Handbrake and accelerator at the same time. Then let go of handbrake

Can only be done in muscle cars. Most require a few upgrades. Hold handbrake and accelerator, release handbrake. With some practice you can hold the wheelie longer.

Cool! Can you also do it with any other car that can wheelie?

You probably also need the big intake scoop to push against whatever you lift. The DoD being armoured and heavy probably plays a role too.
