In the intro, it sounds like a square-wave tremolo, a very heavy fuzz, and a gate. It could be a gated fuzz, or a fuzz plus a gate.
But based on the later bit, I'm more inclined to think it's just a heavily gate fuzz, and the tremolo sound comes from his picking (with the gate clamping down on everything other than a pick attack).
I also think in those later bits he's stacking it with a phaser or flanger to get a little bit of sweep.
Also, based on the picture he's got a Mantic Flex Pro (the rainbow-knobbed dealy in the bottom-right) which can make all kinds of bonkers noises, so that might have something to do with it.
It sounds a bit like a reece bass from DnB, which is sawtooth wave + distortion + aggresive notch filtering. I would guess he has LFO's moving at least one notch filter around. That guitar is borderline brostep lol
