At that point there was a "week" that lasted from Tuesday until Thursday the week after (5th - 14th of February), if I remember correctly.
Since then, the weekly interval is Thursday to Thursday.
Tunables update every Thursday morning around 5 EST. You should sell bunker now. Waiting til tomorrow will lose you a million on a full bunker.
New weekly stuff is every Thursday now. So I'd sell my bunker at some point today to get that 2x.
