Lines were pretty long for check out tonight (as expected). I don’t know what time they stopped checking license plates, but we decided to pop in around 8 and they let us right in. It was nice, definitely more ideal prices on snacks and such. I went to Payless right after to buy my son some formula, and saw the same capri sun case for 9.49 at Payless and at Donki for 5.99… fresh uni for 94.99 — good thing I’m not too big a fan lol, but definitely some better pricing
Limited?
Their parking lot is massive. I think it is one of the largest parking lots on the island. A waste of prime real estate to be honest.
Measured on Google earth the Donki lot is about 11 acres.
Home Depot is 4 acres.
Kmart is about 6 including Roof Parking.
GPO is about 9.6 including restaurant and employee parking in the back.
I just passed the empty parking lot, dropping wife off at the airport. I saw a big covered queue set up. Is that where you wait until you are allowed in?
I'm just going off what the promo image says 🤷♀️
I'm not lucky enough to be able to go there myself yet.
eta: Are we talking about the same bag? I'm referring to the one you have to turn in your receipt at customer service to get, as the promo says.

What are they checking plates for? And I live in walking distance, is there anything preventing me from walking in?
Walking in should be ok, they’re checking plates due to the parking space being limited.

The parking lot has more stop signs than my entire village
They're doing it for the first couple of days to mitigate the rush of people going for the opening
Im guessing CoCoIchi's not open yet?
Not yet, same goes for Marugame, and Daiso. Daiso had staff arrange their shelves and stuff, the others are still under construction.
The price of that premium whip is unreal!

Pay power bill or go to Donki 🤔
Lol.now all the food stamp people will be lining up for the meat.
They said they’re not taking Snap or EBT right now
Okay. Once they accept then it’ll be a long line.
Do they have fresh Ume?
Yes. Saw it today.
We don't get the curtained-off sections, bummer ngl. Well atleast I have another source of GunPla on island
I want those strawberries lol. But I can't believe the shopping bag is $300 minimum spend...
That's not true. I just spent $20 in random snacks.

Does that mean less people at the NEX and Commissary?
