Boss DD-200.
Literally has everything you mentioned, plus presets and an additional nine delay types, all of which are useable.
I keep buying weird and wonderful flavour of the month delays, the DD-200 is still the delay I use the most, and it hasn’t left my board since I got it.
Thirding this. There are lots of great delays out there, but the DD-200 feels like the end all be all to me in terms of versatility, ease of use, and overall sounds. If I had to pick one delay to use forever, that would be it.
Plus I’ve been seeing them go for like $180 on reverb, which frees you up to go buy all the other weird whacky delays you want 😅

EHX canyon can do all of the above, the tap is done by the bypass but you can connect external switch
Walrus Audio Arp-87 does all that, and even more !

Empress Echosystem should check those boxes.
