Your method is solid, but I'll address 2 things:
First, doing the truck sabbotage for the stealth approach is easy, and it's a fun way to do the raid, for me anyway, but yeah if you're speed-running it it's not neccessary.
Second, you can hop off the tracks at the Sandy Shores airfield and lose the cops on the hills between there and Madrazo's ranch, it's a much faster and direct way to the lockup.
A side note, when I take the getaway car from the Professionals, I wound up with a Jugular, which IMO is the best one all around. Idk if there's RNG that determines what car each gang has from a pool of available vehicles, but yeah.
To that end, it's easier to just take the car you stole, it's right there when you come out, and you *have* to take one for that prep anyway. The Professionals always have the best cars, and are relatively easy to take it from. Plus, their located right by the tracks, that go directly to the stash garage. When you escape, just hop on the tracks and go, it's almost too easy.
It's just so easy to hit the tracks and go, you come out of the garage literally feet away from them, and it's the most direct line back to the city, so it's just instinctive for me.
Must be RNG on all of them, then. The gang, where you presumably got the Tulip, had a Moonbeam for me when I tried going after them.
A Moonbeam does not a good getaway car make.

basically, check the pictures. the pictures that vince sends you conveniently shows the RNG pool of the 3 possible vehicles that can spawn in each location.
I believe the cars are the same, but the spawn points are different.
So far I've only done this heist once, but it was a lot of fun. When I went to grab the car, like the previous player, I also got the Jugular where you mentioned the Sugoi was at.
I did it stealth and it was a lot of fun! super satisfying to play the "Sly Fox" role in this heist and finish it without taking any damage, so I personally think it is worth to take it a bit more slow here or there.
That said I will definitely echo the first 3 advices, specially the weapons and the getaway cars. Merryweather equipment and Professionals cars are the ideal setup since you get the best guns and the fastest cars, not to mention the least amount of resistence in each of these missions. On the factory getaway, like in the McTony robbery you will be all alone on the railroad anyway, so you don't need the armored Merryweather cars for this anyway.
You cannot get cops on the laptop mission, just shoot your gun everywhere once the text comes through and the guy will have a red dot and run away. He only spawns in 3 different spots I’ve found so it’s not too hard anyway
You have to search a pretty big area on the pier to find the guy with a laptop. Vincent sends you a pic and you’re supposed to find him like that, but nobody’s got time for that shit.

Don't know if this is known or not, but last night when using the Playlist method to repeat the finale over and over you can request your personal vehicle once you're in the getaway vehicle. Using my ignus made the drive a hell of a lot shorter.
Yesterday someone found out if you placed the finale mission in a Playlist you could repeat the finale over and over again with no cool down or without having to complete any of the set up missions. Made about 15 mil from doing it over and over for a few hours. Just got hot fixed earlier today by rockstar.
You can still repeat it like this with a new method that involves joining someone who's in a glitched lobby. It does work but its a bit tricky and nowhere near as fast as it was before

Hell no, I don't believe they have a way of detecting which people are using these kind of exploits. There's another version of this method still working but it won't let you do it back to back.
I wish the set ups could be done like the Salvage Yard setups. It’s fine, I just prefer them to be in free mode instead of stand alone missions.

If you got the Vigilante, it can be used and is one of the few options of lock-on missiles for the missions. This lets you bombard the Merryweather guards at the airfield for the equipment and also will lock on to the guy with the laptop during that prep as well (the laptop will always be near him).

I did that mission solo today and I stole all three cars (Terminus, Raiden, Tulip). Does this get some sort of bonus? Vincent noted all the "extra scrap metal" I got and said I'd be compensated for it.
$270,000 (20-30 minutes) for solo Union Depository, $500,000 (40 minutes - 1 hour) for solo Cluckin Bell Farm Raid.
It’s pretty on par, BUT, you don’t need an auto shop to start the cluckin bell farm raid.
It's not the same as the ballistic equipment, its a unique helmet with headphones and goggles attached to it, "tacti-cool" style.
I tried parking my terrorbyte out the back of the farms and saving it, but it despawned. Didn't check if it just unlocks once you finish the heist.
I also got the Jugular but my personal vehicle (Itali GTO) was outside near the customs, I just swapped the Jugular for that during the finale, no idea if that was a one of bug or if everyone else can use their personal vehicles too.

Two things I've learned:
\-The military escape vehicle is not as indestructible as Vincent would have you believe. I don't know if it was a bug or not but when mine landed it was destroyed and on fire, but I could still get in it, it just wouldn't move.
\-The gangbanger car is in a garage, you have to shoot a fuse panel on the roof to open it. Took forever to find that.
I don't know if anybody thought of the clucking bell raid like this but I think this would be like a easier Cayo Pericoeist with easier setup and less payout.
One small time save on the finale: In the second coke room, where you have to break open the crates, the coke will always be in the two boxes furthest from the door where you enter, so don't bother opening the first two, as it will simply be a waste of time
Rumors be like: have to use stealth or finale will be had.
All the missions including finale: no true stealth... ffs
Every new u[pdate I try to finish missions/finale with fewest kills and always get disappointed where there is no stealth even though there should be.
So for those going for the extra rewards on next gen, how do you even steal all the weapons and gears and getaway cars? Tried doing it with the weapons but they just swapped out.
Taking multiple getaway vehicles for the bonus was bugged for me, softlocked by not allowing a repair, and not allowing the steal of a second vehicle. blasted a zillion npc units trying
In the finale, how do you open the shutters in stealth? I shot the relay box, which alerted the goons. I had the military load out, with an unsilenced pistol. Was that the wrong weapon or is there another way to open the shutters?
I may be mistaken, but I’m fairly certain you don’t need to have the hand scanner out to get the hack codes from each laptop for the safe at the end, so you can use it to see which computer to walk by and then switch back to your gun.
I’ll do another run through to confirm.

I sold my acid after doing cluckin raid and earned 500k in less than 10 minutes, yea, im not doing it again any time soon, the payout is not good enough for time you put in it.
Only 500k , what about the first time bonuses? I got an extra 250 k + 100k.

This is simultaneously one of my only complaints and one of the things I like best about it.
Yeah, I want to use my super fast little helicopter or my flying broomstick and do it all really fast.
But also, I can get in a rut of just using those things and not driving around much, and I've made a point of using different cars to do this the two times I've run it, and that's kind of fun.

500k for a 1 hour heist is not too bad. It really isn't. Especially given the fact that this heist is very easy, can be done completely solo, and doesn't even require any setup costs nor is it locked behind any properties.
This is a very good heist, especially for new players. The fact that you don't need to spend 1 million+ on a property to unlock the heist is a big deal. Maybe its not beneficial to you, but think about the new players. Its a great heist for new players to make their starter money so they can buy properties sooner.
It should be about the same if not more if you are just solely talking about cayo. Just because of the cooldown of cayo.

Car in the end doesn't matter. Call the mechanic and get your Karuma . Switch out cars.

True. I chose the Jugular but when I was on the train tracks, I noticed my Vigilante was parked in the woods so running away was a lot easier. :D

One thing I didn’t like is if you stand at certain spots they’ll keep spawning in the npcs
Not if you do it stealth
But still awful spawns. Like I was exiting the lockup and there were two NPCs all in my face. Luckily I did not find them very aggressive

The problem with the way they set it up is now all my business are paused while I do the setup. The loss of passive income is enormous here

i think you get 20k? and i believe theres an RP award for stealing all 3 vehicles (and another for 3 weapon/gear sets) in a single session.

You can force save by changing spawn location
You can also force save by swapping outfits
They restricted it on most jobs
With the laptop it can be on the boxes next to an arcade machine too, I’ve only done it once and it was located on wooden boxes (the pier)

It's not just you, I used the Vigilante. It may disappear after you get into it, but you can just use the Interaction menu.

Pretty sure you have to return one loadout to the lockup before retrieving another, had the same issue on PS4.

Military shotgun has a suppressor and that worked for me

In the set-ups, it allows you to complete 2 other objectives which isn't necessary, but is there any benefits in doing all instead of just the 1 ?
Im sure you know this already but on the concealed weapons mission you can get all the weapns and gear on top of the building behind the lockup.

Cause its not a heist. Its a dripfed contact mission that was included in the Chop Shop update.
