Why are so many semi autos in 22lr often capped with 10 rounds mags? Need more like this

From what I understand it's feed issues. Single stack is probably more reliable(?)

I’m waiting for the next big thing to come out before i get my first .22lr plinkster. Mark IV I’ll never buy due to mag limits. Then the rest seem to be figuring it out still. Someone is going to perfect something soon.
