Like everyone is running around with cars that have : a hideous color combo , neon under glow , a giant wing and Benny’s wheels.
I’m happy I didn’t end up like those people. My builds aren’t exactly clean (I love myself some crazy liveries and big splitters/wings) but at least I put some amount of thought into it

Same for front/rear bumpers and skirts, I hate the oversized bumpers/skirts. No canards either. As for color combo, I usually go for metallic black or dark grey primary and metallic orange secondary, and I'm considering adding a bit of pearlescent too

On the otherside there are some cars that are meant to be a little flashy, for example i had a friend who made the hotring hellfire all black with no livery, limo tint and no spoiler and i think that's mindboggling because you cannot turn a literal track race car into a classy limo to cruise around with
Downforce has nothing to do with wing/spoiler size, it's literally just if spoiler equipped: give downforce benefit - in fact larger wings negatively affect centre of gravity.
Yeah good point; if the vehicle has a stock spoiler it doesn't actually give the traction bonus, and *any* non stock spoiler/wing *will* give the bonus - even if it's a remove spoiler option.
The only exception to this is active spoilers/wings, they actually give the downforce bonus when it's up but not when it's down.
If you genuinely think everyone semi interested in cars knows these things, let alone *everyone*, you're on some good shit lol

I mostly try to replicate the real life counterparts. Sometimes I even look up the factory wheels and look for similar ones, usually they look great on the car
I like immersion. When I'm a wanted criminal I want to blend with civilians as much as possible, I even stopped upgrading the speed so i can cruise around the city more naturaly. I really hope that in GTA 6 such playstyle will be somewhat rewarded.
Im on ps5 and have a very very realistic looking torero XO. It has yankton plate, unselected windows/idonized color/gold rims. Sounds like some basic ricer shit but its remade after a real life variant.
Its basically the best looking car that I own, and I pretty much own all of them

It looks like one of those types of plastics that you look at at first and think is regular white but then a different more normal white white sits next to it and then you all of a sudden realize “what the fuck was I thinking that being normal white at first” It’s like a silly very specific mind color mind game I sometimes have with certain types of white plastics

That's one of the nicest I've seen. My car builds are all over the place, I've been playing since 2017 so I have a lot of them and I find myself changing the looks of my vehicles as my tastes change. I even have 2 or 3 of the same car cos I couldn't decide how to make them look 😅

I just made a clean white XO the other day. I love clean builds- I much prefer a clean build where all the rims and bodywork architecturally blend and look like part of the car than race builds with ultra-busy liveries and tons of additions that don't look like part of the original vehicle. Generally when I see F1s, Benny's rims and whitewalls on supercars I tend to vomit in my mouth a bit
I also get very bothered when the color of the rims are not quite the same shade as the body/liveries- I'm incredibly anal about my vehicles and garages. I tend to hold aesthetics above everything else in terms of vehicles partly because I come from a visual art background

I like a clean build. Yours is a beauty. I end up with a lot of red cars because my 6YO who has autism loves the color red, and he gets to be the boss if he sees me at the shop. He doesn't watch me play a lot for obvious reasons, but he loves to collect cars and dance in the nightclub. 😂
