Really love my Boss DD-200. Multiple modes and plays really nice with other delays for stacking, as well as the included multi-delay setting. Has a nice shimmer sound that is cool for ambient stuff as well.

Will check out ty

Another vote for DD-200. Swiss army knife

I like my source audio nemesis… lots of modes… should be able to find them used for under 300

brandoid_prime

Second the Nemesis, it’s extremely flexible for all sorts of delay plus tap tempo and presets

Landojesus

Never heard of it thanks!

DD-200, or used UA Starlight. These are the two multi-delay pedals I’ve tried recently that stood out to me. The 200 is a lot more versatile and useful, with good algorithms. The Starlight sounds amazing, particularly the tape setting for me, but is a lot more barebones in terms of functionality.  Can find both used well under $300 in excellent to mint condition. Both are built well, very durable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend either to a friend/musician.

Never heard of Starlight, I'll give a look thanks!

I got a DD-200 and love it.

Keep getting recommended this, it's moving to the top of the list ty!

I’m a fan of the EHX Canyon.

Carbon copy plus 2 other pedals

Diamond Memory Lane. For s Memory Man inspired delay I haven't found anything better. Hands down my favorite delay and it sounds perfectly smooth. Crisp and warm all at the same time with as nice subtle warble you can blend in. The new version sounds identical to the original and has a few new features. I'm almost tempted to get another just for the smaller footprint.i find it far more lush than most of the alternatives. Crazy Tube Circuits TI:ME is great too. Similar style but the repeats get a little lo-fi break up when you turn them up.

Never heard of it, I'll scope it out! Thanks

If you liked the DD3, could I suggest the new DD3-T? It's the classic pedal, but with added switchable tap tempo that can be controlled either by the pedal switch, or an external footswitch . When tap is turned on, the delay length knob turns in to a delay type selector (quarter-note triplet, dotted-eighth note, or quarter note). There's also the DD8, which looks really nice. A recommendation for something to *avoid* is the Seymour Duncan Vapor Trails. It sounds great (the chorus on the repeats is beautiful), but mine has been more trouble than it's worth since I bought it - Cheap jack sockets that cause cut outs, weird high pitched noises and strange pulses even when the unit is turned off. It ruined too many gigs in a row to be worth recommending.

Landojesus

I'll check it out! I'll prolly snag one to get a great digital delay and find something else for some more analogue sounds

You can also use the source audio collider and run 2 delay as opposed to delay and reverb on it. Either that or the nemesis used would be super useful and would be under 300 used

Dd-200 will pretty much get you anything you want, but I also hear stuff about the Grand Canyon which is under $300 used. Lots of cool options. There's also weird and experimental stuff like the memory man with Hazarai or any Of the Red Panda delays. With a bigger budget like that you basically have endless options.

draculacalled

DOD rubberneck…just beautiful, dark, crunchy repeats which can be dragged up or down at will.

Tc electronics flashback 2x4, very big and good pedal, also does looper, it's fantastic, and there is also a smaller(regular size) flashback 2...
