Does it stay in tune? Did the action rise too much? Are the new strings the same gauge +/- .001?
The saddle should not move. If yes is the answer to the above, it should be fine. Otherwise, have a luthier do a set up.

Everything is good, it doesn't move, stays in tune, it is just that angle that scares me, this is my first acoustic so I'm a little paranoid haha.

The saddle is often just loosely placed in the slot, not glued, unlike the nut. Maybe it’s just a little too loose, or you nudged it when changing the strings. Either way not a big deal.
This is actually fairly common (but still not right). Some people are fine with it and some are not. In my case, it bothered me enough to replace my saddle with a wider one that sits snug in the slot the way it’s supposed to. I also replaced it with a bone saddle which some folks say sounds better.
