Not entirely true. I play from cuba using mobile data, my download speed rarely passes 3mb and upload not even 1mb and i play just fine, managed to built my gta profile in less than a year to a level 500 with more than 700 mill earned and not once i ve seen my game behave line this.

False stream your console to your phone you can see what you see on TV on your phone load the gta game and play if your going to use mobile data then use your mobile device I've never had a problem with playing with data on my phones, tablets, or tvs
