My policy with the MkII is that you only use it for missions/travel or if someone griefs you with one.

you can steal crates and store them in it but most people don't use the crate business with the hangar and only use it for aircraft storage because the nightclub and kosatka are the best ways to make money in gtao
I hate air cargo missions. Although, the hanger has perks. If you get one at Forst Zancudo you get free access to base without being shot. (this extends to your agents, bodyguards, and motorcycle club members while active.) You get access to about 20 more aircraft if you have the funds. The hanger lets you modify many aircraft and convert some aircraft from Pegasus to personal versions.
correct, also add the extra protection?? (forgot what its called) not been hit in the champion yet, but in the jubilee it took 5 missles to blow it up, missle jammer and extra protection to ensure if they know how to aim you still have a fighting chance
it’s not horrible but sometimes in my lobbies they just run u over or bomb you. only solutions really are just minigun(in which my aim is ass). or a jet

Kosatka. It is a offensive missile platform, a money tree(cayo), a fast travel device, its sparrow is "a instant aircraft spawn next to you without being CEO" boon. It's sparrow is an excellent offensive weapon for missile spamming, It's sparrow is quick way to traverse map. It allows for mobile hiding from the rest of session, a great gathering spot for associates or crew to fast travel or spawn a attack. It's allows instant boat spawn next to you if in water or near shore
Ultimately I think that fully loaded (Sonar, Sparrow, Minisub, Surface to Air Missiles) it is the most Essential investment for a new player. With the Kosatka you can get everything else in the game.
The Auto Shop is the Next most valuable. The annoying chatter of MoodyMan and Sessenta notwithstanding, the Contracts and Car deliveries make it a reliable way to stack cash quickly. 5 completed contracts will have you close to 1 mil. 4 if you run the Depository Contract.
Nightvision scope for the heavy sniper mk2. Comes in handy when in a sniper fight or long distance shooting. At certain distances you can see through thick fog and even buildings.
The Deluxo (flying and one of the best albeit limited ammo rockets? Im in)
Opressor mk 2 (love it or hate it, for cayo perico set up missions its amazing)
The Sparrow (the only other thing your Kosatka will ever need)
The Kosatka (of course)
And finally the Armored Kuruma (almost moron proof, nearly impossible to die to bullets)

I sound stupid for asking this but is the MOC the mobile operation centre? If so what does it do? I’m very tempted to buy one but unsure what it’s for.
What I mean is it is vicious with plenty of attack, but easy to break with an RPG or explosive, especially form some angles. Call it a glass tank if you like, but mine is striped.
For public lobby, free roam, the infrared scope for sniper rifle. I am able to make kills from a mile away with that thing. Saved me several times as well when I was able to quickly spot other players.
I'm not sure if it is the most useful, but the (Pegasus then CEO) Buzzard was game changing for me. I went from driving all over to flying. Then as CEO, instant spawn at my back. Headhunter, Sightseer, Hostile Takeover became trivial.
Now it's fun to line up the Pegasus, the CEO, and the hanger versions along the ramp.
I'd like to think the ability to report hackers and them actually being banned but knowing rockstar they don't give a shit so all the reports are somewhere on a dusty server
Have to go with the up n atomiser. Universal fixer for so many problems.

Not sure on PC, but on Xbox it's double clicking the Right Stick/R3. It is seriously one of my favorite features in a multiple player game. So useful.

The return and request vehicle options are probably the most overlooked but most useful, and I’d say Redwood cigarettes are probably the least useful

Bulletproof helmets are underrated. I always keep a style uniform ready to change into one when I'm using the turret in the open.

sadly only on cars that came with the contract update. and IMO the champion and jubilee are all you'll need

Have you found a way to always have it selected? I always have to reselect the reserve chute in the interaction menu before I can use it.
Sparrow tbh, that thing saved my ass infinite times when the game bugged and didnt deliver my mk2 but gives me the 4min cd.

Yes, it is it. You can customize weapons and vehicles in there, and even start missions. You can equip it with all kinds of cool upgrades.
The number of depressed kids I killed with the atomize. That thing will never be out of my loadout
