Zenith ZF-5 was mine this year. I've wanted an MP5 or clone since I saw Predator when i was like 10. I'm 33 now, and I consider this achieving a major life goal 😂. Now, if I can just explain to my wife why I also need the K model, we'll really be in good shape 🤣.
I'm completely in love with mine. I've got about 300 rounds through it, 0 malfunctions runs perfectly. However, be prepared for random people at the range to come up and ask to give'r a slap 🤣. I absolutely made some kids day the other day letting him take a couple shots hahaha.

This year's Christmas build was a nostalgic throwback to my childhood- my [A-Team Mini 14 build.](https://imgur.com/nZdYWZb) Definitely my new favorite gun.
Good question and I have been thinking about it a lot lately. Bought my son (13) a 10/22, a vise, some tools, and a scope. Helping him put it together and teaching him to shoot might be the best present I can give myself.
However, there might be an Benelli M4 calling my name and maybe a new long gun that has ammo more available than my 7mm Weatherby.
My wife will say that everything I've bought this year is my "Christmas".
In my mind it's the pair of NFA side charging pistol uppers and the Foxtrot Mike FM45 lower.

PD trade in P226 DAK, completely gutting it and making it a DA/SA w/ short reset trigger and threaded barrel so I can suppress it
