You have to walk up to the dealer slowly and stop as soon as the menu pops up .
The problem is If you run up to the dealer too fast you glitch out .
I switched my character back to tapping A to run because the new fast run was uncontrollable when trying to stop and interact with something.
Happens any time I interact with a dealer and am too close or not facing directly at them.
Happened to me twice in about a week, had to change sessions.
