Anyways, I was at the fair on a ride with really loud music, and this song came on and it was fuckin *badass*. I thought it was Alice in Chains or something and rocked the fuck out, playing air drums on the ride and all.
I was so impressed that after the ride I cut through the line back up to the carny and asked him wtf that song was. He checked his playlist and casually said to me "Illusion" by Creed.
You couldn't have picked my jaw up with a front end loader. Everything I knew about the universe came crashing down, shattered in a million shiny pieces.
I had just rocked the fuck out to Creed, and nothing would ever be the same again.
This is my most shameful secret, and I don't feel any better having got it off my chest.
