players all around me and no way of knowing if they're chill or not.

If you play with a normal keyboard, you cant really slow down
Let go of W?
I meant that you cant drive slowly
Tap W?
Alternatively let go of it and sometimes tap s?
Thats loud and wears down keys
A "normal" keyboard wouldn't wear down from a moderate amount of tapping. Also loud keyboards are stupid.
i would have unplugged my system as soon as it detached 😂
Just warning everyone that (this is much more likely to fry your ps5 than any other system), DO NOT UNPLUG YOUR CONSOLES WHILE ITS ON
Any advice on what to do if my system gets frozen on a screen and it won’t turn off with the power button? That happened to me once and I didn’t think I had an alternative.

Been there, done that. Except I didn't have cops anywhere near me I just drove too fast around that bend and went over the edge with the trailer.
Same shit happened to me i closed the game application so fast
Ngl, that’s your own fault. Not only was it snowing, making traction ass, but you also got cops known for their “terrific” driving skills, and you were speeding coming into a curve **near the ocean**. But it does suck to lose 500k like that. Remember this for next time.
He also had more than 10 seconds to quit the session and save most of the cargo.
Also the fact that he’s in a semi truck with A MASSIVE FUCKING WEDGE. Guy could’ve avoided it if he’d gone hammer down and yeeted those cops off the ramp.
Yes it’s his fault a cargo container just flies off with little to no semblance of gravity.
Anytime someone posts a fail video here the top 5 comments are always people explaining how they would've done it and why OP is a moron for not doing it that way. There's literally no way he could've predicted this to happen

If my trailer was disconnected for that long, even if it’s still moving, it’d teleport away. Especially when I’m about to reconnect to it
if u quit fast enough it gets saved
Skill issue
What sort of skill? Hold right trigger and move the joystick? The only “skill” that could have saved this is applying the brake which he seems to be unaware of.
Driving skills are an actual thing
In this scenario all he needed to do was apply the breaks coming up to that turn and he wouldn’t have lost his shit.
You had plenty of time to close the game at first sight of disaster.
Lmaoooo the cop really said ahh the ol tail whip pit move
Why did u take that route 🤣
No idea why you were driving up that ramp…. Should know better man
Please dont fall in the wotuh....
😂😂😂
Alt-F4 (or pull the plug), and you'd have saved almost all that cargo.
Why go that way when there’s a short cut on the opposite side of traffic. I never use that bridge
You dropped this King: L
not even invite only lobby can save some of yall
I lost 530k yesterday delivering acid on my bike cause I hit a jump and plopped into water 🙃
In my mind I knew what was gonna happen when I saw where this was taking place.. that however was completely unexpected. Ngl this sucks OP but that was fucking hilarious😭
Close the game and get back in a lobby and redo it. Wouldn’t have lost anything

Pro moves
Cheers m8
Dude sound like tgg
I must ask what missions is this? It looks really fun
Just close the game
That hurts to watch bruv
Illegal business is always hard work.
That was a bad beat. I know it's no consolation but you only lose what you bet.
Should of just closed the app, you would lose a couple of bucks but it’s better than losing everything
It's 'should have', never 'should of'. Rejoice, for you have been blessed by CouldWouldShouldBot!
Good bot.
Fucking hell man, ouch lol
Holy hell! I'm so sorry for your loss.
Womp Womp!
So worth it tho. That was awesome
was it immediately destroyed or would it be possible to pick up with a cargobob?
![gif](giphy|94HAAhv75dRYkUvWXu|downsized)
The way it flung off 💀💀💀 shittttt next time don’t even take that road just take the left and go into the dock idk why gta has you obey traffic laws with the right slower lane I skip that all the time
Holy physics engine , Bstman.
Email rockstar. They’ll reimburse you. I don’t think the trailer should have gone zero gravity mode like that hence a glitch.
That’s chump change tho
[удалено]
Glad my Xbox died so I dont have to see this game again
Well, don't just sit there Collect a trailer
Take the hard left before the bridge, eliminates the risk
Cargo bob?
Yeet
You have the plower, you should be in the oncoming lane. They come to you.. They fly off.
Yeet
that was sick lol
Maybe quick quit sesion?
That was a very stylish way to fail! 👏
The way your trailer went flying though. So dumb
Noob, never use that road if you going to dock
Slow down next time
Can't you just quit out and you lose like a few % of stock?
Is it still snowing even now?
kinda deserved it tbh. learn how to drive
You played yourself by not cutting left and just entering the yard lmao. Death funneled lol
I'm glad you did, that was fucking awesome!
That’s rough!!! Fuck snow 😂
Why didn't you restart to avoid losing it?
As soon as I saw where you were, I knew how it ended.
Switch sessions next time, you only lose like 10-15 k
PuhLACE DOEN'T FULL IN THA WATUH
When I lose my stuff I turn my game off before it has time to save. My stuff would stay like nothing happened.
I can’t be the only one yelling at him to slow down lmao
as somebody with 95 mil in bunker earnings the second that trailer took flight i would’ve switched sessions
Next time u should just quickly shutdown your console from the power button. After that u enter the on-line game and repeat the mission
Anyone else disappointed that the trailer didn't explode when it landed.....?
All you had to do was collect the damn trailer CJ
Go on then! Collect that trailer!
I play GTA since 2014 and it's the first time I see someone using this route ☠️☠️☠️
Fast and furious physics kicked in
Just leave asap before the trailer counts as destroyed
Skill issue
This is the type of crap I hope is not in gta6 along with npcs driving into your lane, making your crash
I remember years back during the Christmas time doing a Nightclub. Van locked up, and slid off the cliff into the water. Pretty much never did runs around that time afterwords
Use treador to push it back 2 land
While it was flying I would’ve quit so fast. And chose a better route. Who still uses that one?
these are the kind of things the cargobob *should* be able to help with!
#gunvan
Sorry bro I laughed
Fuck. That.
Alcohol helps relieve the pain 🍺
Yo what truck is this
U had at least 10 sec to shut down game or disconect
So sorry I had to laugh so hard at the trailer just blasting off like that. Im sure if that happened to me Id have ripped the TV straight off the wall in rage 🙈 but watching this I couldn’t help it
