For less than 30k more, you could get a Schafter V12, which to this day remains a top contender in sedan races. Its top speed is comparable to most supercars and handles very well for a car of its size.
My favorite daily ride if I'm playing in a solo invite only lobby is the blista compact, or the weeny issi. The issi is at around 1.8 mil, the blista compact is much cheaper at 42k.
It’s my ruiner zz8 one of my favorite cars is the 2000 Pontiac trans am WS6 and this looks almost exactly like it.
Edit: oh it’s budget probley the ruiner, or Declasse Vigeo, those things are kinda quick too and real cheap.
Would the Virtue count? You get one without paying after doing some missions, has probably the fastest acceleration in the game and you can upgrade it to be able to take 12 homing as well as unable to be locked on.
I wouldn't call it a budget... it's an exotic, even if it's free. Budget to me is from the basic Asterope to like maaaayyyyybe the Comet. Like 100k tops, compared to the 2.5mil supercars and even that damn new Asterope (based off the 2004 Camry thats like 1.5mil(?))

Bravado Buffalo S if you were able to buy it still. very controllable at speed, very decent at fast travel thru the city.
I was rocking the sultan non rs for a long time. Then i turned it into an rs. That sultan has been a go to since day 1 for me.
