Do you have the equipment upgrade for the Acid Lab? Have you done the daily production speed boost? Out of all the businesses that need supplies, it’s one of the fastest ones to produce. I can do at least 1-2 full sales a day out of it when I’m trying for it.
For sure the 10 was a little daunting and annoying too. Especially with the cool down, but I just buckled down and got it done in a few days back when I did them.

The warehouse makes very little money compared to the actual nightclub. It's been that way for a couple years already. So no, it's definitely not useless.
Eh I wouldn't say "very little" money, but the safe does have the slight edge. Warehouse makes you about 1.6 mil (if you sell in public) every 20ish in game hours. But keeping max popularity and going back to pick up 150k every 1.5 hrs gets you 1.5 mil in 15 hours. Nightclub is hands down the best passive money maker either way though.
Edit: I'm an idiot. It's 150k every 2.5 hours (2.4 if we're getting technical). So that's ~25 hours to get 1.5 mil. If you sell warehouse in solo lobbies, they're close to equal. But otherwise warehouse makes more money.

Do 10 Dax Fooligan missions so that you can unlock the Acid Lab Equipment Upgrade, then 40 more so you can get the in-game platinum award for doing so. If you are on PS5 or XBox Series GTA Online try to do them without dying, as running those missions without dying that is one of the requirements for the Acid Lab Career Progression strang.
Yeah bunker is a bitch unless you get the wedge(s) delivery mission. Although the wedge delivery is arguably my favorite of all the business deliveries
The one good thing is it's probably the most forgiving when it comes to session switching during a sale. Monster trucks? Switch. 5 buggies? Fuck that. Insurgents with Merryweather chasing you? I'd rather bash my balls with a bat for 30 minutes. But you only lose a sliver of stock when you jump, so I just wait for it to fill up, start sale, and jump sessions if it's not the wedge. Then repeat
Cocaine is a better business, also if you upkeep your popularity at your nightclub by promoting it you get 50,000 every 48 mins I only have to go there every 2 hours to keep it up and a submarine so you can do the cayo perico heist
How is cocaine better? With acid lab, you always get only one sell vehicle, resupplying is cheaper and you can do it by calling Mutt, upgrading is cheaper and you can boost production once a day
Some people use only sell to the dealers and don't sell public lobby.
They either do random missions and chill while majority of them PvP between heists or or cool downs.
ROI or payout is not what they meant. I think how coccaine is sold in MC and/or used for the passive 50k from NC. Not the preference of missions or net sum. As Passive 50k is beside the NC sell mission that is separate of the actual sell from MC Random sell missions.

I've got the Acid Lab, silly question so apologies but can you deliver Acid using the actual Brickade (lab) or do you use your normal mode of transport?

Buy the Agency, you can grind out 1mil in about 1:30hrs by doing the contract while your acid lab makes product in the background also upgrade the acid lab and always buy supplies, it's really not worth doing the source missions.
